About the role:

The Junior Content Producer is a new role that will play a pivotal role in supporting the Content Team to deliver Drinkaware’s multimedia content strategy by creating engaging multimedia content. The role is key in ensuring that the public can make conscious, informed choices about alcohol and can find help if they need it.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Content

• Manage the Content Team’s production Monday boards, to ensure tasks are assigned, tracked and deadlines are met
• Manage content requests in line with the content development process
• Support the Creative Content Lead and Senior Digital Content Officer with digital and printed content production and delivery
• Support the Operations and Programmes, Partnerships and Research teams with content creation and delivery

Social media

• Support the Senior Digital Content Officer with the delivery of the social media plan by scheduling social content in line with our content panning cycles
• Build relationships with specific audiences through community management across social media channels, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, which includes finding influencers/advocates/case studies for Drinkaware
• Monitor social channels for reactive engagement opportunities and flag any reputational risks emerging on socials
• Proactively stay ahead of social media trends and ensure our channels are affectively developed and maintained

Contribute

• Support the Creative Content Lead with the creation and delivery of website content and email marketing, ensuring this feeds directly into the overarching content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Coordination

• Oversee the Law Centre’s IT systems to ensure they are secure, efficient, and meet the organisation's needs.

• Liaise with external IT providers to coordinate maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.

Job Purpose

The finance team is a core part of our Operations Directorate, and although we’re a small team we have a huge impact on the effectiveness of our organisation. The team provides support and guidance to all staff members on how to process invoices, expenses, and generally manage their budgets effectively. The main purpose of the Finance Officer role is to provide key support to the finance team with our finance processes, supporting staff members across the organisation, helping with any queries on a day-to-day basis, as well as supporting our members and suppliers with queries. The Finance Officer ensures all financial transactions are processed in accordance with BSR’s procedures and processes and in line with data protection regulations. 

You don’t need to have worked in the charity sector previously. Continual professional development is vital for us as a team, and so we’re happy to support you if you’re interested in completing a professional finance qualification.

Main Responsibilities

Purchase Ledger 

• Receive all supplier invoices (including member expenses), checking correct finance codes with relevant nominal, department, project, VAT and fund codes are on all invoices, and that the necessary authorisation is present 
• Scan and file all finance related documents (e.g. bank statements)  
• Set up fortnightly supplier payment runs for review by the Finance Manager 

 Sales Ledger 

• Work with budget holders and project leads to produce sales invoices

About the role

This is a new role created at IRMO to strengthen how we measure, understand and communicate our impact. It sits at the heart of a learning-focused, community-led organisation working for migrant rights and social justice. We are open to hiring at either Officer or Lead level, depending on the experience and skills of the successful candidate.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) who can take the lead in reviewing our current MEL systems and practices, identifying what’s working well and where there’s room for improvement. You’ll help embed more consistent, robust approaches to evidence and learning across the organisation, with the aim of improving the quality of our services and better demonstrating our impact to funders, partners and the community.

This is a 12-month fixed-term role, with the primary goal of strengthening our MEL systems, tools and capacity. There may be potential to extend the contract, depending on organisational needs and funding.

You’ll work closely with Programme Managers to ensure that data is collected, analysed and used in ways that are meaningful and accessible — not only to meet funder requirements, but to improve how we work and support our community. You’ll also support reporting processes and help build capacity across the team around MEL tools and approaches.

This role involves utilising advanced analytical techniques, managing complex data projects, and developing insightful reports and dashboards.

The role will work in close partnership with our Digital, Content, and Marketing teams, in leading data initiatives that improve data-driven decision-making and optimises engagement, marketing, and content across all channels.

Overall job purpose

The Grants Officer will research and identify relevant funding opportunities, build a healthy pipeline, and submit applications for project funding to meet fundraising targets during an exciting period of growth.

• Completed a professional accounting qualification or be part-qualified with relevant professional experience.

Overview of the Team  

The Corporate Services team provides essential strategic and operational support across the organisation. Our governance function oversees compliance, risk management, and performance frameworks. The finance team manages budgets, financial planning, and reporting. All of this contributes to effective decision making. We are also responsible for looking after our properties, which includes maintaining oversight of two commercial leases, and maintaining Dartmouth House which is a grade II* listed events venue and our Head Office in Mayfair.

The Senior Governance Officer will provide high quality support to the Board of Trustees and its sub-Committees, and the Chief Operating Officer. This role will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Director General.

National Numeracy supports volunteers from our corporate partners to deliver sessions in primary schools
that inspire children to see the value of maths in the real world. The Programme enables volunteers to
directly support communities with low number confidence and skills, celebrating everyday maths, and
developing the building blocks of social mobility in areas of need.

The new Programmes Assistant will work with the Volunteering Manager and wider Programmes Team to
deliver this exciting Programme. The role will involve working with internal team members and external
partners to assist with delivery, including recruitment of volunteers and schools, training of volunteers,
resource delivery and preparation, feedback, data collection and associated admin. The Programmes
Assistant will be the first point of contact for volunteers, schools and partner organisations.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to respond to the fast-paced work around the busiest
periods of the year for the Programme. It’s not imperative that you come from the education or charity
sectors, or that you have held an equivalent role previously, as long as you can show us that you have
