This is an exciting role supporting the Supporter Experience team in delivering an extensive portfolio of campaign selections and supporter journeys across the NSPCC. The team, which sits within the Communications division, is responsible for managing communications with warm supporters. The team works with Campaign Managers to use data effectively in supporter communications, ensuring supporters receive an excellent experience of the NSPCC.
This role will be responsible for planning and delivering supporter journeys and data selections for NSPCC campaigns, based on briefs developed with Campaign Managers and internal teams. This will primarily use FastStats, PeopleStage and Adestra, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
The successful candidate will have experience of mailing selections and automated journey creation, as well as an understanding of how data can be applied to create complex and tailored supporter journeys using dynamic content, journey logic, personalisation and reporting. The successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills and be experienced in developing and maintaining working relationships across various teams.

The role: Fundraising Manager
We are seeking a Fundraising Manager with a passion for our mission, who will build positive relationships to secure significant income, working together to harness the power of adventure to create lasting change and transform communities for all.
This is a new role, leading our small but growing Fundraising Team, and having a real input into our plans and strategies for the future. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will oversee all fundraising income generation activity and lead on our Major Donor Giving Programme. A typical week could involve meeting with prospective donors, developing a case for support for a new stream of work, supporting team members to develop their own fundraising skills, and working with other departments to raise awareness of Bendrigg’s work.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned fundraiser to join and lead a forward-thinking and inclusive team and develop Bendrigg’s fundraising to support our new Strategic Plan. This opportunity is open to those wishing to work remotely (there would be an expectation to attend the office for a minimum of 2 weeks during the induction process, and thereafter at least 3 days per month throughout the year), looking for a hybrid working pattern or wanting to be fully office-based. The role is full time, however part-time on a minimum of 0.8FTE would be considered for the ideal candidate.

The Operations Manager is responsible for Dose of Nature’s day-to-day operational management, providing a welcoming and efficient front face and ensuring organisational effectiveness to support the delivery of Dose of Nature’s strategic objectives. Dose of Nature is a mental health charity whose objective is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of individuals through increased engagement with the natural world. Our work is rooted in a wealth of scientific evidence that demonstrates the physiological and psychological benefits of spending time in nature. We deliver ‘nature prescriptions’ to people referred by their GP with a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Our Dose of Nature Prescription Programme is overseen by psychologists and is a genuine alternative to both medication and more traditional psychological interventions. Purpose of the post
The Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role within HDR UK, as the key point of contact and financial support for the Institute Office teams. The Finance Business Partner supports key non- finance stakeholders to provide timely and insightful analysis and reporting and supports with the alignment of financial plans to operational and strategic priorities. The S&I directorate analyses current and emerging policy and sets the Trust’s strategy and standards for regional delivery across all the Trust’s activities. The Environment and Climate action team is responsible for delivering the Trust’s strategy and policy on all environment and climate related sustainability issues, including environmental compliance as a minimum and achieving biodiversity net gain.
Reporting to the Head of Environment and Climate action, the Environmental Management and Compliance manager role will be responsible for the Trust’s Environmental Management System and its associated policies, commitments, and standards, linked to the Trusts evolving sustainability and organisational strategies. The role will require establishing good relationships with other teams in the Trust to drive sound environmental practice from our operations and 3rd party activities.
Knowledge, Skills/Qualifications & Experience
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for, and day-to-day management of the Trust’s environmental management system
- Deliver a programme of activities and updates to environmental standards, guidance and tools, ensuring that these are delivered on time and within budget. This forms part of a system refresh that will be delivered this financial year.
