• Salary: £18,000-23,000 + benefits
• Location: Home-based (within England), with some in-person team meetings (around once per month) and monthly all staff team days
• Terms of appointment: 37.5 hours per week, with 6 hours per week allocated to accounting studies and learning. 2 year fixed term contract with the potential for progression or extension

Oxford Hospitals Charity is seeking an approachable, proactive, and personable individual to join our Hospital Engagement Team in a job-share role, working across the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to make a tangible impact on the lives of patients and staff.

This role is offered as a job share, with each postholder working 18.75 hours per week, alongside a colleague who is already in post. As a Hospital Engagement Officer, you will be a key link between the charity and our hospitals, meeting, motivating and inspiring patients, visitors and staff. Based primarily at the Charity Hub desk in the John Radcliffe Hospital, this varied and rewarding role will make the most of your skills in customer care and relationship-building. Whether speaking to new NHS staff at weekly staff inductions, inspiring visitors to support the charity through fundraising, or working alongside our incredible team of volunteers, you will play an important role in raising the profile of Oxford Hospitals Charity across our hospital sites. Working closely with your job share partner, you will ensure a collaborative and consistent approach to engaging with our hospital communities.

JUSTICE is looking to recruit a new Director of Development to join our friendly, outcome-focused, values-led team. The successful post holder will be a confident leader who has worked as a senior fundraiser in previous roles and someone who enjoys autonomy and is able to lead and empower their team.

The Director of Development will lead the organisation’s income generation strategy to support its work to advance legal reform, human rights and the rule of law. The role is responsible for diversifying, growing and achieving income through existing income streams, including: trusts and foundations, major donors, giving circles (JUSTICE60 and NextGen J60), corporate partnerships, membership as well as seeking out and creating new streams.

By working closely with the Chief Executive and senior leadership team, the Director will build long-term, strong relationships with funders and partners, strengthen the organisation’s case for support and ensure fundraising is aligned with the charity’s strategic priorities.

As our Individual Giving Officer, you will join an energetic team and play a pivotal role in leading the marketing, delivery, development, and stewardship of NHYC's Individual Giving programme. This includes managing direct marketing acquisition and retention campaigns, developing new propositions, and expanding our reach to new audiences.

You will be responsible for managing existing activity, marketing channels and audiences, and at the same time identifying and developing exciting propositions targeted at new and existing audiences.
