We are looking for a part time Membership Officer to work 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), alongside our existing part time Membership Officer. The position is hybrid, with at least one day a week (Tuesday) in the office in Archway. Together, they will lead on administrative support of our membership functions. Reporting to our Office and Events Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the administrative functions that support the smooth running and ongoing success of the organisation around membership.
This is an interesting and varied role that acts as a first 'point of contact’ for the people we work with (such as Member Institutions, Registrants and queries from members of the public), as well as managing the administrative aspect of memberships, such as setting up new Registrants on our CRM system. The role also involves longer term project work such as overseeing the CPD audit and improving and growing membership processes.

To develop relationships to secure gifts and grants from Corporate Foundations, Trusts and statutory grant makers to achieve income targets. Responsibilities include:
Prospect Research:
- Identify and develop a pipeline of opportunities from grant-giving trusts and foundations.
- Use internal database, online resources, desk research, and contact mapping to identify new funder opportunities.
- Review trusts’ and foundations’ funding criteria to grow the prospect pipeline.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our work and future developments to identify new funding opportunities.
Submitting grant applications:
- Create compelling and persuasive funding appeals.
- Complete grant application forms and follow application processes as required.

Leadership & Relationship Management:
- Lead and manage the Trusts and Philanthropy Executive by developing skills, conducting appraisals and overseeing ongoing development.
- Lead & steward a portfolio of existing charitable trusts and foundations, and cultivate new potential donors, ensuring their support is recognised and celebrated.
- Ensure funders are thanked promptly and that grant terms and conditions are applied.
- Provide progress reports and manage all formal reporting requirements on time.
- Build relationships in person, by phone, email, or virtual meetings to secure long-term commitment.
- Identify opportunities for funders to meet key staff and attend events and site visits that strengthen their relationship with the charity.

Administration and Reporting:

Education & Qualifications:

Experience:

Job purpose

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Development (New Business & Philanthropy) and working closely with our Development Managers, the Development Executive will play a crucial role in generating new income opportunities for the Trust. The role
Art Fund is seeking an experienced marketing and brand leader to start immediately, providing senior leadership and continuity for our youth-focused membership programmes, Student Art Pass and Teacher Art Pass, supporting the Head of Youth Programmes as we enter a busy year with the development and implementation of a new CRM (Salesforce).
As Youth Marketing Lead you’ll support a strategic marketing programme designed to connect a diverse new generation with UK museums and galleries. You’ll lead campaigns to drive both member acquisition and retention, developing creative concepts, digital & CRM marketing that inspires, deepens loyalty and delivers measurable ROI.
As a leading voice in the membership team, you’ll help drive the growth and evolution of the Teacher Art Pass and Student Art Pass, shaping future products and propositions — including our ambition to expand the pass to wider youth audiences.
You’ll also play a key leadership role across Art Fund — guiding a talented team, collaborating with colleagues across Digital, Programmes and Development, and contributing to major organisational projects including our CRM transformation.
The responsibilities of the role will flex over the contract period in line with organisational priorities and the availability of the Head of Youth Marketing. The postholder will take a lead on agreed areas of work, while ensuring that strategic oversight and continuity are maintained.

Purpose of the Role
The Fundraising Officer plays a key role in delivering Race Against Dementia’s fundraising and marketing activity, helping to grow income and strengthen supporter relationships. The role combines operational excellence with creativity: managing systems, data and platforms to ensure effective delivery, while producing engaging content and stories that inspire action.
Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing and Communications
- Manage incoming communications to the fundraising team, ensuring timely, professional responses
- Maintain the CRM with up to date and accurate supporter information, and act as organisational lead on CRM best practice and management
- Set up dashboards and reporting systems in the CRM to monitor donor behaviours and patterns Provide regular updates and reports to the fundraising team on supporter behaviours, channel performance, trends etc. to inform strategy
Fundraiser communications and events
- Act as first point of contact for individuals and organisations fundraising for the charity
- Record and track all fundraising events and activities, implementing communication plans to welcome, support, and thank participants
- Work with the Public Fundraising and Marketing Lead to build digital and automated onboarding and stewardship journeys for community fundraisers
- Oversee the delivery of excellent stewardship for community fundraisers through responsive support, proactive communication and effective use of automated journeys to enhance their experience and results
- Build strategies to maximise fundraiser income, including targets, incentives etc.

Fundraising Operations

Director of Transformation (DDaT)
A leading national charity is seeking an Interim Director of Transformation (DDaT) to guide the organisation through a crucial 18 month period of modernisation. This is a senior mandate suited to someone with broad technology leadership experience in fundraising charities of around 100–250 employees, and the capability to drive major transformation programmes to completion, including a significant CRM migration and the development of a modern data platform.
In this role, you’ll take responsibility for ensuring the charity’s technology architecture is coherent, scalable and secure, overseeing key platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365/Azure, and the charity’s evolving data lakehouse. You’ll bring structure to delivery and operations, managing internal teams and external partners, strengthening SLAs, and championing agile ways of working to ensure the organisation receives a high-quality, modern, and responsive technology service.
You’ll also lead the organisation through a substantial period of change, working closely with fundraising, digital, and operational teams to ensure technology aligns with strategic goals, particularly the ambition to scale income and deepen supporter engagement.
