· The role of the Corporate and Community Partnerships Manager is to generate income to meet the Charity’s fundraising requirements by maintaining and developing successful partnerships with corporate and community group supporters, through donations, sponsorship, employee and group fundraising activities and events (organised both by Hope and third parties).

We want you to help us build great relationships with our supporters and to help them achieve their fundraising ambitions, allowing us to grow our sustainable, annual income. This is a rewarding and fast-paced role, in a small team. No two days will be the same as you'll be working with individuals, trustees, community groups and local/regional businesses, and supporting them with their fundraising goals!
Principal Responsibilities and accountabilities:
· Deliver the corporate and community activity annual income and expenditure budget contributing to our overall income within the fundraising strategy. Producing monthly financial reports will be required.
· Maintain and develop existing relationships across Leicestershire and Rutland, providing excellent account management to maximise income for Hope.
· Design and deliver a bespoke communication and contact strategy (with Marketing and Comms)
· Secure retention of corporate and community supporters.
· Identify and secure new partnerships including Charity of the Year, CRM and CSR opportunities.
· Secure sponsorship for Hope’s events through the development of strong pitches, researching potential sponsors to target and negotiating contracts.
· Act as an ambassador for Hope, representing the Charity at external events, including networking and public speaking/presenting.
· Research past, present and prospective corporate and high net-worth individuals and help determine the best, tailored fundraising approach for each.
· Develop new income streams through cause-related marketing opportunities by researching prospects and building relationships.
· Promote Hope’s fundraising and research to relevant supporters and partners by making presentations to specific target groups and attending cheque presentations.
· Be responsible for your own administration and efficiently organise all your own activities with support from our part-time administrator.
· Display strong analytical skills to evaluate activity using our e-tapestry database, with support from office manager and database admin.
· Any other duties reasonably assigned by the CEO.
· Adhere to Hope’s policies and procedures and fundraising legal requirements.

The Role
This role is all about people – connecting with church leaders and other individuals within church communities, sharing your passion for freedom of religion or belief through sermons, presentations and conversations to inspire others to take action. We have an excellent opportunity at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association for an experienced CRM Project Data Lead. As a CRM Project Data Lead, you will support the successful migration of data to our new Dynamics 365 platform on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of data.
Your key responsibility will be leading the data migration process, from mapping and cleaning data, to ensuring it aligns with our new CRM structure. You'll work closely with our delivery partner to transform data from Raiser's Edge into Dynamics 365, ensuring all data is correctly mapped and validated before migration. Part of your role will involve minimising disruptions during any downtime and advising on potential risks or training gaps that may arise throughout the project.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the migrated data, checking for losses, inaccuracies, or duplications, and developing a robust recovery plan for the migration process. You will also work alongside our delivery partner to carry out thorough testing and validation to ensure the data transfer is accurate and meets the needs of the organisation.
Additionally, you'll support the documentation of data structures and migration processes, keeping stakeholders informed of any data changes or updates. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will provide advice to guide data-led decision-making throughout the project.
This role also involves supporting team training on data standards and the use of Dynamics 365, helping the organisation transition to the new system smoothly.

What are we looking for?
Experience within a Data Lead or Data Manager role and a strong background in CRM migration projects, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You'll have an excellent understanding of data management, migration methodologies, and CRM structures, with hands-on experience in tools such as SQL and data mapping, ELT processes and data validation.
Your experience working on large-scale CRM implementations with third-party delivery partners will be essential, as will your ability to manage data validation and ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
You'll need excellent analytical skills to interpret data and resolve complex issues, alongside strong organisational and project management abilities. Collaboration and communication skills are key, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.

We're recruiting for a Senior Data Executive to join us and support the ongoing marketing and membership activities of British Heart Foundation (BHF).
About the role
As our Senior Data Executive, you’ll be ensuring effective data management for the BHF by extracting data for marketing communications, supporting data imports, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to optimise data quality. You’ll be responsible for marketing data extracts, maintaining data quality through CRM updates using an ETL tool, and championing data best practices while identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborating with fundraising and marketing teams to establish selection criteria for data extracts, you will ensure accurate and timely data exchange with suppliers, manage CRM database data, and resolve data quality issues. All this will ensure you gain a full understanding of customer requirements to achieve their desired outcomes and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Working arrangements

This is a blended role, where your work will be dually located between your home and our London office.

About you
With proven previous experience running complex and large database selections in a busy direct marketing environment, you'll have experience ensuring complex and high-volume data quality and accuracy. You’ll have strong experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar systems, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a proven track record in importing and exporting data with external agencies. Your attention to detail and strong numeracy skills will enable you to deliver high-quality data management.
Ideally, you will have a background in fundraising and have gained experience in providing data and interpretation to direct marketing teams for major campaigns, as well as writing SQL queries. The Role
The Referrals Officer role is critical to the charity. It ensures that our referral process is managed effectively for our clients and branches.
This is both an internal and external role. The person in this role is the first point of contact for all referral queries. You will assign referrals to branches, liaise with clients and volunteers, and maintain our CRM system.
We seek a strong people person with at least two years of experience operating a CRM system regularly (ideally Salesforce). Experience working to develop a CRM system and client journey would be advantageous.

We are a supportive team, and you will work closely with our Operations Manager and wider volunteer delivery colleagues to help REMAP support our clients and branches across the UK.

OVERVIEW AND JOB PURPOSE
Pump Aid is a dynamic, award winning and growing organisation, which is promoting a radically different approach to aid and development in the WASH sector by establishing Malawi’s first social impact business (Beyond Water) focused on delivering reliable access to clean water for rural communities. We challenge conventional development programmes by taking a business-based approach that ensures long term sustainability and impact for the communities we work with. Clean water results in better health, increases educational attainment and reduces inequality for women and girls across Malawi.
To support our mission we are recruiting a Communications and Fundraising Officer to help deliver on our ambitious growth plans to reach 2 million people by 2030. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated person with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can plan and create compelling communications to increase awareness of our work and engage new and existing supporters. Furthermore, you will lead on key areas of our fundraising strategy including annual fundraising campaigns, individual giving and small trusts and foundations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will lead on defined elements of Pump Aid’s fundraising strategy: scoping, applications, reporting and management (to largely small to medium sized trusts and foundations, community funders and individuals.)
- You will develop and manage a schedule of compelling communications across a number of channels including social media, web and print that will grow engagement with Beyond Water’s mission.
- You will support the Head of Development to pitch to social impact and philanthropic investors by finding creative ways to differentiate ourselves from traditional approaches to international development.
- You will take responsibility for managing and administrating fundraising income, using Salesforce CRM to keep up to date records of donations, keeping donors updated through regular reports and leveraging annual campaigns including the Big Give Christmas Campaign to maximise individual giving donations.
- Maximise the value and duration of donor support through excellent stewardship and relationship management.
- While office hours are notionally 9:00am to 5:30pm, the demands of a business focussed on Africa, with donors in the UK, USA, Europe and Asia mean a degree of flexibility is required.
Candidate Profile
1. Strong experience in planning and executing communications plans across a variety of mediums (social media, website, blog posts, impact reports) to grow awareness and engagement with the work of our social enterprise
2. Demonstrable success in fundraising within the charity sector; scoping, prospecting, proposal writing and reporting.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to present to a variety of audiences
4. Experienced in home working and able to self-motivate and develop and execute personal work and action plans with limited face to face supervision
5. Demonstrable ability to prioritise and manage conflicting outcomes and objectives and ensure the right job is completed at the right time
6. Works well in a small, dynamic team
7. High level of computer literacy – Canva, Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM software
8. Well organised and can prioritise work to meet deadlines
9. Experience working in international development is preferable.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Partnerships Manager to implement the fundraising strategy with a focus on building unrestricted income levels for City of Trees.
- Assist the Partnerships Manager in managing existing key funder relationships and take the lead on developing new funder relationships and revenue streams.
- Play a supporting role in trusts and foundations, working closely with the Business Development team.
- Oversee and maintain accurate supporter records through the use of our CRM system, DonorFy
- Work closely with the communications team on digital fundraising and events.
To be successful in this role you will need a broad experience across multiple fundraising disciplines i.e. legacy, individual giving, community and corporate fundraising. You will also need experience in planning, organising and delivering fundraising campaigns and activities, plus Experience of using a CRM system such as DonorFy, salesforce, Raisers Edge or ThankQ.

The foundation was established in 2008 to raise funds from alumni and parents of the School to increase the provision of means-tested bursaries and to assist the funding of capital projects. Reporting to the Development Director the Alumni Relations and Development Officer is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships between the School and its former pupils and current parents by managing associated events and activities, communications and publications, and the administration of the Development database.
The ideal candidate will have experience in event management and fundraising, along with proficiency in CRM systems. Strong writing skills are essential, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Excellent organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management are important as are excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
Hours are full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, full year. Occasional evening and weekend working is required for School events.
