This is a full-time role in a well-established charity based in Twickenham. This role would suit someone who wants to have the opportunity to work flexibly and build their career in the Charity sector with experience of working in social care.
Richmond Carers Centre has the mission to help unpaid adult carers to live a full, active and meaningful life by providing them with advice, information, activities, breaks and emotional support either face to face, by phone or by email to enable them to live well.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a small, dedicated team and take a lead on providing emotional support to adult carers and a commitment to enhancing their health and wellbeing. Much of your work will involve actively listening to carers, often via the phone support line, providing information, advice and support.
As part of the Adult Carers Support Team, you will also be involved in organising breaks for carers, outreach activities and leisure events, as well as group work to help enhance carers’ health and wellbeing. Part of the role will also aim to improve the identification, recognition and understanding of the needs of adult carers, raise the profile of adult carers and ensure adult carers needs are met. You will also be expected to work with our volunteers and to use appropriate monitoring and evaluation reports to show our funders what we have achieved.
You will be someone:

Main Duties include:
- To provide a regular telephone support-line, face-to-face and email support, offering appropriate, generic advice
 - To offer a range of service delivery options and be involved in providing those options e.g., breaks, group work, leisure activities or other outreach activities
 - To encourage and assist carers and those they care for to access Care Needs Assessments and Carers Assessments and to take up services that will enhance their lives
 - To complete individual grant applications with carers for respite or if they are experiencing financial hardship due to the cost-of-living crisis
 - To work where appropriate with other service providers/agencies to promote the carer agenda or jointly deliver carer support issues
 - To be proactive in the registration of carers living or caring for someone within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames
 - To keep accurate records of group and individual carer engagement for monitoring and evaluation purposes
 - To participate in key events organised by Richmond Carers Centre and other relevant partners to promote services to a wider public

About the Role
This exciting Fundraising and Engagement Officer role will be part of the Fundraising and Engagement team to ensure that the delivery of Mind BLMK’s current and future offer of fundraising and engagement are effectively delivered. As the Fundraising and Engagement Officer you will be responsible for supporting the growth of income across individual, major donors alongside community and corporate fundraising.
In this role you will be responsible for implementing and administrating fundraising and engagement activities, supporting inspiring campaigns, optimising stewardship and attending fundraising events.
As the Fundraising and Engagement Officer you will work closely with the fundraising and engagement team in the planning and development of fundraising initiatives. You will monitor and maintain donor and fundraising data in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures. You will be involved in the planning, implementation of PR, communications, media posting, newsletter, AGM and any other appropriate organisational priorities.
You will have a proactive approach in working well on own and in a team and engage with the wider population of Mind BLMK’s workforce and volunteers.

As the Transition and Recovery Service Team Manager you will oversee the Behavior change, and RISE Teams.

As Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a psychologically safe and supportive environment for staff working in emotionally demanding roles. You will lead with empathy and integrity, ensuring team members feel heard, valued, and empowered to raise concerns without fear. Through regular supervision, reflective practice, and wellbeing initiatives, you will promote resilience and mental health, enabling staff to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic abuse.
You will support teams to deliver consistently excellent support to people using our services, ensuring contract compliance, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in a changing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate
We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to be our named competent person for statutory compliance; covering health & safety, fire, water hygiene, electrical safety and environmental standards. You’ll coordinate planned and reactive maintenance - liaising with external contractors, keep accurate compliance records, and produce clear, risk-based reports for senior management. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy, escalating issues and key strategic budget decisions as required.
What you’ll do
- Own compliance and risk management, maintaining live risk assessments and closing remedial actions within required timescales.
 - Schedule and evidence statutory checks and liaise with approved contractors and maintain accurate records.
 - Track maintenance spend and provide monthly variance reporting; support value-for-money supplier arrangements.

1 Provide information, advice and support to parents/carers of disabled children individually and in group sessions

The Employer
The British Society for Haematology (BSH) is the largest UK multidisciplinary Haematology Society with over 3,000 members. Our activities include running education events and courses (including our flagship Annual Scientific Meeting held in April), producing guidelines, awarding grants, and raising the profile of haematology.
The Role
The main role of the BSH Guidelines is to provide haematologists with up-to-date advice on the diagnosis and treatment of haematological disease and on laboratory haematology practice, primarily by the production of evidence-based guidelines.
The co-ordination and commissioning of the required guidelines is administered by the Guidelines Team, overseen by the Guidelines Executive Committee; and carried out by four Task Forces, each responsible for a specialist area: blood transfusion, haemostasis & thrombosis, haemato-oncology and general haematology. In addition, each Task Force oversees 10-14 Writing Groups, who develop BSH guidance.
The post-holder supports the Guidelines Team, including coordination of activities of the volunteer groups and supporting liaison with external groups and organisations.

A core focus of the role is to supervise and support Resettlement Officers, ensuring effective casework delivery, equitable caseload management, and adherence to safeguarding protocols and project key performance indicators.
The Senior Bilingual Resettlement Officer will provide guidance on complex cases, contribute to staff development through mentoring and training, and support the coordination of multi-agency services to promote timely access to housing, healthcare, education, and other statutory services. Support will be delivered in English and Dari/Pashto through home visits, remote assistance, and group sessions. The role also includes attending strategic meetings with Hampshire County Council, collaborating with delivery partners, and contributing to project reporting and service development.
Key Working Relationships
This position will report to the Programme Manager and work closely with all staff involved in the delivery of the Hampshire Resettlement and Integration Support Service. This will include Senior Resettlement Officers, Bilingual Resettlement Officers, Resettlement Officers, ESOL Coordinator, Education Officer, Community and Engagement Officer and Project Officer. This position will also collaborate regularly with staff at Citizens Advice Rushmoor and other delivery partners, including attending partnership and strategic coordination meetings.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support to Staff (50%)
· Supervise and mentor Resettlement Officers, including communicating clear expectations, setting performance objectives, providing regular and timely performance feedback, and leading performance reviews.
· Provide training and support for Resettlement Officers on the delivery of different project activities and working with supported individuals.
· Provide Resettlement Officers with support for households with the most complex support needs. This will include involvement with practical casework support to refugee households, ensuring timely access to housing, income, healthcare, education, and other statutory services.
· Provide Resettlement Officers with support to respond to safeguarding concerns, following IRC and statutory processes.
· Proactively review Resettlement Officers’ caseloads to ensure equitable distribution and identify emerging support needs, taking appropriate action to rebalance workloads, provide targeted guidance, and uphold service standards, safeguarding protocols, and project key performance indicators.
Direct support to households (20%)
· Welcome newly arrived supported individuals by attending their home alongside Resettlement Officers to assist with initial arrival support, complete risk assessments, and deliver home safety orientation.
· Research, identify and outreach to services and resources that enable clients to meet their short and long-term goals and facilitate external referrals.
· Support with the delivery of group session support, including orientation sessions on life in the UK, both virtually and in person.
Key Administrative tasks (20%)
· Represent the IRC in meetings with Hampshire County Council to discuss project progress, contribute to strategic dialogue, and provide formal updates through scheduled reporting and performance review meetings.
· Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure coordinated support for households, contributing to joint planning, case discussions, and service alignment that promotes timely access to housing, healthcare, education, and other essential services. This includes regular attendance at partnership meetings to review progress, share insights, and strengthen partnership delivery.
· Lead on supporting Resettlement Officers to ensure timely and accurate compliance to all reporting requirements, including database management, case noting, and file maintenance. This will require spot checks and tracking against project goals and Key Performance Indicators.
· Provide flexible administrative support to meet the project needs.
Ways of working (10%)
· Collaborate with partners, local councils, charities, schools, and diaspora organisations.

We are seeking a part-time Money Skills Coordinator to help us deliver our ambitious plans to equip more individuals with money skills. The primary purpose of this role is to manage Crosslight’s money skills courses that are attended by the local community as well as our debt advice clients. These are delivered online or in-person in a range of different locations across our network.
The role holder will take ownership of the planning and running of our money skills workshops, including setting them up on our systems. They will also act as a ‘champion’ for the courses, promoting them internally and externally, including through community engagement and outreach in different locations. And they will have the opportunity to deliver some of our workshops, as well as supporting and equipping our volunteers to do so to a high standard.

Rethink Langdon Advocacy is based on site at Langdon Hospital where all patients are detained under sections of the mental health act. The hospital supports men from South-West England who, because of their mental health needs, have had contact with the legal system and require a safe and secure environment where they can receive treatments, therapies, and care to help them recover. Our advocates work across the site providing Independent Mental Health Advocacy for adults detained in the hospital.

Purpose of the role
