We're looking for a passionate individual to join Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust as our Head of Fundraising. This is a new senior strategic position within Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust (OHC&AT), with overarching responsibility for all Fundraising across the organisation. Reporting to the Executive Director of Development, the Head of Fundraising will be a self-starter, who is target driven and proactive. An outstanding communicator, who will build relationships across our schools and college to fully understand what the funding needs are. The College and Schools lend themselves to many corporate partnerships with their vocational courses for students ranging from, Catering and Hospitality, to Farming, Hair and Beauty and Retail. In addition, the items and activities that need funding, from sensory play areas and additional therapists to monthly night clubs for young adults with special needs, open up funding opportunities from across the board – individual donors, companies and trusts and foundations.
The Head of Fundraising will manage and support the Trusts and Foundations Manager and be able to expand the portfolio of Trust supporters through experience and knowledge and by supporting and guiding this post holder, who already has much success. Our Head of Fundraising will have excellent emotional intelligence and be able to represent OHC&AT at external meetings in a confident, compelling and informed way.

The BACCH Education and Training Administrator is a newly created role supporting the British Association for Community Child Health (BACCH), a specialty group of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. This role will take the lead on setting up and delivering educational courses and events for clinicians working in Community Child Health, including webinars, regional events, and the BACCH Annual Scientific Meeting.
Reporting to the BACCH Executive Officer, you will coordinate the development of a structured education and training offer, manage logistics for online and in-person courses, and support initiatives such as trainee-led learning and paid short courses. You will also support BACCH’s six affiliated specialist groups with administrative and event coordination as needed.
The role requires a highly organised and self-motivated individual with experience in event planning, digital platforms, and administrative systems. You’ll also maintain contact databases, filing systems, and internal procedures, while providing occasional cover for the wider team.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting educational events or working in professional membership organisations, along with strong communication, planning and IT skills. A background in healthcare, training, or children’s services and knowledge of website or budget management is desirable

About this job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Income and Gift Aid Accountant Assistant to help us make sure every penny counts in our mission to stop MS. You'll play a key role in managing our income processing and supporting Gift Aid claims to help us maximise the value of every donation.
You'll ensure that donations recorded in our CRM system match the funds received, resolving discrepancies and supporting our income processes to run efficiently. Working closely with our Customer Services and Fundraising teams you’ll be at the heart of making sure our financial data is accurate and robust.
You’ll also assist with preparing and checking Gift Aid claims, helping us claim back vital extra funds at no additional cost to our supporters. Your detail driven approach will help us continue to build a strong and transparent foundation for everything we do.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a good understanding of financial accounting principles, strong Excel and IT skills, and a collaborative problem-solving approach. Excellent communication and organisational skills will also be essential as you work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure our income records are accurate and efficient.

Bipolar UK is the only national charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by bipolar, including carers and families. We're launching an exciting new lottery-funded project in Northern Ireland to expand our peer support network.
As Senior Volunteer Co-ordinator, you’ll play a central role in growing and supporting our network of local support groups. You’ll recruit, onboard and induct volunteer co-facilitators, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive experience. You’ll supervise and support volunteers, helping them develop skills and confidence to deliver safe, effective peer support—whether online or in-person.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the set-up and running of new support groups across Northern Ireland.
- Providing ongoing training and practical assistance to volunteers.
- Collaborating on the promotion of groups and services with internal teams and external partners.

This year, we’ve embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance our data capabilities.
We’re aiming to improve our data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward our strategic goals. With a key focus on: effective and efficient operations; collaboration; and continuous improvement in our Technology, Strategy and Business Intelligence teams.
To achieve this ambition, we’ve developed a new technology infrastructure which we are calling “Sage”. We’re implementing new technology infrastructure this year (such as our new CRM system and suite of data tools – Microsoft Dynamics).
We will be taking a structured and phased approach to transitioning and embedding our new team structures, infrastructure and ways of working as part of Phase 2 of this Project.
Our Data Operations Managers sit within Product and Systems Management team.
Our Data Operations Managers have a key role in ensuring our end to end processes are working through our central CRM system. These processes include the processing of our income through the system such as Gift Aid, regular giving and special events, Direct Debits.
This role also ensures our end to end data flows are fit for purpose and that data within it are clean, accessible and available.
This role is responsible for:
- Custodian of our CRM data and responsible for major data import/export into the system including data validation, de-duplication, cleansing and fixing of data throughout the multiple data systems.
- Responsible for the curation and management of import and export routines of key fundraising data using appropriate tools.
- Responsible for forming and managing how the functions work within the Organisation to build key relationships with key data users to ensure data is correctly ingested
- Responsible for defining and setting standards and principles of data use in the system and fully enforcing these principles across the Organisation and to suppliers.
- Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary
For this role we’re looking for:
- SQL (SSIS, SSRS) knowledge
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365 and associated technology
- Working knowledge of KingswaySoft
- Knowledge of deduplication techniques
- Proven data management skills and experience

We are looking for a Gift Aid Specialist to join the Royal British Legion on a fixed-term, 12-month contract to lead a review and enhancement of our Gift Aid processes'. Along with undertaking regular business activities and tasks. This role offers the chance to work closely with multiple teams to maximise Gift Aid income and ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations across more than £100 million of fundraised income. You will be the key point of contact for Gift Aid matters, supporting the organisation to strengthen its financial foundation in support of our important mission.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues from Data Services, Finance, Income Processing, and other teams to ensure claims are accurate and compliant. You will champion Gift Aid uptake across RBL’s income streams, provide valuable insight into donor data, and support declaration repair and refresh campaigns. Managing and supporting relationships with external partners who carry out Gift Aid activities on our behalf will also be a key part of your role.
We are seeking someone who can take ownership of reviewing and updating Gift Aid policies, procedures, and training materials to reflect changing legislation. You will help embed robust monitoring and reporting frameworks, manage change programmes, and ensure that compliance and risk are effectively managed. Representing the Royal British Legion in dealings with HMRC and external auditors will be an important responsibility, requiring strong communication and organisational skills.
If you have expert knowledge of Gift Aid legislation and financial audit processes, alongside proven project management experience and the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, we would love to hear from you.
