Impatience Earth is a non-profit climate philanthropy consultancy founded in 2020 with a mission to educate, challenge and inspire wealth holders to take bolder funding decisions to address the climate emergency.
We have a role available for someone to join our small but mighty team to deliver high-level support to our CEO and Deputy CEO, helping them achieve their strategic priorities by managing their calendar and emails, supporting them with prioritisation of tasks and managing key projects. A smaller part of the role will be to provide support as a Team Manager, which will entail coordinating team meetings and away days, and supporting with the administration of projects.
We are looking for a detailed-oriented, highly organised and proactive individual who loves the idea of helping fast-paced, ambitious organisations work more smoothly and effectively. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, work well both independently and within a team, and bring a solutions-focused approach to challenges. We are looking for someone who already has experience of working as an EA with senior leaders.
Specifically, you will be supporting with tasks such as:

Managing the CEO and Deputy CEO’s emails and calendars

Supporting the CEOs to manage projects and prioritise tasks

Creating meeting agendas and capturing minutes and action items

Creating and sending invoices

Arranging travel and any reimbursements

Booking meeting rooms at London co-working space

Arranging team away days

Coordinating regular meetings with team members and Associates

Assisting the CEOs with social media posts

Salary: circa £40k, depending on experience
Location: UK-based, with ability to travel into London on occasion. This is a remote position, with optional access to a co-working space.
Contract: Initially 12 months with a view to extend to permanent depending on contracts
Hours: 4–5 days a week, spread across Monday to Friday.

Partnerships Executive (Interim)
The Partnerships Executive plays a key role in developing CST’s commercial relationships. Their primary responsibility is to secure conference exhibition sales to meet budget targets and manage all aspects of the exhibitor experience from prospecting to on-the-day support, to post-event communications. They also manage listings in the Directory of Services and work closely with the Partnerships Manager to support the prospecting process.
Reporting to: Partnerships Manager
Key responsibilities
1. Ensure that exhibition sales targets are met for each CST conference.
2. Maintain the CRM for commercial organisations, including creating and managing prospect groups and executing effective exhibition sales campaigns.
3. Create and maintain relevant webforms.
4. Provide excellent end-to-end support for exhibitors, including in person at larger conferences to ensure that all exhibitors’ needs are met on the day.
5. Gather feedback from exhibitors on the quality of their experience and report on what worked well and areas for improvement following each event.
6. Maintain and update marketing collateral to support CST’s commercial activities such as brochures, floorplans, briefings and manuals.
7. Cross-promote the Directory of Services to exhibitors along with other opportunities to work with CST where relevant.
8. Manage the sales and onboarding process for the Directory of Services, including overseeing the references, undertaken by a third party, sending out agreements and liaising with the marketing team on the promotion of new suppliers.
9. Support the Partnerships Manager in the development of the commercial pipeline for CST partnerships by holding initial meetings with new prospects and identifying opportunities for engagement.

Line Manager Responsibility for: Professional Communities Co-ordinator
Location: This is a remote UK-based role with regular travel to CST’s national and regional events, mainly in Birmingham and London. Candidates within reasonable travel distance to these locations are preferred.
Salary: £41,603 - £45,470 a year.
Pension: We offer a workplace pension and life assurance scheme. CST makes contributions equivalent to 10% of your gross salary.
Annual leave: Initially 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional two days leave after three years’ service.
Working hours: Full-time 37.5 hours.

The Professional Communities Manager leads the development, content curation, and operational delivery of CST’s 11 Professional Communities. These networks, events, and forums are a core benefit of CST membership and are provided free of charge to members.
This is a proactive, member-focused role that blends operational excellence with strategic content oversight. The postholder will work directly with community chairs, subject experts, community supporters, CST platinum partners and members to ensure that all communities are vibrant, professionally hosted, and deliver high-quality, relevant content.
The role also plays a key part in ensuring a joined-up approach to content across CST’s full range of activities, working closely with the professional learning and conference teams and partnerships to ensure alignment and maximise value for members.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Development and Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen the value, engagement, and content of CST Professional Communities.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs to monitor success and drive continuous improvement of community services.
- Regularly evaluate community activity, identifying ways to increase engagement, relevance, and impact for members.
Community Content Curation and Management
- Oversee the quality, consistency, and relevance of content across all 11 Professional Communities, ensuring alignment with member priorities and organisational objectives.
- Work in partnership with community chairs, subject experts, community supporters and CST’s platinum partnerships to proactively commission, curate, and quality-assure community content (e.g., webinars, blogs, resources, discussions).
- Work closely with the professional learning and conference teams to ensure a joined-up, coherent approach to content across CST activity, avoiding duplication and enhancing overall member value.
- Identify content gaps and work creatively, including drawing upon resources and contacts within the policy and partnership team to address them, ensuring a balanced and evolving programme across the communities.
Community Engagement and Facilitation
- Lead and facilitate virtual and in-person community events, ensuring professional delivery and high-quality member interaction.
- Support and brief speakers, chairs, and contributors to ensure a consistently excellent experience for members.
- Actively promote member engagement through community platforms and other channels, driving participation and interaction.
Stakeholder Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CST members, community chairs, speakers, and supporters.

Data, Insight, and Reporting

- Manage, develop, and support the Professional Communities Coordinator, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

As our new Philanthropy Lead for the USA, you’ll:
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate, solicit and steward donors to support the charity.
- Lead on high-net-worth individual relationships in the USA and the strategic management of a donor pipeline.
- Grow our philanthropic income and build strong, long-term relationships with donors.
- Deputise for other philanthropy managers where required and share your experience and ambition with the wider philanthropy team.
Who You Are:
You will have expertise and a track record in major gift fundraising, relationship management and prospect research, as well as be able to demonstrate superb donor care. You will also be an authentic and confident leader who can build a genuine and long-lasting connection between donors and Animals Asia. You will have superb communication and project management skills, and you will relish the opportunity to travel to the United States at least twice a year to meet with donors.
