The visitor attraction is in Staffordshire; the central team is in London. You will be expected to split your time between locations to ensure you are fully embedded into both teams. There will be an expectation that at key periods that you will spend more time in Staffordshire managing implementation and install on site.

You would be classed as a hub-worker; therefore, the minimum expectation is two days per week working in person at a hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site. Either location would count as office-based days. On occasion you may be required to work flexibly outside of normal office or opening hours to support the project.

The Senior Finance Business Partner for Projects and Systems will play a critical role in ensuring that project teams and senior leaders have the financial insight, support, and challenge they need to make well‑informed decisions and deliver successful outcomes.

This new position is a two year fixed term role which will focus on driving financial performance and strategic decision making across current and upcoming major projects and system implementations. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring strong governance, analysis and effective integration of our financial systems.

Reporting to our Director: Financial, Planning and Analysis, key responsibilites will include:

· Partner with project managers and senior leadership to provide financial oversight and challenge on strategic initiatives, capital investments, and transformation programs

Training & Commercial Manager (Maternity Cover – 9 Months)

The Role

The Royal Statistical Society (RSS) is an internationally respected professional body with over 12,000 members, dedicated to advancing the use of statistics and data for the public good. Our commitment to training and professional development is central to our mission, helping individuals and organisations put data at the heart of understanding and decision-making.

We are seeking an experienced Training & Commercial Manager to oversee the operation, promotion and delivery of the Society’s flagship training and commercial activities during a maternity cover period.

You will lead the management of our entire training portfolio, ensuring high‑quality course delivery, coordinating and supporting trainers, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will ensure RSS training reflects current market demand, is well planned, financially robust and positioned for sustainable growth. Alongside training, you will oversee the Society’s smaller advertising income streams, including Significance magazine and the RSS jobs board, ensuring effective administration, customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.

On a day‑to‑day basis, you will manage the full operational delivery of the training programme – coordinating logistics, maintaining clear communications with trainers and delegates, responding to enquiries, and overseeing the Moodle learning platform. You will manage key financial processes including invoicing, budgeting and reporting, and act as the central point of contact during live course delivery to ensure smooth and professional execution.

Finally, working closely with colleagues from across the organisation, you will develop effective marketing campaigns to promote training and commercial activity, drive bookings and achieve financial targets. Your main responsibilities

Deaf Unity is a deaf-led charity working to empower deaf people and champion their rights. We support deaf individuals to move successfully from education into employment and beyond.

About the role

This is a varied role where you will take the lead on coordinating, developing and promoting Deaf Unity’s training provision. Our training includes BSL courses, e-learning, and bespoke training for organisations.

Are you an experienced arts manager with a good knowledge of the choral singing sector? We are looking for our new General Manager to work across finance, marketing, strategic and artistic direction, development, smooth daily operations, and responsible for safeguarding. You will be managing a small team of experienced staff and have the support of an active Chairman and Board of Trustees. 

The main duties and responsibilities for the General Manager role are as follows:
GENERAL MANAGEMENT
• Lead the small part time team, maintaining regular contact and guiding their

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of HR and Payroll systems. Working within our Change and Transformation team, you will partner closely with the People and Culture Directorate to deliver our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) project in a way that is technically robust, people centred and operationally sustainable.

This role recognises that technology change succeeds only when people are engaged, supported and clear about what is changing and why. Alongside strong project and technical delivery, you will play a critical role in shaping communication, engagement and adoption, ensuring colleagues across the organisation are equipped and confident to use new systems effectively from day one.

Reporting to the Transformation Cluster Leader, key responsibilities will include:

· Lead the successful end-to-end delivery of the HRIS implementation from initiation, requirements definition, configuration, testing, deployment and transition into business as usual.

· Support the development of business cases and phase gate documentation, to ensure strategic alignment, accurate financial and risk assessments, and governance readiness

· Drive the requirements gathering process, partnering with key SMEs to translate business needs into effective system configurations

· Work with our vendors to research and resource system requirements to optimise HRIS usage and simplify the data architecture landscape

· Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation are robust

· Develop and deliver a stakeholder engagement and communication approach, working with the change communications specialists, that supports understanding, readiness and adoption of new systems and ways of working.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering HRIS projects within large, complex organisations. You should bring robust technical knowledge of HRIS platforms, along with excellent project management abilities, including the use of structured methodologies. Experience with the full data migration process, covering data mapping, extraction, transformation and validation is essential.

This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, starting ASAP.
