CFG promotes remote-first working, although we do have office space at our registered address in Southwark, SE London for those team members who prefer an office setting. The ACNS is a key senior role within the Nursing team, acting as the clinical specialist lead and overseeing the community nursing service for a defined area on a rotation basis (non-clinical).

We are seeking a Fundraiser with a background in lead and income generation with the drive to create change for farmed animals in the UK. You will be part of a small, high-impact team specialising in consumer education and political advocacy to help us grow our supporter base and raise essential income to support our work for animals.

As Fundraiser (Lead Generator), you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by identifying and cultivating potential donors and supporters. Your primary responsibilities will be to generate leads utilising Engaging Networks on social media platforms and work with the Fundraising Development Manager to build on supporter journeys that maximise conversion rates.

As an independent wildlife charity, Birmingham and Black Country Wildlife Trust is dependent on the generosity of supporters through a variety of charitable giving means. We are seeking a Fundraising Officer to develop and grow voluntary income across a range of activity, including applications for funding to trusts and foundations, individual donations, and work with corporate donors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your skills as a fundraiser whilst making a real difference to people and wildlife in Birmingham and the Black Country. The post will help ensure we can achieve our ambitious plans to attract new charitable income, build a wide communication network and diversify fundraising opportunities. 

As a Fundraising Officer you will have excellent communication skills, especially written. You will be comfortable supporting grant monitoring and evaluation activity. You be confident in building strong and compelling relationships with funders and corporate partners. You will work as part of an effective team and benefit from working with experienced professionals. Above all you will be driven by a commitment to drive forward our charitable income to help support nature’s recovery.

Flexible role, based in offices within Birmingham or working from home, as required. Occasional travel regionally and nationally.

We’re looking for a Community Engagement Officer who will strengthen our links within the local community, such that more people know about Thrive, understand what we do and access our programs.

Funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, we’re looking to significantly build on our fantastic work in Birmingham over the next two years. Working as a key part of the team at Thrive in Birmingham, the Community Engagement Officer will increase participation and strengthen our referral pathways through productive relationships. Such that engagement with our services is representative of the diversity within our locality. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills. We’re looking for a relational operator who can confidently facilitate visitors and work independently with a range of external partners.
