The Data and Insights Manager will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating quality and impact across our mentoring programmes. The postholder will work closely with the Programmes Team to embed impact in project design and to produce evaluations that assess the impact of mentoring against our theory of change outcomes. The postholder will complete data analysis and evaluation reports for individual mentoring programmes as well as our whole portfolio to present our impact at an aggregate level. The postholder will produce organisation wide impact reports for external publication and work closely with the senior management and leadership teams to demonstrate and celebrate our impact. This is a varied role, suited to candidates interested in using data and insights to improve processes and articulate impact to a wide range of audiences. 

Responsible for

• Championing and quality assuring our theory of change, ensuring that programmes are designed with impact at the centre and within the frameworks that will give us the most robust data sets
• Quantitative data analysis for individual programmes and our portfolio of mentoring programmes as a whole, clearly presenting our impact against our outcomes
• Qualitative data analysis of mentoring messages, written feedback and focus groups/1:1 interviews
• Producing high quality evaluation reports for individual programmes, including recommendations for future iterations
• Producing organisational impact reports and blogs/posts, to present our impact to external audiences
• Creating and maintaining PowerBI dashboards to present live impact data
• Proofing and testing baseline and exit surveys to ensure accuracy of questions and survey logic across our portfolio
• Overseeing our data collection tools and upskilling the team to use them effectively/accurately
• Overseeing our external communications to ensure regular sharing of case studies and impact stories through our comms and marketing (social media, newsletters etc.)
• Conducting focus groups and interviews and writing up case study stories Ensuring that all data collection is accurate and in line with our policies
• Annual data uploads to HEAT and monitoring our HESA return

About the role:

No one should be locked out of psychological support because their life is complex, their trust has been broken, or services have struggled to reach them. In this role, you will help bring mental health support closer to people experiencing rough sleeping in Camden, working within SHP’s Rough Sleeping Outreach & Hub Service to support people whose needs may have been missed, misunderstood or left unmet for too long.

As Assistant Psychologist, you will work alongside the resident Clinical Psychologist to support psychologically informed, trauma-informed and compassionate practice across the service. You will help strengthen how we understand people’s experiences, respond to distress, reduce harm and create safer routes into support, stability and recovery.

This is a role rooted in both direct client impact and wider service development. You will contribute to assessments, one-to-one support, group work, reflective practice, case discussions and partnership working, helping staff and clients feel better supported when the work is complex and progress is not always straightforward.

You will be part of Single Homeless Project's (SHP’s) wider Psychological Services offer, with clinical supervision, learning and development, and the chance to grow your practice in a service where psychology is brought into the heart of outreach, not held at a distance.

The role will involve the management of the day-to-day financial activities, VAT, gift aid, payroll and the monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations and statutory accounts preparation. The job holder will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Finance Officer and volunteers within the team. There will be a requirement to work closely with the income generating staff, budget holders, auditors, banks and credit card providers on a regular basis. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the Finance Officer and Finance volunteer.

The Woodland Trust is looking for an Outreach Manager to join our South West team. The Outreach Manager leads the Trust’s outreach work in Southwest England, providing expert advice on woodland creation, management and restoration to landowners, organisations and stakeholders across the region, in support if the Woodland Trust’s conservation aims. Our Adult Learning Manager is a key operational role within the Adult Learning, Skills and Employment service. The post holder will take lead responsibility for the management and delivery of High Trees’ adult learning and community education provision, ensuring highquality, accessible and impactful learning for local residents.

Working closely with the Head of Adult Learning, Skills and Employment, the post holder will oversee the operational delivery of our Adult Education Budget (AEB/ASF) funded provision and wider community learning offer, including functional skills (English, Maths and ICT), ESOL, community wellbeing, family learning and selected vocational courses.

This is a hands-on management role that combines operational oversight with a strong focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement. For over two decades, we have supported young people through mentoring, education, employability, personal development, life skills, and community engagement programmes that inspire hope, aspiration, confidence, and resilience. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated Programme Manager to lead the Damilola Taylor Trust’s Executive Team, sustain and scale our core youth-focused programmes in South London, providing consistent leadership and operational stability. 

As Programme Manager, you will 

• Manage delivery of the Career pathway programme for schools (CPPFS) courses, which help YP at risk of involvement in criminal activity to engage fully in education by addressing barriers to positive engagement through workshops and career- mentor support at Harris Academies in South London, with a view to reaching 150 students a year.
• Support and supervise the Project Coordinator to implement the project “From Tragedy to Legacy” to celebrate the legacy of Damilola Taylor while highlighting the impact the Trust has made in 25 years supporting young people in inner-city areas of London.
• Lead the Trust’s collaboration initiative with YouthBuild UK, a South London based charity that trains YP to be work ready in a variety of industries including construction, hospitality, customer care and IT to enhance impact of our Career Search and Skills Development (CSSD) programme.
• Design, develop and implement new programmes for delivery in-house or via third party delivery partners
• Agree the Executive Team’s work plan, lead, and motivate staff to create a high-performing team that sustains and scales the impact of our core youth-focused programmes.
• Taking the lead with day-to-day administration and management of the Trust’s programmes, you will maintain a database, produce written communications and reports, information leaflets, website updates, budget monitoring, and negotiate with delivery partners, and manage an array of detailed record keeping
• Contribute to organisational planning and development, including supporting our plan of building capacity to create the organisation required to achieve results that we are committed to
• Support our fundraising team through providing feedback, reports and information to support bid writing activities.

You will lead the coordination, administration, and reporting of activity funded through a significant seven-year partnership with City Bridge Foundation. Working closely with senior staff, volunteers, London branches, and external partners and our funder, you’ll ensure projects are effectively delivered, tracked, and evidenced.

We are looking for a Youth Support Manager to deliver outstanding pastoral care and safeguarding across NYO’s national programme. This role is central to ensuring that young people feel happy, listened to and secure while participating in NYO activities.
