The Project Manager/Business Analyst role forms part of the PMO Team. The role will include management of priority projects across the Stewardship agile change portfolio, as well as the analysis and improvement of business processes across Stewardship. JustMoney Movement is seeking a part-time Fundraising lead to help us grow a more sustainable funding base. The role will work with senior staff to develop our strategic case for support to target small organisational/ institutional donors (£1-5k grants/ donations).

• Lead coordinator for in-person and virtual events, in line with events strategy devised by Strategic Relationships Manager.

About the role

Thousands of people in our communities are affected by breast cancer, and many of these are compelled to help by fundraising for Breast Cancer Now. To enable us to best support our network of fundraisers, and contribute to a sector leading programme, we’re looking for a community fundraising executive to join the London, South and Wales team.

In this busy and exciting supporter-facing role, you’ll provide stewardship to our brilliant fundraisers organising events from bake sales and balls to tractor runs and sponsored walks. Role Details

We are looking for someone with a passion to improve healthcare for babies born premature or sick, through the leadership of Bliss’ major practice improvement programme, the Bliss Baby Charter.

The Baby Charter is a national accreditation programme being undertaken by most neonatal units in the UK. It aims to improve outcomes for babies born premature or sick by encouraging neonatal healthcare professionals to involve parents in the care of their baby. This is known as Family Integrated Care, or FICare.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

We’re seeking a passionate and ambitious Membership Lead to drive membership retention and growth.

Position: Membership Lead

Location: E2, near Bethnal Green (London). Hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time), Monday to Friday.

About the role:

This role will take the lead in seeking out new opportunities for growth across our membership, including acquisition and retention and will be responsible for developing and implementing new initiatives to reach ambitious targets, as well as ensuring our existing members receive an excellent level of customer service.

Strong communication, engagement and interpersonal skills will be pivotal to this role as will the ability to interact, engage and influence senior stakeholders at all levels. This dynamic role will combine business development, relationship management, stakeholder engagement and operational oversight to ensure the ETP’s membership base thrives and aligns with our mission.

Working arrangements

This is a 12 month fixed term contract. 

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office. There will be a requirement for flexible out of hours working to support occasional evening and weekend activity. You will be compensated for this with time off in lieu.
