Specialist Support Workers within Look Ahead are required to have either an extra dimension of experience or a higher qualification level as determined relevant for the particular post. Specialist Support Workers provide information, social inclusion and vocational opportunities to support people to recover and stay well; exercise choice and control in their care and lives; and participate on an equal footing in the community. Support is also provided to develop a model of re-enablement towards self-advocacy, self-management and empowerment, incorporating the principles and practice of recovery, co-production and peer support.
The 5-week rolling rota pattern includes both evening and weekend shifts. The shifts are from 07:00 to 15:00 or from 14:00 to 22:00, with a mix of both types. You will have approximately one full weekend off every five weeks, plus one additional Saturday off and one additional Sunday off, resulting in a total of two full working weekends in every five weeks.

The Operations Administrator will work closely with the broader Operations team to provide centralised communication and administrative support, and effective coordination across all aspects of the work of the Operations team.
As this role is central to the work of the Operations team, the person will need to be proactive, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. Communications:

Centralised administration:
- Alongside colleagues, provide administrative services to the Operations team responsible for the management of all Operators.

Data/reporting:
- Ensure data accuracy across various platforms, including but not limited to Salesforce, our website, and the Award Community (our online learning platform).

Licensing & quality:
- Fulfil the role of lead reviewer on licence reviews for all Operators.
- Support the Licensing team with coordination of licence reviews for all operators.
- Support the onboarding of new Operators including, but not limited to, issuing licence certificates.
- Support coordination of annual policy review.
- Support coordination of the Operator Annual Reporting process.
- Manage the coordination of the external activity provider processes and ensure the published list is accurate and up to date.
Operations/programme/growth:
- Support Operations Managers to process Award authorisations for IACs.
- Support the administration of Operator events including centralised coordination activities such as setting up virtual meetings, producing event calendars etc.
- Research new prospect Operating Partners.
- Support with the coordination of the three funds grants.
- Support the administration of training events including processing applications, updating dashboards and releasing certificates.

Reporting to the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for proactively generating significant income from five and six figure corporate partnerships by managing the new business pipeline, identifying new opportunities, building relationships and networking with key stakeholders and producing compelling applications and creative partnership proposals.
This is an excellent opportunity to build on previous experience and develop your skills in business development. Previous experience of securing high value, strategic partnerships in the third sector would be beneficial. The team has a proven track record in winning prestigious corporate partnerships which include: Macfarlanes LLP, Invesco, Knight Frank, Deutsche Bank, Nomura and high street names such as Kurt Geiger. Responsible for a third of the charity’s income the team are driven, highly motivated & results orientated.
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey, flexible working options available and part-time will be considered for the right candidate.
What we’re looking for:
- A friendly, enthusiastic and experienced corporate fundraiser who achieves results through people – you are socially focused and resilient, enjoy networking and are able to quickly connect with others and build effective working relationships.
- A motivating, empathetic and persuasive communicator – you are an experienced bid writer and a confident public speaker with experience of presenting to panels or addressing large audiences
- Knowledge of different corporate fundraising initiatives, including charity of the year, cause related marketing and strategic partnerships – you understand the components of a mutually beneficial and multi-faceted partnership, and have proven experience of prospect management and winning new business.
- You thrive working in a busy environment on multiple priorities simultaneously – results-oriented and a fast learner, you respond quickly to pressure and a changing environment.
- Confident use of MSOffice and experience of using a database – you have strong attention to detail, won’t miss a deadline and record accurate data using CRM systems.

Purpose:

Key responsibilities:
- Creating and converting a pipeline of potential members and other clients, in order to hit sales target and achieve KPIs
- Selling the charity’s services to inbound enquiries, resulting from marketing activity by the charity (eg webinars, SEO, social media and conferences)
- Enhancing the client relationship with existing clients through effective account management, and upselling services
- Being attentive to current legal affairs, whistleblowing cases and commercial market trends to accurately inform sector and client approaches
- Assist with business development projects and focuses including sector approaches, including round tables, breakfast briefings)
- Being a positive ambassador for the charity at national exhibitions, events and conferences
