About the role and you
The Communications Coordinator will support colleagues across the team to deliver engaging, accessible and effective communications that help prevent child sexual abuse. Our People Operations Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of our people processes, systems, and administration, ensuring that they are fully fit for purpose. You will have a thorough understanding of UK payroll processes and UK pension regulations, as well as a thorough understanding of UK employment and immigration law. Experience as a SMS Level 1 User is desirable and experience managing a global HRIS would be an advantage.
You will have excellent people management skills and will enjoy collaborating and consulting with colleagues around the globe to understand their needs as we strive for continuous improvement. Your interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build effective and productive working relationships with colleagues at all levels across Fauna & Flora.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver the Ramblers membership acquisition programme to attract and retain new members and supporters. - Using evidence-based insights, work with the Head of Member and Supporter Experience to evolve the membership proposition (embedding Ramblers new digital assets, platforms, products, offers) to enhance our relevance and reach.
- Manage the acquisition budget of c£500k, producing timely reports to the Head of Member and Supporter Experience on income, expenditure and KPIs to monitor performance against plans. Lead the reforecast process for key lines accountable for and support the budget process.

The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. We work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together we have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. We also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.
In July of this year the Home Office announced a £53m investment over the next four years to enable the Drive Project to roll out across England and Wales. To end domestic abuse, we must address the source of the problem - the perpetrator. This funding will make a huge difference to our efforts to support survivors, by holding perpetrators to account, stopping them from causing further harm and giving them the chance to change.
The Drive Head of Operations will play a central role in maintaining strategic oversight of internal operations, including project planning and risk management across workstreams, and partner coordination across the Drive Partnership. This is a senior leadership position providing operational leadership, staff management, and cross-partner coordination to ensure workstreams within the Drive Partnership function effectively, efficiently and in in alignment with the Drive Partnership's core mission.

We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to lead the relationships with some of our most prestigious corporate and charity clients, including our largest event series, the Macmillan Mighty Hikes. We’ll be asking you to do this
- With the guidance of a Senior Account Director, lead a portfolio of bespoke sports events for some of the UK’s biggest corporate and charity brands
- Build close relationships with a number of clients simultaneously, earning the trust of stakeholders to develop the accounts towards renewal
- Maintain momentum with both internal and client teams, creating project timelines and weekly meetings (drawing up agendas and managing follow up actions to completion)
- Plan and execute the participant journey, managing the online registration system, inbox traffic, copy writing of email comms and creating event guides
- Support the creation of event branding (from brief to production to delivery)
- Process and transfer participant data to relevant parties ensuring GDPR compliance
- Shaping, presenting and managing budgets for additional activation plans that meet client objectives
- Create live event documents e.g. master schedules, info desk and crew briefing sheets
- On-site event management of the client relationship and front of house registration and info desk areas and crews
- Co-ordinate event debrief meetings and prepare final evaluation reports
Ideally, you’ll have

You’ll be rallying resources which will ultimately help us grow our impact for wild orangutans and the people living alongside them.
The Role
As Head of Individual Giving & Supporter Engagement, you’ll lead the strategic development and delivery of SOS’s public fundraising portfolio – inspiring individuals around the world to take action and give generously for the future of Sumatra’s rainforests and wildlife.
You’ll be responsible for individual giving, digital acquisition and retention, legacies, appeals and campaigns, and supporter events. You’ll be given the freedom to innovate, identifying and developing new income streams and engagement products and approaches that help us reach and inspire new audiences.

Sutton Night Watch is a registered charity which was set up to support and raise awareness for the homeless people within the London Borough of Sutton and surrounding areas.
Over the past 10 years, with the support of local business, the local community and fundraising efforts, we have been able to grow and expand into our own, permanent base in December 2019. From here we are able to not only provide the essentials such as food, showers and clothing supplies, but we are able to also offer our service users a range of health services, benefit advice, wellbeing and educational based courses, clothes, washing facilities and most importantly, a place where people are seen, heard and understood. We also support people to find secure accommodation. In the past 3 months we have found homes for 13 people.
