We are opening two new supported housing schemes in Lewisham. Both schemes are part of our well-established Young Persons and Complex Needs service in London and will provide temporary housing for young people aged 16-17 who are experiencing homelessness.

And, when someone’s ready to move on, we'll rely on you to help them access the housing register or look for suitable rented accommodation.
What we’re looking for:

You’re a great relationship builder, who can create trust so that our young people feel comfortable sharing their issues with you, you listen but in a non-judgemental way and you are able to spot signs for concern and act on them.
You’ll also need to be able to work on your own, sometimes dealing with challenging situations and diffusing them to avoid escalation. Is this you?
- Relationship building skills
- Empathy
- Great listening skills
- Diplomacy and the ability to deal with challenging situations and diffuse them
- Non judgmental
- Proactive and assertive
