We are looking for a Fundraising Officer to lead the administration of CCT’s tiered membership programmes, annual and church-based appeals, legacies, and fundraising events. The Fundraising Officer will also support in the creation of marketing materials to support these initiatives.

Following the growth in audience development through online events and digital activity, CCT welcomed younger and international members and increased the number of donations. We have since witnessed decreased retention rates and are looking to implement methods to increase member and donor acquisition and retention. 

The role of the Fundraising Officer is vital to maintaining excellent service delivery across our core fundraising programmes and providing strong supporter care.

This role will support the organisational-wide aim to build a collaborative fundraising culture and ensure CCT’s buildings at risk are sustained for the appreciation and benefit of future generations.

The role

Reporting to the Events and Community Fundraising Manager, you will play a key role as part of the Fundraising Team by providing the highest levels of fundraising and event administration support to ensure the provision of seamless, excellent supporter care and assistance to our supporters.  Specific fundraising streams will include, but not be limited to, London Marathon, Other Runs and Challenges, Community Fundraising, Special Events and other streams as needed.

Whilst this role is primarily providing administrative and stewardship support for fundraising and event activities, there will be opportunities to be involved with all other aspects of the charity and the development of future fundraising initiatives and events.

The successful candidate will need to be a good team player, able to work independently; flexible; hard working and prepared to play an enthusiastic role in helping to deliver excellent supporter care and increased fundraising income. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

In this position you will:

· Be a primary contact point for our London Marathon runners to provide excellent customer care and increase fundraising potential

· Answer general public and supporter enquiries that come in by telephone, email, social media and WhatsApp groups and mail in a way that makes them feel important and valued regardless of the nature of their enquiry

· Assist with the processing of all income (cash, cheques, online platform donations)  correctly into the Donorfy database, and thank or pass to relevant team members for thanking in a timely manner

· Record as necessary enquiries, correspondence and responses on our Donorfy database

· Be a primary point of contact for our Challenge Event fundraisers.  Build excellent relationships with them and provide materials and support, liaising before, during and following their activity/event as needed

· To work with the team to provide support for key fundraising activities such as the London Marathon and other challenge and running events.  This will include assisting with event administration, proactively making telephone calls in response to applications for places in London Marathon and to encourage fundraising, answering telephone calls, responding to emails WhatsApp and Facebook messages, thanking participants, sending materials to participants and updating records on Donorfy

· Monitoring Social Media and assisting with providing content for these channels/platforms

· Communications support: this may include contributing content for appeals, website and enewsletters and will include monitoring stewardship schedules and deadlines where needed

· Act as liaison for BRUK’s administration where needed with our fulfilment house and/or other suppliers

· Liaise with finance and/or Head of Fundraising as required

It is essential that you have at least 12–15 months experience of working within the Third Sector in a supporter care and/or fundraising event administrative role

· Attention to detail -  you must be able to consistently produce accurate work

You'll also need a good working knowledge of Housing Law as it applies to tenancies.

Other key requirements include:

• communication skills with the ability to engage with our customers professionally and with empathy in person, on the phone and in writing;
• of creating and building partnerships with other agencies to support service delivery;
• in using Microsoft Office (including Outlook), and CRM systems.

A social care or housing management qualification is desirable, as is experience with housing management systems and a current driving licence.

The Pituitary Foundation is the UK’s leading charity providing support and information for people living with pituitary conditions, their families, friends and carers. We are excited to be advertising the role of Psychotherapy Service Manager at Respond, to lead our team and the development of our psychotherapy services with autistic people and people with learning disabilities who have experienced trauma and their families.  Many of our clients may have experienced complex or multiple traumatic experiences including sexual violence, domestic abuse and neglect.

The Psychotherapy Service provides predominantly longer-term therapeutic support of a year or more, depending on how the work is funded, to an average of 130 unique individuals per year.  The current team of 10 are made up of 4 senior therapists (reporting to the postholder), 4 therapists and 2 honoraries in training, the majority of whom are Arts therapists and work within a psychodynamic and/or systemic model.

We welcome applications from experienced Psychodynamic Counsellor/Psychotherapists, Arts therapists, Psychologists or Family Therapists who are passionate about our work. You will work psychodynamically, champion our trauma informed approach including our reflective practice model and have the opportunity to influence and shape the development of the psychotherapy service.  Leading the small team, you will provide clinical leadership and be Safeguarding lead, ensuring we continue to provide high quality psychotherapy services.  We are offering the role at 4-5 days per week, working in a hybrid manner flexibly. You can also hold your own small case load of clients, supervisees and/or consultancy work within the role.

This is a unique and specialist role and we recognise that you may have more experience in one clinical area or client group than another, given the breadth of our work and whilst you may be experienced in working psychodynamically as a therapist and as a line manager, you may be newer to leading a service for example. Or you may have a great deal of other experience and understanding of the needs of our clients from other work.  We are flexible to develop the right candidate who is passionate about improving the lives of autistic people, people with learning disabilities and their family members.

The Survivors Trust is a UK-wide membership organisation for specialist voluntary sector rape and sexual abuse support services.   Our vision is for a society where services for survivors are trauma-informed and accessible according to need.  Survivors and their partners, parents, families and supporters have a right to support and justice can access the right service for them at the right time, free of charge, and according to need.

We have over 120 member organisations in the UK and Ireland providing counselling, emotional support and advocacy for women, men, young people and children who have been affected by rape or sexual abuse/exploitation at any time in their lives.

We support our member agencies by providing a wide range of infrastructure support including regional meetings, networking events, specialist forums and workshops and representing our member agencies in national meetings.  We provide accredited training for Independent Sexual Violence Advisors and bespoke training and workshops for professionals and organisations.  We run a national helpline for anyone who has been affected by sexual violence in any way.

We’re looking for a Fundraising Officer to join our small and friendly team at our head office in Rugby, working with our Income Generation Manager to ensure our income meets the increasing demands for our services.

You will lead on developing and supporting trust, grant, commissioned and community fundraising activities, including researching fundraising opportunities and writing grant applications, working in collaboration with the Income Generation Manager.  Supporting our amazing community fundraisers is an important element of the role, providing fundraising newsletters, updates and maintaining our fundraising webpages.

You will ideally have previous experience of working in the voluntary sector and experience of developing funding applications and building relationships with donors and fundraisers, but please don’t be put off applying if you don’t meet all these requirements.  The right candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively in a friendly and professional manner, with excellent IT skills.

The Programme Officer role will report to the Programme Manager and sit within the Programmes Team.

The Programme Officer will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a number of our services.  You will have a clear focus of delivering high quality programmes that are run smoothly, efficiently, within budget and achieve the desired outcomes and objectives for both the partners and the young people.

You will support others within your team to deliver high quality programmes from programme initiation through to evaluation that will directly contribute to the company's growth strategy and impact.

As a Legacy Officer you will play a pivotal part in growing this important source of income which comprises both legacy administration and legacy marketing. Legacies play a vital role at the Home, funding on average 1/3 of our annual income and you will support the implementation of a legacy strategy, aimed at growing income.

You will collaborate closely with the Legacy and Individual Giving Manager and Head of Fundraising to develop strategy and drive income growth, while delivering concise reports on key performance indicators. Your meticulous attention to detail will shine as you manage the day-to-day administration of our legacy caseload, handling complex gifts and resolving any issues. Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements will be second nature to you, as you ensure all funds are administered correctly in alignment with donors' wishes. Collaborating seamlessly with various teams, you'll ensure smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and insightful analysis. Leveraging your marketing prowess, you'll engage with stakeholders, cultivate relationships, and develop innovative approaches to boost supporter loyalty and engagement.

We're looking for someone with expertise in Microsoft packages, estate administration, and CRM databases. You should excel in building relationships, delivering supporter communications, and assessing legacy activities. Strong communication, research, and numeracy skills are essential, along with a knack for relationship management and attention to detail. A positive attitude, diplomacy, and adaptability are also vital.
