Bright Futures UK supports children and young people aged 5 to 24 whose education has been disrupted due to serious long-term physical or mental health conditions. We offer online one-to-one tutoring, befriending, and mentoring programmes, as well as group programmes including hospital workshops, industry events, and advocacy actions initiatives. Working in close partnership with hospitals, families, and other services, we ensure that children and young people experiencing health-related challenges are not left behind.

Role Overview

This is a key role in the delivery of our online personalised programme. The Coordinator will oversee the children and young people referral pathway, acting as the first point of contact for new referrals and guiding children, young people, and their families, educators, or hospital contacts through every stage of the onboarding process.

You will be responsible for gathering detailed and sensitive information about each young person’s health, education, and wellbeing, to ensure the support they receive is tailored, appropriate, and trauma-informed. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records is a central part of this role. You will also line manage the Personalised Programme Coordinators, work closely with the wider Programme and Volunteer Teams, and play a key role in external outreach and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Referral and Programme Oversight

• Act as the lead contact for all incoming referrals, including those from hospitals, statutory services, community organisations, and families
• Hold safe, compassionate, and confidential conversations with CYPs to understand their needs and gather relevant information around education, physical health, and mental wellbeing
• Ensure all referral documentation, risk assessments, consent forms, and safeguarding procedures are completed to a high standard and in line with organisational policy
• Maintain strong working relationships with referral partners, providing updates and sharing appropriate feedback
• Oversee the matching of referred CYP to suitable volunteers in collaboration with the Volunteer Senior Coordinator
• Monitor programme delivery through regular check-ins with Personalised Programme Coordinators to provide support and identify emerging risks or additional needs
• Liaise with internal colleagues to escalate safeguarding concerns and ensure support plans remain up to date
• Contribute to the development of our personalised support model, helping us adapt and evolve our offer based on the needs of our community

Team Management and Coordination

• Provide day-to-day line management and supervision to the Personalised Programme Coordinators
• Delegate tasks effectively and oversee the coordination of team workloads and timelines

Stakeholder Engagement and Promotion

• Promote Bright Futures UK’s personalised programme offer to relevant professionals and services
• Represent the organisation at external meetings, events, and forums
• Work with the Communications Team to ensure referral resources and information materials are accessible, clear, and up to date

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Administration

• Maintain accurate records using our CRM systems (Better Impact and Asana), ensuring compliance with GDPR and safeguarding standards
• Support ongoing monitoring and evaluation through data collection and feedback

Person Specification

Essential:

· Demonstrated ability to hold sensitive conversations in a trauma-informed, empathetic and professional way

The Fundraising and Stewardship Officer plays a vital role in supporting the long-term sustainability and growth of our organisation’s charitable mission. In the current landscape of increasing demand for services and competitive funding environments, strategic and relationship-driven fundraising is more critical than ever.

This role is vital to the growth of our income, building relationships with donors and funders, and ensuring their long-term support through excellent stewardship, prospect research and strategic pipeline development

This role exists to develop and deliver effective fundraising campaigns, build and maintain strong relationships with donors and funders, and ensure exceptional stewardship that encourages continued and increased support. Working closely with the senior leadership team and wider organisation, the officer will contribute to a culture of philanthropy, helping to secure vital income through a diverse mix of streams such as individual giving, legacies, corporate partnerships, community fundraising and trusts and foundations.

Through tailored communication, impact reporting, and donor recognition, the Fundraising and Stewardship Officer will ensure that all supporters feel valued and connected.  This person centred approach not only helps meet immediate funding goals but also builds a loyal, long-term supporter base, enabling the organisation to deliver meaningful impact in the communities it serves.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and deliver a multi-channel individual giving operational plan that supports donor acquisition, retention, and re-engagement, across online and offline platforms.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of lower-value (up to £5k) trusts and foundations, including community foundations, and contribute to the development of applications for mid-tier funders in collaboration with the Income Generation and Fundraising Lead.
• Maintain and update the income generation pipeline, tracking donor and funder stages, communications, deadlines and actions, and supporting internal reporting.
• Undertake regular prospect research to identify potential new individual donors, corporate partners, community groups, and trusts/foundations, maintaining a prospect tracker with recommendations for cultivation.
• Design and deliver fundraising campaigns and activities tailored to individual donors, including regular giving opportunities, payroll giving, donor clubs and high-net-worth cultivation.
• Manage the processing and stewardship of all individual donations and enquiries – including prompt and appropriate acknowledgements, follow-up, and personalised engagement activity.
• Maintain and oversee the fundraising CRM/database (e.g. Donorfy, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce), including updating records, running reports, creating segments, and supporting targeted communications and mailouts.
• Ensure all data is managed in compliance with GDPR and internal policies, contributing to best practice around data security, consent, and supporter preferences.
• Contribute ideas and input to the development of new income streams and supporter journeys.

Purpose of the Role

To lead and manage support staff, working with service users in their homes. Be aware of and work to trauma informed principles and manage the service as a psychologically informed environment. Ensure staff to work to psychologically informed principles and help service users to develop aspirations for their future. This will include developing goals for employment training and education. To assist support staff to achieve tangible progress outcomes for their support clients. Outcomes that are in line with Causeway’s mission and with LB Haringey’s contractual requirements. Work with the CEO to review and develop policies, including for specialist training and support as necessary. Support the CEO to develop and implement an organisational client mental health strategy, for all support services. Ensure staff understand the purpose of the service and their role in delivering outcomes. Ensure continuous learning and development across the team by embedding learning from training and service reviews. Work closely with Causeway’s internal Housing Team to ensure residents are complying with the terms of their tenancy or licence agreements. Lead on client involvement within the service. To represent CIHA at external events and meetings when necessary.

You will work a combination of office, client-home, community, and home-based working. Causeway is a 4-day week employer, so you will work 32 hours over 4 days a week. The Head of Data will be instrumental in helping the charity achieve its vision for data and will play a key role in delivering the data strategy. Working with the Director of Data and Impact, you will develop the capabilities, frameworks and infrastructure to ensure data is managed, governed, understood and used effectively to enable the Charity to make informed decisions.

Purpose

The Philanthropy Leads, reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, are responsible for inspiring new prospective, cultivating and stewarding high-value donors into greater involvement with Christians Against Poverty. They aim to draw supporters closer to the work we do, deepening their relationship and support of CAP. Income from CAP¿s major donors is vital for the future expansion of CAP in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Implementation & Fundraising 
• Implementation of a strategic plan to significantly increase major donor income, with a target of 17.5% of overall revenue within 3 years.
• Implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy for major donor income, aligned with CAP's overall strategic priorities.
• Execution of market research and competitor analysis to identify new funding opportunities and best practice in Philanthropic fundraising.
• Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, in order to identify points of engagement and draft appropriate funding bids.

Major Donor Development

• Manage a designated caseload of high-net-worth individuals or trusts, cultivating deep and meaningful relationships.

• Develop compelling restricted funding projects to attract major donor investment.

• Providing peer support and development with other members of the Philanthropy Team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
• Work with the Head of Philanthropy to set ambitious targets and KPIs for the postholder, ensuring they are aligned with overall fundraising goals.
• Ensure the timely submission of funding applications and effective stewardship of grant and donor relationships.

Impact & Reporting 

• Ensure that the CRM is updated with engagements, proposal submissions and engagement plans in a timely fashion.

• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of fundraising efforts and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in major donor fundraising.

Skills required

• A proven fundraiser who can inspire, influence and deliver results

Role Purpose

As Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for generating sustainable income through our fundraising activities, along with ensuring that Beaumond House is continuously building strong relationships with our supporters, local businesses and wider community as part of our income generation strategy.

You will lead and support the Beaumond House fundraising team in developing sustainable income to help ensure our charitable work continues to make an impact in Newark and Sherwood for future generations.  

Main Duties

• Responsible for devising, implementing, and developing innovative fundraising activity plans to ensure dependable sources of income for now and in the future.
• Work with your team, to build long-lasting relationships with our supporters, volunteers, businesses, grant makers and wider community.
• Manage the fundraising team operations and plan day-to-day activities.
• Ensure that all fundraising activity and donor communications is compliant and to best practice, keeping up to date with latest fundraising regulations.
•  Work closely with senior leadership team, in particular Head of Retail and Head of Care to ensure joined-up fundraising campaigns are in place across the organisation.
• Working closely with Head of Finance to ensure all income is correctly categorised and allocated.
• Be responsible for ensuring donor data and relationship management communications are correctly populated within CRM system.
• Oversee our presence across online platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and Beaumond House brand.

Operational and Management Duties

• Responsible line management of the Fundraising team, holding team-wide meetings, 1-2-1 sessions, annual appraisals and development plans. Creating a positive working environment within the department to enable all members of the team are productive and motivated.
• Mentor and coach members of the team, identify and support with development needs in team knowledge or experience, offering support and best practice advice.
• Delivering a tactical programme to ensure the successful implementation of fundraising plans and strategy, supporting each member of the fundraising team to meet their targets.
• Identify and clarify relationship overlaps between fundraising team members to ensure clarity for donors and supporters.
•  Get involved and support the team with fundraising activities as required. Such as attending fundraising events and activities outside normal working hours, weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
• Support and encourage the team in working effectively with volunteers. Ensuring volunteers have purpose, feel valued, well supported and part of the Beaumond House team.

Strategic Support

• Maintain and build on the established brand of Beaumond House, maximising opportunities with local communities and outlets.
• Be the voice, and champion, of our supporters and donors throughout everything we do. Maintaining feedback through items such as supporter feedback groups.
• Champion innovation in income generation, identify emerging trends in philanthropy, digital fundraising and donor engagement.
• Prepare detailed income and expenditure forecasts and project schedules in line with the organisation’s objectives.
• Support in the development of future strategic projects and priorities with Senior Leadership Team.

Administration Duties

• Take responsibility for own administration, always completing to the highest and most thorough standards.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records using agreed systems, such as Xero, Beacon CRM and MS Office 365. Use these to set up and run reports to provide information.
• Support directly or via signposting for IT queries eg. Use of MS 365, Beacon CRM, Gift Aid.

Mission Without Borders International is embarking on a season of renewal and growth. We have successfully implemented a new CRM system across our 12 affiliates who are scoped with raising financial and prayer support. The next phase of our systems upgrade will involve rolling out the new CRM system to our 6 field country operations in 2026. And then a new finance system. All of this with the goal of creating dashboards of data which provide real-time insights into the mission’s consolidated financial position and inform strategic decision-making. It is into this exciting new stage of the Mission that we seek a Director of Finance.

You will be a Christian, qualified accountant with proven experience as an international finance leader, having implemented new systems and worked across multiple jurisdictions. Experience of the charity/humanitarian sector and an understanding of the complexities of in-country programme management would be beneficial. You will have an open and servant-hearted leadership style that leads through team building and a drive to see excellence delivered through strong and transparent working relationships. You will be passionate about our vision to reach people for Christ.

Purpose of post

By instruction and in partnership with the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) the Programme Director will manage and coordinate the operational areas of VFCC based on company policies, goals, and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and that deadlines are met. The Programme Director prioritise the target/ objectives. We are looking for an experienced Programme Director to supervise a wide range of programs. You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. You will supervise teams and inform management on progress and performance.

A successful Programme Director must have a broad knowledge of program management principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates.

The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization

Key tasks

• The Programme Director will assist senior management in establishing the development of the organisations long-term business Plan.
• The Programme Director will ensure that the strategic aims and planning of departments budgets/objectives are in conjunction and agreed by the CEO.
• The Programme Director will be responsible for monitoring workflow, ensuring optimal productivity, performance, milestones and deadlines are met across the organization.
• The Programme Director will be responsible for managing the performance and objectives for key staff.

The Programme Director will also be responsible for:

• CRM system – lamplight.
• Fundraising – to support the fundraising strategy and monitor and produce reports.
• Assist SMT in setting goals that promote company growth which will support the strategic objectives of the organisation.
• Oversee daily activity of the team.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and other organisational reports as needed .
• Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine and manage the need for improvements team workloads to meet goals and deadlines.
• Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Improve existing systems and policies
• Promote and enforce safety in the workplace
• Work closely with other departments to promote efficient optimisation.
• Execute plans designed to meet company goals by updating/monitoring policies employees and coaching.
• Updating management with detailed and accurate reports/presentations regarding budgets, and bids
• Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed, read reports prepared by managers to monitor progress.
• Ensure program operations and activities comply to legal guidelines and internal policies.

• The Programme Director will occasionally be required to work evenings and weekends with the occasional requirement to stay away from home overnight.

Job Purpose:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to build a career in the charity sector and make a difference in one of the most innovative and exciting medical research fundraising charities in the UK. ​

As the Community Fundraising Assistant (East), you will play a crucial role in helping the charity meet its strategic plans and objectives, which include campaigning to increase the national investment in brain tumour research to £35 million per year, while fundraising to create a network of seven sustainable Brain Tumour Research Centres of Excellence across the UK. ​

Your role will be to support our East region to generate and grow our income through community fundraising activities, contributing to a regional team target of £1.5 million.  ​

Requisite Skills and Experience: ​​

Essential

Main duties:  ​

• Respond to supporter fundraising queries from across the East Region, predominantly via email or phone​

• Support the delivery of community fundraising activities and events across the East Region, but predominantly within the areas of London and Home Counties​

• Research and identify opportunities for support from within the East Region ​

• Ensure fundraisers that you support have access to relevant fundraising advice, guidance and accurate signposting, whilst promoting best practice in fundraising ​

• Keep our CRM database fully up to date with information about our supporters and their fundraising activities ​

• Provide administrative support for the East region​

As a Welfare Services Navigator, you will be on the front line of the organisation, providing essential support to beneficiaries through our helpline, email, and web chat services. You will advise members of the RAF family on the financial assistance and support services available through the RAF Benevolent Fund, guiding them on how to access these resources when needed.

The successful candidate will be proactive, with experience of working with people in a supportive capacity. They must be able to engage sensitively and professionally with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. A solid level of administrative experience is essential, ideally gained within a welfare or support-focused environment, along with confidence in using CRM IT systems.

The role will be office based at our London HQ, with a minimum of three days working in the office per week. The successful candidate for this role will need to be Basic DBS checked and prove they have the right to work in the UK.

Main duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a robust prospect research strategy supporting high-value fundraising across philanthropists, trusts & foundations, and corporates in the UK.
• Work collaboratively with our team in Ireland, to realise the pipeline opportunities for the portfolios across territories and allocate a percentage of time to supporting prospecting for our Ireland-based fundraising colleagues.

About our office
 
Our London office is based in The Foundry close to Vauxhall and The Oval underground stations. The Foundry offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a vibrant and ambitious community focused on social justice and human rights.
