Our new Programme Support Officer (Health and Wellbeing) will play a vital role across three of Salford CVS’s flagship programmes - Wellbeing Matters, Live Well, and Answer Cancer. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to three distinct but connected areas of work that collectively support community wellbeing, prevention, and early help across Salford.

You will work as part of a passionate, multi-disciplinary team, supporting programme coordination, data and insight gathering, communication activities, and high-quality partner engagement. By providing consistent and reliable operational support, you will help ensure each programme runs smoothly, meets its objectives, and continues to deliver positive health and wellbeing outcomes for residents and communities.

Across these programmes, you will:

• Support day-to-day programme delivery, helping maintain strong relationships with partners, community organisations, and stakeholders
• Support data collection, reporting, and gathering stories, and help create clear updates that show the programme’s health, wellbeing and prevention impact
• Provide administrative, coordination and organisational support to Programme Managers and wider delivery teams
• Help ensure consistent standards of quality, compliance and communication across all three programmes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of programme tools, systems, and ways of working to strengthen health focused and person-centred delivery

Sitting in our impact, strategy and innovation team, you’ll play a key role in supporting major strategic programmes. You’ll have dedicated time to lead cross organisational discovery work, guide teams through what the evidence is telling us, and help turn insight into clear recommendations that support meaningful organisational change.

You’ll also support colleagues across the charity with their insight needs - joining the dots across teams, spotting gaps, sharing best practice, and helping build an organisational culture that confidently uses insight in everyday work.

Day to day, this means you might be leading on one of our core organisational insight products (like the Breast Cancer Compendium), coordinating evidence across teams, supporting commissioned research, or helping turn emerging insights into practical next steps. It’s a varied role, balancing longer-term strategic insight projects with timely responses to evolving needs.

About you

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in research and insight, confident working with different types of evidence - from data and literature to lived experience. You’ll be skilled at distilling complex information and turning it into clear, actionable insight that helps teams understand what to do next, and you’ll be comfortable using digital research tools – bringing curiosity about emerging technologies that can help us work more efficiently and inclusively.

You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues across policy, influencing, public health, research, support services, nursing, and more. You should feel comfortable facilitating conversations, presenting evidence and findings to a range of audiences including senior stakeholders. You’ll help colleagues move from insight to action - supporting them to understand what the evidence means and how it should shape their decisions and strategies.

You’ll also be able to take a step back and look at the bigger picture - spotting patterns, identifying gaps and opportunities. You’ll play a central role in helping us strengthen our organisational insight culture, supporting teams to use evidence confidently in their day‑to‑day decisions. We are recruiting to a brand-new role and are looking for an experienced, community-focused Programme Manager (Place) to lead Salford CVS’s Pride in Place activity in Pendleton and Peel Green. This is a key role focused on ensuring that strong, representative community voice, clear governance, and meaningful VCSE sector involvement are embedded from the outset.

Pride in Place is a national ten-year programme that places Neighbourhood Boards at the heart of local decision-making, with local authorities acting as the accountable body and communities expected to shape priorities and hold partners to account. In this model, Local Infrastructure Organisations (LIOs) like Salford CVS play an important enabling role - helping to connect local authorities with VCSE organisations, strengthening engagement, and ensuring a diverse range of community voices can participate fully.

As Programme Manager (Place), you will coordinate our work to support high-quality governance, inclusive engagement and strong local insight across both neighbourhoods.

A core part of your work will be ensuring that Pride in Place Neighbourhood Boards in Pendleton and Peel Green benefit from authentic, representative and evidence-driven community input. This includes leading the development of a community research programme, working in close partnership with VCSE organisations already active on the ground. Through these organisations, who often have trusted relationships with residents, established local networks and specialist knowledge of particular communities, you will lead on approaches that reach a wide range of voices, including those who are seldom heard. You will oversee our Trusted Voices and community researcher model, ensuring local people are recruited, supported and empowered to gather high-quality insight that reflects the diversity of each neighbourhood. This work will help create a rich, grounded understanding of community priorities, enabling transparent, accountable and well-informed decision-making across the programme.

The Programme Manager (Place) will bring clarity, organisation and coordination to this work. You will maintain oversight of our role within the wider programme, share insight with partners, identify gaps in engagement, and support the VCSE sector to participate meaningfully in Pride in Place structures and discussions.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about community-led change, place-based working, and strengthening the voice and influence of local people and VCSE organisations. You will be joining a programme at a formative stage, helping to shape how communities in Pendleton and Peel Green participate in long-term neighbourhood investment and decision-making.

The Data Insight Manager for our Finance and Data team will play a vital role in strengthening RNID’s understanding of our audiences and improving how we use data to drive timely, targeted and impactful communications.

You will conduct campaign selections, audience insights and segmentation, working closely with the Senior Data Analyst and fundraising teams to deliver accurate, compliant and high‑quality data for supporter engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to shape supporter journeys, contribute to audience segmentation development and support a data audit as part of RNID’s supporter engagement strategy. 

What you will be doing

· Deliver high‑quality campaign selections and ensure robust, compliant data processes. 

· Provide meaningful insights to inform decision‑making and improve supporter engagement. 

· Develop and maintain segmentation logic, profiling, and audience insights. 

· Support cross‑charity projects including segmentation development, data audits, and supporter journey design. 

· Improve data quality by identifying issues and recommending enhancements.  

You bring strong analytical skills, experience producing campaign selections, and the ability to interpret complex data and translate it for non‑technical audiences. You are collaborative, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities to deliver high‑quality outputs. You have experience using CRM systems and query tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, SQL or other selection tools), and ideally experience in segmentation, profiling, or direct marketing. You are purpose‑driven and willing to learn about deaf culture.

The Data Officer for our Finance and Data team will play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely data flows into Dynamics CRM and other platforms, supporting Fundraising, Marketing and Communications colleagues to make informed decisions, run effective campaigns and deliver brilliant experiences for our supporters.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data, problem‑solving, and improving processes to make a real impact across the charity.

You will be responsible for supporting data load tasks by running pre‑defined scripts and updating source files, while also monitoring routine ETL jobs to identify and escalate any failures or irregularities. It includes carrying out basic investigations into data issues and contributing to data cleansing and validation activities to maintain high data quality. You will ensure accurate and complete imports of data from a variety of income sources into our CRM and maintain clear documentation of data processes, helping to improve and streamline data workflows.

The National Theatre is evolving its Data & Insights capability as part of an organisation-wide ambition to unlock the value of data across audience engagement, ticketing, fundraising, digital platforms, and operations.

We are in the early stages of establishing a modern, cloud-based Lakehouse platform using Microsoft Fabric. While initial foundations are in place, much of the data platform, modelling, and engineering standards are still to be built.

As Head of Data Engineering, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering this vision. You will own the design and build of the organisation’s data platform, establishing scalable pipelines, defining data models, and creating the standards that will underpin analytics and future AI use cases.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys shaping and developing data platforms, combining practical decision-making with a focus on building strong and scalable foundations.

The successful candidates will have the following:  

• Extensive experience in data engineering, with a strong track record of building and scaling data platforms in low-maturity environments
• Extensive expertise in data modelling for analytics, including dimensional modelling and semantic layer design
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure data services
• Extensive experience working closely with BI tools, particularly Power BI, and enabling semantic models
• Comfortable operating in a developing data environment, able to work effectively with evolving data and varying levels of data maturity while helping shape more robust, scalable solutions

We are looking for a CRM & Data Officer to take ownership of HorseWorld’s supporter data and CRM system—ensuring it is accurate, compliant and actively enabling our fundraising to grow.

The Role

This is a pivotal role within our fundraising team. You will be the person who makes sure our systems work, our income is correctly recorded and reconciled, and our data is handled with care and integrity.

You will work closely with fundraising and finance colleagues, and with the CEO, to ensure that our data not only meets regulatory requirements, but supports better decisions, stronger relationships and increased income.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management

• Own and manage HorseWorld’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and usability
• Act as system administrator and lead on any future development or upgrades
• Produce reports and insights to support fundraising performance and decision-making
• Support colleagues to use the CRM effectively through guidance and training

Data Protection & Compliance

• Work with the CEO to ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant fundraising regulations
• Act as a key point of contact for data protection queries and audits
• Maintain clear processes, documentation and staff understanding of data responsibilities

Fundraising Operations & Financial Reconciliation

• Reconcile all fundraising income through the CRM with the Accounts team on a monthly basis
• Ensure all income streams (online platforms, standing orders, events, etc.) are accurately recorded and monitored
• Support fundraising activities and events with data and financial processes

Gift Aid

• Manage and improve Gift Aid processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Submit accurate monthly claims and maintain robust records
• Ensure readiness for HMRC inspection at all times

Lottery Administration

• Record and monitor lottery income
• Complete required returns to the Gambling Commission
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements

With over 10 years of international experience across higher education, international NGOs, and mission-driven organisations. Ali leads ClientEarth’s External Affairs Operations Teams, who work across the fundraising and communications teams to strengthen organisational efficiency, governance, and compliance, and to support teams in scaling their impact.

Before joining ClientEarth, Ali held senior operational roles in both international environmental rights organisations and NGOs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management and continuous development of ClientEarth’s (CRM), overseeing supplier relationships and ensuring effective system performance. 
• Oversee data management workflows across the External Affairs Department, ensuring accuracy, consistency and high data quality standards. 
• Produce and enhance monthly insight reports, KPI dashboards, performance analysis, forecasts and audience insights to inform decision-making. 
• Oversee regular data hygiene, reconciliation of CRM and Finance systems, and support audit requirements. 
• Oversee, review and, as appropriate, sign–off on the work of line managed staff
