The Nuclear Institute is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Events and Communities Director. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, driving member engagement, growing income and strengthening the professional networks that support nearly 6,000 members across the nuclear sector.

What you'll do

· Lead a nationally recognised portfolio of conferences, awards, webinars and events

· Grow sponsorship, partnership and commercial income

· Support and develop thriving member communities and volunteer networks

· Own budgets, forecasts, pricing decisions and financial performance

· Build relationships with senior industry stakeholders and corporate partners

· Lead and inspire a small, high-performing team

What we're looking for

You'll be a confident leader with experience in events, partnerships, membership, commercial growth or community engagement. You'll bring strong commercial judgement, excellent relationship-building skills and a track record of delivering results.
