The Role:
The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of our marketing strategy across channels such as organic social media, paid social, paid media, as well as supporting offline marketing efforts. You will report to the Social Media Manager, but this role will support across all of the marketing functions. We’re seeking a team player, with a willingness to learn, and a passion for supporting the beneficiaries we serve.
Responsibilities:
· You will support the delivery of our marketing strategy across all existing channels, as well as new ones we seek to test. This includes but is not limited to:
o Support on organic social media including the creating, scheduling and reporting of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and LinkedIn with support from the Social Media Manager.
o Support on paid social media including the creation, scheduling, optimising and reporting of content across Meta and TikTok with support from the Social Media Manager.
o Support of our paid search efforts in accordance with our agency’s directions.
o Support on the TV appeals, OOH, events and more as needed.
· You will support the Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
· You will take part in campaign planning and creative brainstorming sessions, showcasing a confidence to share ideas on how we can fundraise and communicate with our donors successfully.
· Engage with key followers of our social media accounts including influencer management, strategy and reporting.
· Time will be split across all marketing functions with an emphasis on social media marketing.
Person specification:
· Experience in an agile fundraising environment where priorities can change without warning.
· Test and learn mindset to deliver the best performing marketing activities.
· Data driven to optimise performance across channels.
· Experience in Meta, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok.
· Stays up to date with social media trends including new social channels.
· Willingness to learn and get stuck in with fundraising efforts which may fall outside of this role’s usual remit, such as TV appeals.

London Gypsies and Travellers (LGT) is an organisation which challenges social exclusion and discrimination, working for change in partnership with Gypsies and Travellers across London living on council caravan sites, roadside camps and with those living in bricks and mortar housing. They run a range of programmes from youth mentoring and training for adults and young people, to supporting those experiencing homelessness. In addition to this LGT also engage with local authorities and MPs on policy issues, and support community-led campaigns and development projects to build the capacity of individuals and their communities to influence the decisions that affect their lives.
Working closely with the CEO, Project and Team Leads, the Finance Manager will lead all aspects of financial management from budgeting, accounting and compliance, financial management of grants, to reporting to the Finance Committee to support the Board of Trustees and leadership with financial planning and decision making. Finance is the core of the role; however, you will also use your data management and organisation skills to help us maintain and develop workflow and data management systems and processes and oversee other core operational functions delivered by their Business Operations Administrator.
To be considered for this role you will have significant experience in a finance role and ideally be part or fully qualified. The right candidate will have experience of delivering and managing all core finance and accounting processes to support budgeting, reporting, sound financial management and decision making. You will have the ability to record, analyse, and present financial data clearly and accurately. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, self-driven, and proactive in seeking solutions. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills are crucial, along with effective project management abilities to prioritise and meet objectives efficiently.

About the role:
When a person or their family member sustains a spinal cord injury it is a life changing experience. They can experience a huge drop in confidence, lose their independence and can feel isolated and that no one understands what they’re going through. Back Up was started by volunteers and our volunteers remain at the heart of everything we do, including shaping and delivering our range of services.
The Volunteer Development Assistant will be the main point of contact for volunteer enquiries and requests and will work across Back Up to understand volunteer needs in order for the volunteer team to grow and support delivery of our life changing services. They will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the annual calendar of volunteer training events ensuring that prospective volunteers feel supported and well prepared, and everything is in place for delivery of high-quality training.
Lived experience is an advantage; but most important is you sharing our commitment to transform the lives of everyone affected by spinal cord injury.

Over the last few years, New Horizon has been steadily growing in response to increased demand for our services. Our ambitious plans for 2024/25 include expanding our service offer and securing an additional site locally that will add much needed space for young people’s activities and office space. The Finance and Resources Manager role will add capacity to our Administration Team, creating a new deputy manager role to support the delivery of our expansion plans support and relieve increased demand. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and Resources by overseeing and further developing the administrative function of the organisation, and directly line manage a number of administrators. You should be exceptionally well organised, confident in communicating with trustees and senior managers, and passionate about delivering high quality services to young people who are unsafe or facing homelessness.

The complaints and compliance team are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active person who has excellent administration skills and great attention to detail to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the compliance mailbox so you will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to give friendly support and advice to our volunteers and stakeholders in line with Girlguiding’s code of conduct and other policies and procedures.
Experience of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Teams) is essential and you’ll need to be good at problem solving and be able to work on your own initiative.
Previous experience or knowledge of using a CRM database or managing high levels of data would be an advantage and you’ll need to be able to update information accurately and in a timely manner.
