About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Insights and Evaluation team at Dementia UK supporting the organisation to build the evidence base for Admiral Nursing through collecting and sharing evidence on the effectiveness of the Admiral Nursing model.

As the Insights and Evaluation Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the team’s systems and folders, ensuring key resources remain organised and up-to-date. Additionally you will act as the main point of contact for enquiries within the team. Actively managing the team’s inbox and coordinating meetings and projects, providing essential administrative support.

You will also be involved in coordinating data collection processes and assisting with the team’s survey function. This will include supporting basic analysis of evaluation data, collating and cleaning survey data and contributing to the production of reports and other key documents.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in providing administrative support, including managing shared folders and systems. Strong organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise and handle a diverse range of responsibilities independently. ROLE PURPOSE

You will be part of a team helping to transform lives by enabling young people to manage their licenses and move towards greater independence within the community. This role requires knowledge of supporting individuals with complex needs using trauma-informed approaches and working in a Psychologically Informed Environment. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

GENUINE OCCUPATIONAL REQUIREMENT

In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1, it is a genuine occupational requirement (GOR) that the post holder is female. This requirement is essential for the role due to the following reasons:

1. Privacy and Dignity: The role involves working closely with female residents during sensitive hours (evenings, nights, and weekends) where privacy and dignity are paramount. Female residents may feel uncomfortable or distressed receiving support from a male/male presenting worker during these times, especially in situations involving personal care or emotional vulnerability.

2. Safety and Trust: Many of the residents may have experienced trauma, including domestic violence or abuse, often perpetrated by males. The presence of a female manager helps create a safe and supportive environment where these individuals can feel secure and trust the support being provided

3. Legitimate Aim: The requirement ensures that the MPMT can maintain its commitment to providing gender-sensitive services tailored to the needs of vulnerable females. This aligns with the legitimate aim of protecting residents’ well-being and mental health.

4. Proportionality: The occupational requirement is a proportionate means of achieving the legitimate aim, as it directly addresses the needs of residents in a way that cannot be achieved through alternative measures, such as reallocating duties or employing male/male presenting staff for this role.

This GOR has been carefully considered to ensure compliance with legal standards under the Equality Act 2010 and is applied only where it is essential for fulfilling the primary responsibilities of this specific role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing night and weekend operations at our Southeast London housing projects, providing leadership to support workers, ensuring resident safety and wellbeing, and maintaining high standards of service delivery in accordance with the Marsha Phoenix Memorial Trust's mission to support children and young females through secure housing and development opportunities.

Award-winning music education charity, the London Music Fund, is seeking a Fundraising & Data Manager from October 2025 to join our small team of 3. The role is varied and interesting, with a fundraising and donor reporting focus – the post-holder will support the CEO with all fundraising for the charity, including writing Trust and Foundation applications, research on new prospects, and managing donor reporting. In addition, we hold 2-3 major fundraising events each year, and this role would support the CEO in all aspects of event management.

We are also looking for someone who is interested in developing our impact reporting, working with the Programmes Manager to develop evaluation frameworks, using and gathering data to support impact reporting to donors.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The charity currently raises c. £750k annually from a variety of sources including individuals, trusts and foundations, corporates and events. The key aspects of this role are:

Trusts and Foundations

• Research and draft Trust and Foundation applications, updating the prospects and pending report, managing pipelines.
• Manage the reporting schedule (with the Programmes Manager).
• Collate data for reports and maintain positive relationships with funders.

Individual Donor Relations:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records on Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Respond to donor enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage donor communications, including thank you letters and updates.
• Assist with donor stewardship activities to build relationships and encourage continued support.
• Manage the Scholarship Sponsor reporting schedule (with the Programmes Manager).
• Lead on the management and growth of the Friends Scheme, including developing relationships and reporting.

Data Management and Impact Reporting

• Maintain and update the fundraising database (Salesforce), including GDPR and Gift Aid records, processing donations, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Develop methods of data analysis and segmentation for targeted fundraising efforts e.g. event attendees, Scholarship sponsors, major donors.
• Work with the Programmes Manager and CEO to develop quantitative KPIs and evaluation of programmes, including graduation data, surveys, alumni monitoring and developing a long-term impact framework.

General Fundraising Operational Support

• Lead on fundraising campaigns e.g. the Big Give Christmas Challenge and ad hoc projects.
• Support the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, in collaboration with the CEO.

Finance Support/Gift Aid

• Responsible for managing the online donations platform, Enthuse, including thanking donors and supporting the Senior Programmes and Operations Manager in reporting / reconciliations.
• Support the CEO in managing the quarterly Gift Aid reporting schedule.
• Support the CEO in managing fundraising events, including donor invitations, and event management where required.

Marketing & Comms

With the team:

• Manage LMF’s social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), posting regularly, growing reach, compiling strategy, keeping up to date with current trends.
• Manage LMF’s website and news stories, keeping updated, monitoring photos etc (within Scholars’ privacy policy), support the development of LMF’s new website launch in 2026.

As Advice Manager, you’ll take a strategic lead on developing our advice service to ensure it is accessible and high-quality, and also actively challenge the root causes of inequality. The Museum is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual for the role of Legacy Manager. The role will be key in securing the future of the Museum for years to come, building on and delivering a comprehensive legacy strategy, creating compelling marketing campaigns, and building meaningful relationships with legacy supporters.

Working alongside an approachable and highly successful Philanthropy team, reporting into the Senior Philanthropy Manager (HNWI), the role will be leading and delivering our legacy programme, building on and driving forward our legacy strategy. You will develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to deliver the legacy strategy, as well as promote legacy giving to a wide audience and cultivating new legators. The role will also steward existing legators, developing relationships and planning events to steward and cultivate. The appointed person will have extensive experience in legacy fundraising and marketing, and successfully soliciting legacy pledges and a proven ability to develop strategy, manage budgets and deliver results. They will have exceptional written and oral communication skills, with an ability to convey detailed information in a concise and engaging manner and be able to establish productive relationships with a variety of funders, prospects and colleagues. This person must be able to work proactively and constructively with colleagues to develop high-quality project proposals and act as an ambassador for the Natural History Museum amongst a range of high-profile external contacts. Summary of the position

Epic is looking for a Development Manager to support the activities of the UK Development Team to help us ‘make giving the norm’.

The Development Manager will work with the UK Director in our small team in the UK, as well as working closely with colleagues in Paris and Brussels. 

This position offers candidates the opportunity to develop their skills across a range of fundraising disciplines including corporate fundraising, major donor engagement, events, and philanthropy. 

This position will work with a deeply engaged team in an international environment. Given the versatile nature of the responsibilities and the small team size, candidates will need to show demonstrable flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to take ownership and work independently.

Key Responsibilities :

With support from the UK Director, the Development Manager will work collaboratively with the Director and wider UK team and Development colleagues in Paris and Brussels to execute the fundraising strategy in the UK. The Development Manager is a key role in a small team, and will contribute new ideas, networks and results to help us meet our income targets and therefore create more positive impact for children and young people globally. More specifically, the key responsibilities of this role are outlined below.

1. Business Development (65%)

• Lead prospect research and outreach efforts to expand Epic’s prospect donor pool in the UK: monitor the fundraising ecosystem, conduct in-depth prospect research and engage in proactive outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, emailing, digital networking and in-person events. This will include attending early morning and evening events as required.
• Set conversion objectives and support conversion from leads to donations
• Identify and secure lead opportunities within networks and events
• Pitch Epic and its various Giving Solutions to potential donors, and build tailored proposals when needed
• Maintain high discipline and consistency in follow-up with leads and donors: use Epic’s CRM to build a consistent pipeline of prospects, as well as maintaining the database with accurate and up to date donor information
• Evaluate and monitor the return on investment (ROI) of events and fundraising campaigns
• Prepare compelling fundraising communications, materials and presentations for donor meetings and events

2. Nurturing & engaging the UK Community (20%)

• Contribute to Epic’s engagement strategy for current donors to ensure an 80% renewal rate
• Maintain regular touchpoints with a subgroup of donors through activities such as sharing monitoring reports, organising project visits and volunteering opportunities in the UK, and scheduling regular calls and face to face meetings. 
• Act as the main point of contact for a subset of donors and answer their enquiries in a timely manner
• Craft and manage engagement opportunities such as UK events and webinars, including drinks, talks, breakfast events, and provide support to the organisation for the annual gala nights. Support will be provided for certain events by our in-house dedicated Events team.

3. Fundraising-related administration (15%)

• Manage donor-related administrative tasks, such as regular use of Epic’s CRM (Salesforce), donation forms, meeting preparation, minutes (where applicable), and 
• Process all donations, using Salesforce and related donation platforms, in a timely manner each month
• Liaise with international fund vehicles, such as Myriad USA, to ensure all international donation commitments are fulfilled. 

Position Requirements :

• Candidate must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Excellent level of English (both spoken and written) required
• Proficiency in French (written and spoken) highly desirable 
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales, fundraising or business development role, with demonstrable experience of securing 5- and 6-figure gifts
• Experience within the charity sector is desirable but not required
• Experience using software packages such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva and other applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to attend external events (including evening events) and comfortable networking with a variety of people across different communities
• Experience with a CRM is required and preferably some experience of using Salesforce 
• Strong self-discipline and project management skills
• Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail

The Epic UK team is a small but dedicated team. The role requires flexibility and a start-up attitude. This is a full time, permanent position, based in the London office with the opportunity for two remote working days each week. This role reports to the UK Director and will involve closely working with Epic’s global development team, as well as with the Engagement, Programs, Marketing and Communications, and Operations teams.

The DRIVE Team (Case Managers and Team Leaders) will develop and co-ordinate an individual, multi-modal intervention plan for each Service User, which will incorporate support and/or disruption strategies; a pro-active approach to Service User engagement and commitment to working towards attitudinal and behavioural change, whilst keeping the victim’s safety central to any interventions implemented. The Service Manager will seek to ensure this role is carried out fairly, and take organisational responsibility for risk.

The DRIVE Service Manager will also line manage DRIVE Team Leaders and Case Managers where needed

Management and Development:

· Provide each Team Leader/Case Manager with monthly Case Management Supervision.

· As part of the monthly Case management supervision process, the Team Leaders and Case Manager should be given the opportunity to discuss Service User cases; exploring concerns, reviewing assessment decisions and developing a collaborative individual intervention plan.

· Ensure that the service is managed in accordance with its governing documents from the DRIVE case management manual.

· Provide annual appraisal and regular support and supervision reviews to ensure that great performance is recognised; and that poor performance, and welfare issues affecting performance, are addressed. Offering Clinical Supervision as necessary.

· Support, manage and develop Team Leaders and Case Managers, promoting wellbeing and growth within their roles.

· Ensure Team Leaders and Case Managers maintain safeguarding training up to date in line with local protocols.

· Ensure Team Leaders and Case Managers attend all training delivered by RESPECT and other relevant training.

· Ensure that all safeguarding and critical incidents are reported in a timely manner following the appropriate protocols.

Management and Performance:

· Provide routine reports to the Project Director, funders and stakeholders so that they can assess the overall performance of the service.

· To ensure that the required data is recorded on the Drive case management system, so that the evaluation, performance management and service learning is maximised.

· Represent the service at local and national events; deliver training and presentations as appropriate in partnership with the Project Director.

· Contribute to the learning from the Drive Pilot through service reviews, working with the Drive Evaluators, supporting the Drive Partnership in addressing implementation and ongoing delivery

Strategic Management

· Develop and maintain links with other agencies, both as an individual and as a service; developing protocols, referral procedures, skills sharing and joint working with external partners as appropriate.

· Attend and partake the Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Panel (DAPP) and MARAC meetings.

· Develop and maintain effective links with other agencies, attending strategic and operational working groups as appropriate.

· Demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving barriers to achieving the Drive objectives with other professionals and services.

· Share best practice with other Service Managers to further develop the role and the Drive project in general.

· Work with the Director, Practice Adviser, Steering Group and Drive Project Evaluators to maximise learning from the pilot sites and modify the model according to findings from data on what is proving effective.

· Develop and share ideas for service innovation, exploring options for implementation locally and informing the potential for national roll-out on conclusion of the pilot phase.

Recording and administrative tasks:

· Supervision sessions will be recorded on the Case Management Supervision pro- forma, and form part of the quality assurance and staff support and supervision processes as well as informing the personal and professional development of the Team leader Case Manager.

· Ensure that Team Leader and Case Managers’ files and records are accurate and complete, submitted at the appropriate data collection milestones and that both are kept and are in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations 2018 (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and meet IMR (Internal Management Report for Domestic Homicide Reviews DHR) recording standards.

· Maintain an accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication in compliance with GDPR 2018.

· Support Team Leaders and Case Managers to use the Drive Project electronic case management system accurately and consistently for all their work.

General tasks:

· Be a strong advocate for RISE delivery, representing RISE and its strategic direction at key stakeholder events.

· Attend management meetings as directed by line manager.
