About the Role

This is an independent, target-driven role where you’ll take full ownership of sales – but you won’t be working in isolation. This is a key position for someone who thrives on sales, relationship-building and growth. 

You will take ownership of outbound sales, and proactively seek opportunities across B2B, B2C and corporate growth (standing orders, wholesale and weddings), and work to ensure our pipeline is always full and well nurtured.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Business Development

• Identify and secure new B2B, wholesale, corporate and wedding clients.
• Unlock the potential of our existing client list through strategic outreach.
• Drive proactive lead generation, including cold calling, networking and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, converting them into long-term contracts.
• Attend tastings, sales meetings, and events to pitch Luminary’s offering and communicate our social impact.
• Keep CRM records up to date to track opportunities, conversations and progress.

Account Growth & Relationship Management

• Strengthen and expand relationships with high-value clients and key accounts.
• Spot and pursue upselling opportunities (e.g. regular standing orders, bespoke gifting, seasonal campaigns)
• Collaborate with production, fulfilment and packaging teams to ensure flawless delivery
   

Sales Strategy & Performance Tracking

• Lead on setting and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Report regularly to the Managing Director on sales performance and pipeline health
• Use customer feedback and sales data to refine and improve sales strategy
   

Weddings & Corporate Events

• Respond to wedding and corporate event enquiries and develop new outbound opportunities.
• Build relationships with venues, planners and corporate gifting contacts.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and tasting sessions for high-value prospects.
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase wedding cake sales

About You

• Proven track record in B2B or high-end food/hospitality sales
• Commercially driven with a “hunter” mindset – you thrive on securing and growing business.

About the Role

The Advice Supervisor will be a key member of our Community Advice team who supervises and contributes to the delivery of our core service. You will help ensure we provide a quality advice service to Camden residents across face-to-face, telephone, video channels and other digital developments and ensure the targets, outputs and outcomes of all the generalist advice contracts and/or grant agreements are met.

Ideally, you will already be an experienced Advice Supervisor. However, we will consider this role as a development opportunity if you are already a qualified Generalist Adviser wanting to progress your career. You will need to have at least two years post qualification experience in delivering high quality generalist advice and casework and be able to demonstrate the potential to support others with varying levels of experience to do the same.

Job Summary

Advance delivers nationally accredited, high quality domestic abuse services across London. Advance's domestic abuse services are community based and include local authority commissioned advocacy services, co-located projects in a range of settings such as housing and children’s social care, and specialist projects for victim/survivors with different intersecting needs including children and young people.

As a Peripatetic Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA), you will provide front line support across Advance’s domestic abuse services, covering vacancies across teams to ensure service delivery remains effective and consistent. You will cover a range of roles all involving advocacy and support of people experiencing domestic abuse; some roles may also involve co-locating with partner agencies, delivering training or undertaking triage and assessment work. Your office location and pattern of work will change depending on your placement however all roles offer the opportunity for some hybrid working.

This role is an excellent opportunity to develop skills, knowledge and experience in a range of settings and would suit someone who is passionate about advocating for victim/survivors of domestic abuse. To be successful as the Peripatetic IDVA you will need the below experience and skills:

You will have an excellent understanding of domestic violence and its effects on women and children and of best practice within the domestic abuse in various areas of need, with particular knowledge of safeguarding and legislation. As an experienced domestic violence advocate who has worked with complex and multiple needs, the post holder will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis. Experience of direct work with female survivors of domestic violence, of supporting women with child safeguarding, needs, and of working within safeguarding procedures is essential for this post, as is the need to adopt and promote a strong partnership approach to service provision.

We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in Macclesfield.

Position: S11313 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based – Macclesfield, East Cheshire. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Salary: Circa £21, 948 per annum (FTE circa £27,400 per annum)

The Role

Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach, you will have the ability to support stroke survivors to identify their goals. Using strong assessment skills and a person-centred approach enabling them to maximise their recovery and improve communication.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
• Provide personalised information, advice and support.
• Supporting stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.
• Work collaboratively with NHS colleagues and other areas of the community to make a difference in the lives of people affected by stroke.

About You

You will have experience in:

• Experience/background in a caring profession, ideally supporting people with disabilities

The Digital Campaigns Officer is part of the Campaign Activism team, which works to make sure that our campaigns work effectively with our activist network, our international network, and makes best use of our supporter base for campaigning. We’re looking for someone who has some understanding of online campaigning, can pick up digital tools quickly, and who is comfortable writing high-quality copy sometimes to tight deadlines.
