Youth unemployment continues to impact too many young people across Liverpool and Knowsley, leaving them disconnected from opportunities and unsure about their future. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Youth Hub Co-ordinator to lead our Youth Employment Hubs and help change that.

You'll lead a dedicated team, build strong partnerships with employers and local agencies, and ensure young people facing complex barriers can access the support, skills and opportunities they need to thrive.

Location: Remote (based in Scotland with regular travel across Scotland and the North of England, plus travel for biannual team days in London and departmental team meetings in various locations)

Hours of work: 21-28 hours a week (3-4 days)

Salary: £28,665 - £31,965 pro rata (£17,199 - £19,179 or £22,932 - £25,572 actual)

Contract type: Permanent

Kids Matter is one of the UK’s fastest growing children’s charities. Our vision is to see every child in need raised in a strong family. Our mission is to reduce the impact of poverty on children through community-based parenting programmes.

Research shows that group-based early intervention parenting groups are the most effective way to support children in need. We train peer facilitators in local churches - the largest voluntary body in the country - to run our affordable, accessible and highly effective parenting programmes, written by Clinical Psychologists. About the role

The National Partnership Manager role involves:

• Driving expansion across Scotland and the rest of the UK by identifying, engaging, and securing new church partners and networks.
• Working closely as part of the engagement team, to build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners, contributing to national growth targets and KPIs.
• Attending and representing Kids Matter at events through public speaking, exhibitions, and partnership engagement.
