The role:

• Drive the strategic development of Christian Aid’s digital ecosystem, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s values and overarching goals.
• Develop and implement a robust search engine optimisation (SEO) and link-building strategy to improve website health, attract relevant traffic, and support user acquisition targets.
• Deliver key digital projects focused on enhancing campaign effectiveness and maximising income and impact, including:
  • Technical SEO
  • Site audits
  • Keyword research and analysis
  • Competitor and backlink analysis
• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Content Editor to implement the digital content strategy across Christian Aid’s digital channels—including social media—to maximise reach, engagement, and income.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to execute the digital ecosystem content roadmap, ensuring all content is user-focused and impact-driven.
• Define and brief content requirements that support SEO and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) efforts, enabling data-informed and impactful decisions.

  • Ensuring all tracking functionality is accurate and effective

About you:

• Completed training in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), user experience (UX), search engine optimisation (SEO), and other key digital disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams across content management and social media.
• Advanced expertise in technical SEO, including:
  • On-page and off-page optimisation
  • Technical SEO best practices
  • Successful implementation of link-building strategies
• Highly proficient in digital analytics and performance tools, including:

Job Summary

As a key role within the Fundraising Division, the Legacy Marketing Manager will work to achieve the essential long-term legacy income that helps Anthony Nolan to save the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders.

You will do this by shaping and implementing our legacy marketing plans to achieve our long-term income goals. You will develop an audience-centric and insight-driven legacy marketing programme to attract and steward potential legators. You will also have line management responsibility and oversee our legacy administration work.
 

Key responsibilities

These include but are not limited to:

• Develop and manage our legacy fundraising, setting and achieving agreed targets to help us to grow our long-term legacy income.

• Plan, develop and implement high impact, audience-centric legacy marketing campaigns to attract new legacy pledgers, considerers and enquirers. This includes activity across a range of channels from social media, digital, telemarketing, direct mail and events.

• Develop and implement compelling supporter journeys to effectively steward potential legators.

• Ensure that all legacy marketing campaigns are managed efficiently and effectively.

• Overall management of our annual legacy income; management of our legacy administration, including overseeing the external legacy admin support.

About the role 

This is an exciting opportunity to join UKCF at a time of growth, ambition and innovation. We are looking for an interim Partnerships Officer to help us build and deliver impactful national partnerships that bring real, measurable benefits to communities across the UK. 

Initially for a period of six months, you will hit the ground running to pick up an existing portfolio of national programmes currently under delivery. You’ll lead on programme administration including design and delivery, as well as collaborating with UKCF finance and membership colleagues to collate and disseminate programme data for funders and internal stakeholders. 

In this client facing role, you will be responsible for administration and operational support in the development, delivery, and evaluation of high-value, strategic partnerships, whether with government departments, major trusts and foundations, corporate partners, or other longstanding partners. 

You’ll work closely with the Director of Partnerships & Insight and community foundations to deliver an existing portfolio of programmes and to shape strong proposals and administer the end-to-end implementation of new partnerships. 

You’ll also play a key role in helping UKCF and the wider network become more insight-led and data-driven, strengthening our approach to programme design, learning, and impact evaluation.

This role requires exceptional organisational, programme and project management skills. Experience in a trust or foundation, grantmaking, especially within programme design, is a bonus.

You will report to the Director of Partnerships & Insight and also work closely with the wider team including finance, membership and communications staff. 

Key responsibilities 

• Programme delivery and administration – Support the smooth running of national partnerships and programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Maintain accurate financial and programme records, track deadlines, and make sure monitoring and reporting requirements are met. 

• Reporting and insight – Analyse programme data and contribute to clear, high-quality reports for funders, partners, and internal teams. Capture learning and examples of good practice to strengthen future programmes. 

• Collaboration and communication – Work closely with colleagues across UKCF, including communications, finance and membership, to ensure effective programme delivery. Provide timely advice and support to team members, community foundations, and funders, resolving queries quickly and accurately.

Who we’re looking for: 

We’re seeking someone who is proactive, highly organised, confident with data, and comfortable juggling competing priorities while building strong relationships. You’ll bring experience in programme administration, accurate record-keeping, and reporting, with the ability to translate information into clear insights. Strong digital and technology skills are important, as is the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners. Ideally, you’ll also have some experience in grant-making, process improvement, or using systems like Salesforce, but above all we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, curious, and motivated by UKCF’s values of inclusivity, collaboration, and ambition for communities. 

ROLE SUMMARY 

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships & Insight, this role is central to the effective day-to-day running of UKCF’s national partnerships and grant programmes. You will play a key role in keeping programmes on schedule and within budget, with strong administration and attention to detail at the heart of the position. At the same time, you will build and maintain positive working relationships with funders, community foundations, and colleagues across UKCF, acting as a reliable point of contact and ensuring information flows smoothly. Summary

We are seeking a proactive and diligent Compliance Officer to join our Recruitment and Operations team. You will be responsible for providing a robust compliant onboarding service for all successful applicants to our awardwinning Tutoring Programmes; ensuring all candidates are ready and fully eligible to start their delivering tuition sessions in colleges across the country. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end onboarding process and ensure all pre-employment checks meet the standards required by Get Further and safer recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance and Onboarding:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring all pre-employment checks (Right to Work, DBS, references, and safeguarding requirements) are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate and secure records in line with GDPR and safer recruitment practices.
• Oversee the offboarding process where appropriate Safeguarding and Quality Assurance
• Ensure all safeguarding requirements are met and documented within our CRM system.
• Monitor compliance requirements and ensure continuous alignment with safer recruitment policies.
• Work closely with the Head of Recruitment to deliver in line with Get Further’s five-year strategy.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

• Manage tutor communications during the onboarding stage, ensuring candidate enquiries are responded to promptly via the shared mailbox.
• Liaise with College HR departments, providing assurance letters and compliance information for tutors.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and cross-team coordination.
• Support the onboarding process by reviewing and collating documentation and references.
• Ensure all Right to Work (RTW) checks are completed accurately and renewed and in a timely manner.
• Oversee the processing and verification of enhanced DBS checks, tutor reference requests and Social online Media checks.
• Ensure all safeguarding requirements are met and documented within our CRM database.
• Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and compliance standards.
• Manage our Tutor Training booking process.
• Oversee the offboarding process where appropriate.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
• Manage tutor communications during the onboarding stage and oversee our onboarding mailbox – ensuring enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
• Liaise with College HR departments and provide assurance letters for Get Further Tutors.
• Work with the Head of Recruitment to deliver Get Furthers five-year strategy.
• Manage the onboarding budget for tutors

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience in managing high-value relationships across corporate partnerships, major donors, trusts & foundations, and statutory bodies. You'll have a strong track record of securing and growing long-term partnerships, including successfully negotiating six or seven-figure sums with corporate partners and/or major donors. You'll bring outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage high-value supporters and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the corporate, trust & foundation, major donor and other high value supporter strategies.
• Manage and develop the Rapid Response Network, retaining existing partnerships whilst also identifying and securing new partnerships.
• Deliver excellent stewardship that retains and develops support.
• Take to completion and implement recommendations from strategic projects, to include the major donor review and the RRN / corporate support review.
• Continually hone “next appeal” plans that lead to successful appeal launches and maximise funds raised throughout the appeal life cycle.
• Achieve annual core cost income targets and put in place robust forecasting for future years.

What the job involves

We’re looking for a Healthcare Improvement Officer to join our Improvement Programmes Team and help us deliver exciting initiatives that support healthcare professionals to improve prostate cancer services across the UK. Examples of projects supported include work around establishing better Active Surveillance so that more men can avoid unnecessary radical treatment; work to restructure and make faster the diagnostic pathway; work to coordinate with primary care and support earlier diagnosis; new surgical procedures that spare men the burden of incontinence. As Healthcare Improvement Officer, you’ll play a central role in making sure our programmes run smoothly and have maximum impact. You’ll oversee on the logistics and delivery of events across the UK and online, from our Clinical Champions Programme and Clinical Advisory Group meetings to our annual healthcare professional conference. You’ll also oversee recruitment for programmes, manage databases and monitoring systems, and handle financial processes such as invoices and purchase orders, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Your work will range from planning and scheduling programmes, to procuring resources, preparing materials and helping to facilitate sessions so that participants are fully supported in their learning. You’ll also contribute to quality improvement project development and coordination, working with teams across Prostate Cancer UK to share good practice and expand the reach of our initiatives.

Engagement will be a key part of your role, from maintaining webpages and digital channels to supporting our alumni network through newsletters, communications and opportunities for continued involvement. You’ll help manage our online Clinical Champions learning hub and, with training provided, will also have the chance to coach and mentor clinicians using Insights Discovery (a psychometric tool helping people understand their own and others' behavioural preferences and communication styles).

What we want from you

We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, comfortable working with people and able to keep several projects moving at once. Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences, from clinicians to colleagues across the organisation.

You’ll bring experience in event planning and support, along with project coordination, and you’ll be comfortable managing webpages and creating online content. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, colleagues and senior leaders, so collaboration will be second nature to you.

An understanding of the healthcare and/or charity sectors will be valuable, as will experience in presenting and facilitating discussions. You’ll also need excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively when things get busy.
