About This Role

We are looking for an exceptional Outreach Manager to lead our outreach and develop excellent referral partner relationships across London. Our Outreach Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that as many women as possible know about and can access our service. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, passionate, strategic, and relationship-driven individual to grow our reach and impact within London (and beyond). 

The role would be based across all of London and our three London centres (Islington, Ladbroke Grove and Croydon). You will be expected to travel to and attend outreach events, as well as meeting referral partner organisations. There will also be occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu is given.

About the Bristol Men’s Crisis House

The Bristol Men’s Crisis House is a warm and supportive 10-bed home based at Bradford Lodge in Avonmouth. We’re here for men who have recently been through a mental health crisis—whether they’ve just left hospital or are finding it difficult to stay safe where they currently live. Our house offers a calm, safe environment where residents can take time to stabilise and focus on their wellbeing. We provide therapeutic support to help each person feel ready and confident to return home. Stays are usually up to 10 days, although men who are of no fixed abode (NFA) may stay a little longer if needed.

• We’re a non-CQC registered service.
• Our team is here day and night, 24/7, every day of the year.
• The service is run by Rethink Mental Illness, working closely with AWP, who handle all referrals through their Crisis Teams.

How you will make a difference:

Staffing, Leadership & Oversight

· I will ensure that staff have the correct guidance and support to fulfil their roles and will ensure that a monthly 24/7 rota ensures enough staffing capacity to deliver effective support.

Quality of Support & Environment

· I will ensure that a high standard of support is embedded within the service and will promote and support an inclusive environment.

· I will ensure that high quality support planning, risk management, outcomes measurements are in place for all residents in the service at all times.

Referrals & Risk Management

· I will review all referrals into the service and ensure these are appropriate for the service remit and that risks are manageable during the residents stay. I will ensure that all referral documentation is received.

Partnership & Multi-Agency Working

· I will work closely with AWP Crisis Teams and ensure highly effective working relationships are in place at a management and front line level to ensure the crisis house provides the right standard of support to residents using a multi-agency approach.

Activities & Resident Engagement

· I will ensure activities offered to residents in the house and externally are varied and meet residents needs and demand and are within agreed budgets.

Incident Management & Learning

· I will manage and review all incidents and severe untoward incidents that occur at the crisis house ensuring that learning is adopted and shared as needed with AWP and the commissioners. I will support joint investigations with AWP where relevant following the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF).

Essential skills and experience required:

· Recognised housing related qualification or equivalent relevant housing experience

· Experience in a comparable role of management, preferably in housing, social services, residential care or supported housing.

· Experience and knowledge of enhanced housing benefit, housing management, related legislation, letting procedures and Local Authority guidelines

· Ability to identify support goals and evaluate progress.

· Knowledge of risk assessments and ability to identify potential risks and how to manage risks.

· Understanding of housing management, law, policy and best practice

· Ability to motivate people and achieve positive outcomes

· Ability to communicate effectively at different levels

· Knowledge of housing needs / barriers faced by people who experience mental ill health. 

· Excellent communication and literacy skills, able to produce clear, concise reports, correspondence and notes

· Competent in the use of IT systems including Microsoft applications, email and internet.

Business Partnering and Financial Reporting Manager | London - Hybrid | £70,000 + Benefits

For an international NGO based in London, we are recruiting a permanent Business Partnering and Reporting Manager. Reporting to the Global Head of Finance, this role will oversee all business and commercial reporting, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and KPIs, as well as the financial reporting, balance sheet, cash and reserves reporting and reconciliations. The role will have a lead input in the year-end close and preparation of the Annual Report and Audit process and will lead the finance business partnering team of two.

Main Duties:

• Lead month-end close and production of month-end business, commercial and MI reporting
• Deliver insightful reporting into the business and commercial performance by partnering key stakeholders and supporting the leadership decision-making
• Lead the Business Planning and annual budgeting processes, preparing packs and presentations for the Executive Committee, Board Finance Committee and Council
• Lead the forecasting process, ensuring their integrity
• Support the development of finance reporting using Power BI, to embed KPIs measuring finance performance
• Prepare presentations for the Exco and Council meetings around business planning, budgeting and forecasting packs
• Provide effective and robust challenge to ensure operational, commercial and financial targets are achieved
• Prepare the consolidated cashflow, balance sheet and reserves (including restricted funding)
• Oversee ledger integrity via monthly and year-end reporting processes and the reconciliation of reporting and balance sheet accounts

About the Programme

The Foundation has been awarded a £2.1m grant by the National Lottery Community Fund (NLCF) to deliver a pilot as part of it's Grant Holder Support programme. This pilot, Investing in the Power of Civil Society (IIPCS), will support up to 640 charities across the Northwest, Southwest of England and Yorkshire and Humber . 

Delivered in partnership with eight organisations — IVAR, Groundwork UK and local trusts, CAST, The School for Social Entrepreneurs, NCVO, Voice4Change England, the AVOCADO Foundation and Access (advisory) — the pilot will offer diagnostic-led, tailored and relational support to help organisations strengthen their work.

Support will focus on resilience, environmental impact, readiness for AI and digital technology, enabling participating charities to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing world. With a strong emphasis on equity and access, the pilot is designed to ensure organisations of all sizes and backgrounds can benefit.

We will be using a test-and-learn approach — trying out new ways of supporting charities, learning from what works and what doesn’t, and using those insights to improve future programmes. This approach will help shape NLCF’s future support for both grant holders and grant seekers, strengthen the Foundation and partners’ own development practice, and contribute to wider learning across the sector.

About the Role

As Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering this new, collaborative pilot programme. You’ll be the key point of contact for grant holders referred into the programme, guiding them through a diagnostic process, co-creating tailored development plans, and connecting them with the right support.

You’ll also work closely with National Lottery Community Fund Funding Officers, helping them make confident and effective referrals. Your work will ensure that learning from these relationships directly informs the future design of the programme and how the UK’s largest non-statutory community funder supports small charities.

The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking a skilled and versatile Digital Media Editor and Coordinator to join its Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, strong editorial skills, and confidence using key digital media creation platforms.

This new role will play a key part in the orchestra’s digital-first strategy, supporting the creation, editing, and distribution of engaging content across web, social media, and other digital channels. Working closely with the Social Media & Content Manager and Senior Producer, the postholder will help bring the Philharmonia’s concerts and activities to audiences worldwide. Focused on short form, social-first content, this role requires someone with technical proficiency, excellent organisation and a flexible approach to content capture.

Although based at Head Office, the role involves frequent time out of the office with the Orchestra – whether in rehearsals, at concert venues, or on tour. No two weeks will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and implementation: 

• Work with the Social Media & Content Manager and Senior Producer to plan and deliver the Philharmonia’s short- and long-form digital content in line with marketing and organisational priorities

• Contribute to the orchestra’s digital-first marketing strategy by identifying opportunities for new and engaging content across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

• Take ownership of specific projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear and proactive

• Ensure that all content produced reflects Philharmonia’s visual identity, brand tone, and artistic standards, maintaining consistency across digital and print communications

• Support the effective use of data and analytics to inform decisions about content performance, reach, and audience engagement

• Keep abreast of developments in digital media production, editing software, and social trends, sharing insights and proposing improvements to processes and outputs

Key tasks:

• Edit video, audio, and imagery for web, social, and internal use, ensuring material is produced to a high standard and delivered to agreed timelines

• Assist with content capture at rehearsals, performances, and events, undertaking filming and on-site editing to enable timely release of digital content

• Create motion graphics, captions, and short-form edits tailored for specific social media platforms to maximise engagement and visibility

• Some ad hoc design for print and physical products (i.e. Philharmonia Records, Shopify products, donation boxes etc.)

• Provide light-touch coordination of content schedules and workflows between editors, producers, and departments to ensure smooth delivery and efficient handover of materials

• Support with the management and organisation of media assets using the Philharmonia’s content management and digital asset management systems, applying consistent metadata and archiving standards

• Support cross-departmental campaigns and contribute to the planning and delivery of wider marketing and communications projects

Collaboration:

• Act as an advocate for best practice in digital content creation and file management, encouraging high standards of quality, consistency, and accessibility

• Support and collaborate with colleagues across the Marketing and Communications team, offering technical advice and creative input where appropriate

Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Strong video editing skills using the full Adobe suite

• Working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects for basic graphics and animation

• Experience managing digital files and metadata within CMS or DAM systems

• Understanding of digital publishing platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• A keen eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail

• Ability to work flexibly – including some evenings and weekends – to capture live content as it happens

The SLA supports approximately 2000 members with advice, training and advocacy across the UK. The Events Manager will form an essential part of the SLA team working to run a high quality, inspiring and engaging events and training to help us deliver on our mission to support members, so that more children and young people reach their full potential through the school library. You will lead on the organisation of our annual conference; develop and maintain a calendar of events and training for members and non-member audiences; and support the team with all event related administration and logistics.  Events at the SLA include member meet ups (in person and online), events in our branch network across 23 regions, professional development and training, and our SLA Awards ceremonies.

Role Purpose

The National Programme Manager will lead the development and delivery of Chiva’s national participation and support programmes.

This includes embedding participation across the organisation, managing key programmes for children, young people and families, and ensuring the diverse voices of children, young people and young adults living with HIV are represented at all levels of service and policy development.

The role combines leadership of programme delivery, staff and volunteer supervision, training, stakeholder engagement and evaluation to ensure long-term impact and sustainability.

• Create compelling, personalised proposals, communications, and impact reports to inspire and retain support. 

• Plan and deliver major donor cultivation events in partnership with the Events Manager.

About you  

Educated to degree level or with considerable equivalent experience, you will have proven track record in securing, managing, and growing high-value donor relationships. You will be a strategic thinker with experience designing and delivering fundraising strategies at a senior level.
