Job Summary

Ten Ten Resources is seeking a Schools Support Officer to play a vital role in supporting our partner schools in their use of our award-winning Catholic educational resources. Acting as a key point of contact for school staff, you will help ensure a smooth, welcoming and highly responsive experience from onboarding through to ongoing support.

You will handle school enquiries, maintain CRM data, manage user accounts, and support the delivery of school communications and helpdesk services. You’ll also contribute to the systems that underpin our delivery, bringing order, insight, and efficiency to the heart of our operations

This is a full-time, home-based role (35 hours per week), but we are open to applications on a job-share basis. Whether full-time or part-time, you’ll work closely with our collaborative and mission-driven team, combining independent responsibility with shared support.

Responsibilities

As Schools Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting schools and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Client Support

• Act as the first point of contact for school enquiries across email, phone, voicemail and webchat.

• Respond to queries, resolve user issues, and provide quotes for subscriptions and trials.

• Triage communication to the relevant team member, where needed.
   

CRM & Data Management

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our CRM (HubSpot), including:

• Keeping contact details up to date.

• Researching school term dates and contact information.

• Auditing pupil numbers and other key data.

• Building segmented databases for outreach to new markets.
   

Project Support

• Assist with content uploads and conduct basic technical checks.

• Support the planning and organisation of projects (e.g. filming, product launches).

• Research and source goods or services to support delivery.
   

General Admin

• Prepare and send occasional hard-copy mailouts.

• Handle post and support light finance admin, such as banking cheques.

• Provide flexible administrative support as needed across the team.

Place of Work

This is a home-based role, open to candidates based in the UK. The successful candidate will work remotely as part of Ten Ten’s home-based team.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week), typically worked across Monday to Friday. However, we are open to applications on a job-share basis, where two individuals work together to fulfil the responsibilities of the role. While there is some flexibility in working hours, availability is expected during core daytime hours to ensure collaboration with colleagues and timely support for schools.

We meet weekly as a team on Zoom to share updates, collaborate on projects, and pray together. In addition, we gather in person at least three times per year - typically once per term - for planning, training and team-building. These in-person gatherings usually involve overnight stays and are held at various locations around the UK.

We welcome applicants from across the UK who can commit to regular online engagement and travel for termly in-person meetings.

Westway Trust are seeking experienced and committed Adult Learning Tutors - Digital Skills to join their expanding tutor team. The primary responsibility of the Digital Skills Tutor will be to design and deliver high quality, learner-centred teaching, and learning and assessment experiences to our employed and unemployed adult learners from Entry level to Level 1, while supporting the Adult and Community Learning Manager to achieve the Trust’s strategic objectives.

The BACCH Education and Training Administrator is a newly created role supporting the British Association for Community Child Health (BACCH), a specialty group of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. This role will take the lead on setting up and delivering educational courses and events for clinicians working in Community Child Health, including webinars, regional events, and the BACCH Annual Scientific Meeting.

Reporting to the BACCH Executive Officer, you will coordinate the development of a structured education and training offer, manage logistics for online and in-person courses, and support initiatives such as trainee-led learning and paid short courses. You will also support BACCH’s six affiliated specialist groups with administrative and event coordination as needed.

The role requires a highly organised and self-motivated individual with experience in event planning, digital platforms, and administrative systems. You’ll also maintain contact databases, filing systems, and internal procedures, while providing occasional cover for the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting educational events or working in professional membership organisations, along with strong communication, planning and IT skills. A background in healthcare, training, or children’s services and knowledge of website or budget management is desirable

Overview

The Royal School of Needlework (RSN) is seeking a highly motivated and organised Fundraising Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support for our fundraising activities. The Fundraising Assistant will play a key role in generating vital income and helping the organisation achieve its fundraising goals by assisting with donor relations, event planning, grant research, data management, and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Donor Support and Stewardship:

• Become a ‘super’ user of the CRM/database.
• Maintain donor records in the CRM/database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Help with the acknowledgment process, including sending thank-you letters and recognition communications to donors.
• Assist in coordinating donor communications and outreach campaigns (e.g., newsletters, appeals, and stewardship materials).

Event Support:

• Provide logistical and administrative support for fundraising events, including venue coordination, volunteer management, invitations, and guest lists.
• Help with event set-up, registration, and follow-up tasks.
• Assist in preparing event materials, such as programs, signage, and donation forms.

Grant Research and Application Support:

• Assist in researching potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government sources.

• Campaign Coordination:

The Minster Centre is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee that provides training in psychotherapy and counselling and an affordable therapy service.

It was founded in 1978 as the first Integrative psychotherapy and counselling training in the UK and is a leading psychotherapy training institution. Now based in Queens Park, NW London, it runs training ranging from open access introductory courses to post-graduate degrees validated by Middlesex University. The Minster Centre caters for around 300 diploma and MA students each year. It is registered with the Office for Students.

The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service (MCPCS) also provides a safe, affordable and professional counselling service to people over the age of 18 who are experiencing a range of difficulties. Role purpose

The Minster Centre is seeking to develop and further professionalise its operations and is recruiting to a new Head of Finance role. This is a part-time, flexible role for two days per week in the first instance. Some time in the office will be needed to work alongside other staff and key stakeholders – this can be managed flexibly alongside working from home. The role would therefore suit someone who wants to balance an interesting and senior role alongside other responsibilities or interests.

The Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations of the charity, owning and ensuring compliance to financial policies and procedures. You will provide strategic financial guidance to the Management Committee and contribute to the delivery of the charity’s financial strategies.

Early priorities will be:

• A review of existing financial policies and procedures to support the ongoing effective running of the charity.

Role purpose

Enquiries

• Dealing with phone and email enquiries including potential MCPCS clients, existing clients, trainee therapists and placement providers, etc.
• Emailing Assessment Application Forms, assessing suitability of enquirer for service – asking for additional help when required from the Clinical Services Manager.

Administration

• Providing strong administrative support to the Clinical Services Manager.
• Providing regular detailed data information to the Clinical Services Manager, including reports from Access Database and future Charitylog data systems about functionality of service.
• Inputting and updating student data spreadsheets and client spreadsheets relating to client session fees, providing reports and liaising with students, finance team and clients to ensure all session fees are up to date and reporting on any missed payments weekly.
• Administer MCPCS processes and procedures for instance by designing forms and records formats, ensuring they are available to students, supervisors and clients. Ensuring the service has paperwork available to operate effectively: Assessment packs; Allocation packs; student forms.
• Inputting data from paper records and managing electronic records. Keeping data management up to date and archiving files as and when appropriate.
• Assisting Clinical Services Manager and other senior leadership in overseeing MCPCS, with additional tasks as and when requested.

The Vacancy

The Independent Monitoring Service is seeking to recruit professionals with experience of working with children and vulnerable adults to the role of Independent Visitor in Wet Yorkshire & Humber, in particular Leeds, Bradford and Hull. 

The role of Independent Visitors is to provide visiting services on behalf of NYAS which are consistent with the National Quality Standards for Children’s Homes, Residential Special School Standards, Welsh National Minimum Standards, Health and Social Care Standards Scotland and CQC regulations. The main duties are:

• To undertake monthly visits to identified homes in accordance with the requirements of the relevant NYAS manager.

These visits will be:

Regulation 44 visits to residential children’s homes, short breaks and secure units.

Regulation 25 visits to residential family centres.

Care Quality Commission visits to residential adult homes.

Care Inspectorate Wales regulation 8 visits to residential children’s homes.

RSS20 visits to residential special schools.

Health and social care standards Scotland residential children’s homes.

Monitoring visits to unregulated provision.

• To undertake all tasks as identified by the relevant NYAS manager, during the visits and thereafter, in order to fulfil all aspects of the role.
• To provide factual reports within set timescales as required by the relevant NYAS manager.

Candidates should have demonstrable knowledge and understanding of regulated services and their inspection frameworks and also knowledge of current legislation and statutory guidance relating to children, young people and adults at risk particularly those in residential care.

Candidates must have experience of working within a social or health care organisation, safeguarding and experience of managing complex relationships across a diverse field, e.g. OFSTED inspectors, social workers, residential care workers and registered managers, health care professionals.

Candidates should also possess a professional qualification in a related field, i.e. social work, residential care, health care professional, advocacy or youth work.

This is a self-employed position and you will be paid a sessional rate.

You will also be required to complete annual safeguarding and compliance including, Personal Safety, Data Protection, Information Security, Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity. You will be able to subscribe to an e-learning platform provided by NYAS. The platform will provide you with the opportunity to undertake a number of other professional courses that you can complete in your own time to maintain your own CPD. Operating within the Management Accounting team, the postholder will act as a Senior Management Accountant for the business area for which they are made responsible. Working directly with budget holders, Heads of Department and Directors, they will manage all aspects of their management accounting and financial planning services providing incisive, value-add financial support and analysis which facilitates effective decision making.

The role:

• Be responsible for the provision of timely, accurate, relevant management information to all levels of management within assigned Directorates, regularly reviewing this information with the senior management teams. • Be responsible for providing analysis that informs and supports effective decision making.
• Apply various tools such as investment appraisal techniques to better inform decision making.
