We're looking for a CRM Process Change Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) to join our IS Enterprise Solutions Team, playing a crucial role in leading the process change and impact analysis of our operational system changes, ensuring it meets the needs of our supporters, customers, clients, and teams whilst going through an exciting time of change!

The Enterprise Solutions Team are responsible for delivering integrated solutions with customer-centric, insight lead capabilities for our supporters, customers, clients, and teams to enable insight driven decisions to help deliver best in class user interactions and satisfaction.
As our CRM Process Change Analyst, you will lead process change and impact analysis for operational system updates aligned to the “to-be” specifications, as well as support the transfer of these changes to users. You will translate operational procedures to support requirements gathering for the functional design, acting as a key intermediary between CRM Leads and the Business Analyst. You will also contribute to gap analysis activities and work closely with Process Owners and their teams to support knowledge transfer and process handovers through coaching, awareness, and clear documentation, ensuring operational system changes are effectively embedded.
The role involves producing high quality operational system process and procedure documentation in collaboration with CRM Leads, using their guidance to shape clear and practical process definitions. You will apply your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including entity creation, workflows, business rules and business process flows, to enhance procedures while continuously referencing project scope and objectives to ensure process change analysis remains relevant and aligned with programme goals.
You will coordinate, communicate and organise project and organisational resources to support deliverables, while championing positive organisational change through the Central Platform programme. The role also includes participating in solution testing where required and collaborating effectively with third-party partners, the CRM steering group, CRM Project Manager, CRM Leads and the CRM Business Analyst to ensure successful delivery.
About you
You will be experienced in process or business change with a proven track record in CRM implementations and an interest in emerging Microsoft technologies, specifically MS Dynamics 365.
Possessing in-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, your effective verbal, written, and presentation skills enable you to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels of an organisation. You will be adept at negotiating, influencing, and engaging with stakeholders, quickly building credibility with colleagues and external parties.
Essential knowledge, skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience as a business or change analyst
- Experience working in significant technology change Implementations with an interest in emerging Microsoft CRM technologies and best practice
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Ability to communicate, coach and negotiate with stakeholders at various levels

What does this role do?
As a Project Manager you'll:

You will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven record of delivering software development projects, ideally in Salesforce or other CRM platforms. You will have experience in managing the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, analysis and design, development, QA, UAT and Go-Live.
A skilled communicator, you’ll build strong relationships and have the confidence and influence to engage effectively at all levels. Motivated and proactive, you’ll be adaptable and resilient in a fast-moving environment, with proven planning, organisational, and time management skills that enable you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
You will be experienced in using project management tools, including Jira, Confluence and project planning tools, such as MS Project, Smartsheet or similar.

This role is offered on a hybrid contract giving you the opportunity to also work from home three days a week. Remote contracts would not be considered for this role.
Purpose of Role
As a Senior Fundraising Analyst you play a leading role in supporting the charity’s fundraising growth objectives through data analysis, supporter segmentation, and insight generation.
Working within the central Data & Technology Directorate you will work closely with the Fundraising Directorate to optimise fundraising strategies and enhance understanding of supporter demographics. You will bring data analysis skills to interrogate data within the CRM and reporting dashboards, manage data segmentation and extraction requests, and directly support Fundraising colleagues to optimise campaign activity through a multi-channel supporter segmentation approach. Your previous experience in a similar fundraising-orientated role and expertise in data analysis will be crucial for driving insights that improve our fundraising and impact strategies.

You will work at the heart of Comic Relief’s operations, supporting the organisation work towards a Just World Free from Poverty. You will work within the Data & Technology Directorate, reporting into the Head of Data Analytics, and will be supported in your technical learning, organisational integration and career growth from within this central team. The Fundraising Directorate will welcome you as a Business Partner and work closely with you to ensure your integration and understanding of the organisation’s fundraising objectives and strategy.
Key responsibilities:
Business partnering with Fundraising teams, identify opportunities for our data to enable the achievement of FR strategic goals. For example, supporting on Fundraising strategy and fundraising campaign development through the provision of Lifetime Value analysis, propensity to give modelling, econometric modelling and / or regression analysis, recency, frequency, value analysis and the appending of third-party data sources to enrich our data set and better understand our donors and prospects.
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimise fundraising activity and segmentation within the CRM.
Oversee and manage the segmentation within the CRM, ensuring the supporter experience when receiving communications from Comic Relief is as good as it can be.
Track performance metrics during events and provide immediate feedback and recommendations for optimization where appropriate.
Data Tools and Architecture:
Collaborate with other Analysts and Data Engineers to optimize data flows, improve reporting systems, and ensure the effective use of data across the organization.
Leverage Kusto (KQL within Azure Data Explorer) and Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud and Marketing Cloud to extract, analyse, and manipulate data from various sources.
Utilise Power BI to build and maintain dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights.
Support for Fundraising will include being hands-on with Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud and Marketing Cloud to build and manage segments.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Be a Business Partner for Fundraising teams to identify data requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Essential criteria
Significant experience in securing five figure donations and managing a personal portfolio of major donors.
Excellent verbal and written communicator, with the ability to communicate often complex programme and funding work in an engaging way to lay audiences.
Significant experience in writing compelling cases for support and major donor appeals and proposals.
Experience in creating and delivering high quality donor events.
Ability to represent the organisation at a high level with external audiences.
Experience in using a CRM (e.g. RaisersEdge, Salesforce, D365) including managing donor records, moves management, running queries and reports.
Excellent team player with the ability to support colleagues in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Ability to work proactively and manage a busy workload with a systematic approach to work.
