Women’s Aid is the national charity working to end domestic abuse against women and children. Purpose of the Senior Corporate Fundraising Officer role:
As Senior Corporate Fundraising Officer, the successful candidate will play an integral role in the implementation and maintenance of a rolling programme of prospect identification, research and the nurturing of relationships. Leading on maximising support through the corporate fundraising streams, the post holder will draft and submit applications among other approaches to prospective funders and donors. In addition to developing persuasive cases for support in line with organisational priorities, the post holder will ensure that the activities for which funds are sought are impactful, measurable and can be effectively reported on to funders. Understanding Women’s Aid work, business plans and strategic priorities will be essential, as well as an involvement in fundraising events with the purpose of relationship building, nure and networking.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Senior Corporate Fundraising Officer:

What we are looking for in our Senior Corporate Fundraising Officer:

Your Role
Al-Khair Foundation uses Salesforce to manage relationships with our donors, supporters, and stakeholders, including recording all donations made to the organisation. Al-Khair Foundation’s Database Officer will be responsible for the monthly delivery of the income and data reconciliation processes for the Fundraising teams, which includes liaising with a wide range of external agencies and the website to successfully download and query files, update and create new supporter records on the database, process cheques and payment requests, and work closely with the Finance team to ensure all anticipated and banked income tallies correctly.
You will also work closely with colleagues in the Database team to support and maintain regular database processes, data cleansing, and other database-related functions that happen on a monthly or quarterly basis. This may include responding to and being responsible for Support Ticket queries in relation to income, data, and/or the database generally and working with external database agencies such as our web platform partners and Salesforce.
Aside from these core duties, from time to time, you may also carry out general administrative tasks on behalf of the Supporter Engagement team. This may include supporting the Supporter Care Assistant during busy periods with customer care via email and telephone and recording updates, processing invoices, and maintaining and updating team rotas and trackers.
Your Responsibilities
- Delivering the monthly data reconciliation and income reconciliation processes, which include downloading and uploading data files.

Key Duties:

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to work predominantly on the Warm Welcome Campaign, whilst also supporting wider fundraising efforts within the Good Faith Partnership. Joining during an exciting period of growth, you will be inheriting a pipeline of passionate funders who have supported the establishment and rapid growth of the Warm Welcome Campaign since 2022. You will be responsible for securing significant income for the Warm Welcome Campaign from a variety of sources, mainly from Grant-making bodies. Role outline and purpose
Working as a key link between the Philanthropy team and wider organisational teams, the Philanthropy Content Reporting Manager – Trusts will create specific reporting materials for our key funders. ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with the Executive Director of Feedback Global, as well as with other members of the senior team and the Executive Director of Feedback EU, the Fundraising Manager will develop and implement a strategy to raise funds for Feedback Global and Feedback EU, with a target of £3m yearly income across both organisations by the end of 2025.
The overwhelming majority of the funds raised will be from trusts and foundations, and so the role will primarily consist of researching potential trusts and working with the different teams to research and write compelling concept notes and applications.
