Schools and Programme Coordinator / Senior Coordinator

We are seeking to expand our committed team of Programme Coordinators and Senior Coordinators who work directly with young people, supporting them to discover and achieve their best next step on their route to a successful career. Our Coordinators work with young people studying in schools and colleges as well as young people who are currently unemployed or not in any form of training. Working closely with Careers Leads, Pastoral Support Workers and Referral Partners this role requires excellent relationship management skills to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and young people as well as local construction and built environment employers who are fundamental to the successful delivery of inspiring world of work programmes.
We would expect Senior Coordinator to be experienced practitioners who can take responsibility for a significant area of work, proactively driving good practice across organisation and demonstrating a constructive and solutions-focussed leadership.

Fairtrade Foundation We are recruiting for a Sustainable Sourcing Lead at the Fairtrade Foundation. This role is a new senior technical role to deliver and implement new and innovative solutions across Fairtrade supply chains.
This role will be leading the supply chain development for a pioneering Fairtrade strategic initiative which is supporting UK grocery retailers to collaborate on sustainability in supply chains. This role will have a focus on two key commodities; cocoa and coffee and will be responsible for a team developing & implementing sustainable supply chain strategies for key identified commodities. Leading projects that will deliver increased impact for producers by delivering partnerships with key intermediary partners supplying retail, brands and out of home partners.

This roles focus is to:

- Developing a strong understanding of market and producer needs and articulating these realities and trends to both internal and external audiences.

Our client is a small public services body which is seeking to recruit a Finance Director to lead the operational running of the organisation.
Working closely with the Chief Executive, this post will be responsible for providing financial and strategic guidance to the Board, overseeing the development of the corporate plan, and also crafting a robust digital strategy to enhance operational efficiency. At Earlsfield Foodbank, our mission is to create a profound and lasting impact on our community. We are an independent foodbank set up in 2013 and are part of the Independent Food Aid Network.
We are dedicated to providing essential support to those facing crisis, delivering foodbank sessions, offering wraparound services, and engaging our local community to promote our mission. In the next 12 months, we have ambitious plans to tackle some of the wider poverty indicators that lead people to need Foodbank support.
Earlsfield Foodbank is entering an exciting phase of development as we strive to make a positive impact in our community. As demand for the foodbank grows, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and be a catalyst for change.
Summary of Role
Work in collaboration with the Head of Service to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Foodbank. You will manage and support a team of volunteers, leading by example to ensure the Foodbank operates smoothly and the continuity of delivery standards within the guidelines of EFB policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working or volunteering in a Foodbank. They will be a strong leader and be hard-working, organised, collaborative and confident. They must be passionate about tackling poverty, deprivation and injustice and have a non-judgemental and positive attitude towards people who require support.

Royal Trinity Hospice is the local hospice for southwest and central London. We provide free specialist palliative and end of life care for people living in Wandsworth and parts of Lambeth, Merton, Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Richmond.
The organisation has recently embarked on a new five-year strategy and this exciting role will play a pivotal part in the overall delivery of the technology aspects. The successful appointee of this role will sit within a small but busy IT team and will be responsible for first class support of Royal Trinity Hospice’s customers and systems.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Senior IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support services to the staff, volunteers and service users at the hospice, and will support the IT Operations Manager in their day-to-day activities, ensuring the IT service is delivered to the agreed standards, as well as providing mentorship and team-leadership to the IT Support Technicians within the team.
What you’ll be doing
The primary duties of the Senior IT Support Technician include, but are not limited to:
- working independently and as part of the wider team, the post holder will be responsible for fulfilling service requests and resolving calls within agreed timeframes.
- supervise, mentor and provide escalated support for IT Support Technicians to provide ‘outstanding, effective and robust’ services and ensure service level targets are met.
- collaborate with colleagues across all levels within the team and the wider business to support the team's success, staff IT training and the organisation's ambitions.
- delivering a high quality of work, ensuring that attention to detail, professionalism and consistency is always upheld.
- adherence to Royal Trinity Hospice’s policies, procedures, and values.
- supporting the IT Operations Manager in their day-to-day activities, including backups, reporting, patching etc.
- playing a crucial part in delivering aspects of ongoing and future IT projects.
- supporting the business in the provision of documentation and knowledge sharing.
Skills and experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as the role necessitates advanced relationship building and communication skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a similar role in an IT team following ITIL processes/practices.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 OS.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AzureAD and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server OS, Exchange and Active Directory.
- A sound understanding of network and server infrastructure.
- Knowledge of IT security software solutions.
- Knowledge of various end user computing hardware e.g. Laptops, PC’s, Phones etc.
- Experience of Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp is desirable but not essential.
- Able to work to SLA’s and KPI’s.
- A strong ability to fault find customer issues remotely, in person or over the phone, ensuring that outcomes are documented within support tickets.

- Able to explain technical concepts in ‘layman’s terms’ without patronisation.

Duties and key responsibilities:
Content development:
- Work with the Information and Content Manager to research, write, edit and produce new information materials including print publications, web pages, videos, etc.
- Work in line with Sarcoma UK’s information production process, including:
- Liaise with clinical experts and patient reviewers throughout the content development process
- Maintain formal systems within the information production process in line with the PIF tick quality mark
- Ensure all new content meets clinical standards, brand guidelines, plain English principles, and accessibility requirements.
Content updates & maintenance:
- Continuously review and update existing print and digital information resources to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a structured review schedule to keep materials current as per the PIF quality mark.
- Manage a comprehensive database to track all information resources and versions.
Content promotion & distribution:
- Work with colleagues to create promotional content for Sarcoma UK's information resources across multiple channels.
- Utilise social media platforms to extend reach and engagement with target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal communications and digital teams on content publishing and marketing.
Administration & reporting:
- Collect metrics and provide regular reports on content performance, user engagement and feedback.
- Assist in developing evaluation methods to assess impact of information resources.
General:
- To support new work within the information team.
