We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Insight Analyst to oversee Blood Cancer UK’s digital tracking and analytics function. In this role, you’ll ensure our digital data from web, email, social media, and campaigns is accurate, reliable, and turned into clear, actionable insights that empower teams to make faster, evidence-based decisions.
You will manage the implementation and quality assurance of tracking across platforms, monitor SEO and on-site search performance, and support the measurement and evaluation of campaigns and experiments. Working closely with Product, Content, and Marketing teams, you’ll embed robust measurement practices from the start of projects to help drive continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for designing and building comprehensive data dashboards that combine digital data from multiple sources, to deliver accessible visual insights for various teams. You will set up, validate, and troubleshoot all data tracking and tagging across our platforms to ensure the highest level of data integrity and accuracy.
Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing data literacy across the organisation by providing guidance and training. You’ll act as a strategic partner by supporting the Insight & Digital Performance Lead to influence senior leaders and shape organisational priorities through data-driven insight.
Expected travel for this role is, quarterly in-person team meetings, 1–2 all-staff away days per year, plus additional travel to the London office and external meetings as required.

The UK Cystic Fibrosis Registry is an internationally recognised database of consenting people with CF collecting demographic, clinical care, and health outcomes data from clinical teams in specialist centres across the UK. The Registry is a world-leading resource, the data from which is used to facilitate research, clinical trials, real-world evidence studies and quality improvement projects for the benefit of people with CF.
In this exciting role, you will play an essential role in the design, analysis, and reporting of data from the UK Cystic Fibrosis Registry, joining a busy, dynamic, collaborative team, working with colleagues and stakeholders both nationally and internationally.
To be the right candidate for this role, you will:
- Have sound experience in the analysis and interpretation of large, observational data sets, ideally demonstrated through prior work with health registries or real-world data sources.
- Have a passion for data and data visualisation, with a desire to make reporting transparent and accessible for all.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to broad audiences in an accessible way.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced data analyst to help us make the best possible use of our supporter data, to continue to grow income and engagement. At its heart, this role is about uncovering the trends, patterns and stories behind the numbers, and providing clear, engaging reports and dashboards: generating real understanding to drive strategic direction. The role is based in our newly formed Insight, Research, Innovation and Supporter Data team, bringing together professionals across these functions to drive impactful strategies and innovation. It is a job-share post, working with another part-time analyst.
About you
As well as being a whiz with numbers, analytical tools and coding (including SQL), you must be a good collaborator who can work well with stakeholders and other analysts across different fields to bring together the ‘big picture’ and add value.
You must have experience working with CRM systems and developing and interrogating PowerBI reports and dashboards for different contexts.
You need to be objective and clear-headed in a complex data environment; you figure out and focus on what really matters, going beyond headline reporting to uncover deeper insights and choosing the most effective methods to report on those insights to a range of audiences.
You are inquisitive and curious, keeping an eye on improvements and innovations, and being proactive in making the right changes happen. You are data and evidence-centric, with an appreciation of how quantitative and qualitative methods work alongside each other. Ideally, you also have experience working in fundraising, supporter engagement, or customer experience.

We are looking for an individual with a keen, analytical mind who is comfortable working with large datasets to be a Data Officer within the Knowledge and Insight team.
Position: SIT62 Data Officer
Location: Home-based, UK, Nationwide. However, occasional travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work related meetings)
Salary: Circa £32,100 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,275 per annum may be applied in accordance to where you live)

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Data Services, the Data Officer will meet data needs relating to the management and delivery of supporter and engagement products. You will work alongside three other Data Officers to assess, prioritise and provide solutions including the building of data selections and journeys for direct marketing purposes and the running of supporter data imports and exports.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering data selections, Building automated journeys for fundraising and engagement activity to support increased income generation and supporter retention, ensuring communications are delivered to agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Providing reports and data sets to supporter product owners, managers and delivery staff to help them maximise the impact of activities.
About You
You will have experience of using CRM Dynamics, Faststats and PeopleStage and or any Donor CRM for marketing purposes. You will receive support while you are learning to use any of the tools and applications the team use and will be actively encouraged in the development of your data and analytical skills. Communication skills play a key part in this role, because you will need to be able to talk through or present selections or solutions to stakeholders.
You will have a proven record of:
- Working with large datasets for marketing purposes and provide solutions and or data in response to enquiries from colleagues and other teams.
- Using a relational customer/supporter database to import and export data to and from external suppliers; including data mapping and the design of appropriate import processes.
- Use of a marketing automation tools such as Faststats and PeopleStage.

We’re looking for a Website Manager to lead the development and delivery of Samaritans’ websites, ensuring they are engaging, accessible, and impactful. This is a pivotal role in our Brand, Content and Digital Engagement team, where you’ll lead on digital excellence and work with external partners to grow our reach and improve user journeys.
Contract
- £40,000 - £42,000 per annum plus benefits
- Full Time (35hrs per week)
- Permanent
- Hybrid – Linked to Ewell (Surrey) office with flexibility to work from home

What you’ll do
- Lead and develop a high-performing Web team
- Oversee website content strategy and functionality improvements
- Manage digital aspects of major campaigns and projects
- Own and optimise our digital ecosystem, including third-party platforms
- Drive SEO, PPC and content opportunities to increase reach and conversions
- Champion digital best practice and support internal teams to upskill
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions and improve performance
What you’ll bring
- Strong editorial judgement and digital marketing expertise
- Experience managing web development and content workflows (Agile experience desirable)
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (Wagtail experience a plus)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- A data-driven mindset and understanding of user experience principles
- Knowledge of digital legislation, standards and trends
- Excellent communication skills and emotional resilience
