This role sits within our Social Impact Group and you will work closely with the Director of Philanthropy & Partnerships, AD of Philanthropy (Principal Gifts), Major Appeal Programme Director, Executive Director Social Impact and senior leaders at all levels to identify and access new and existing networks of wealth, opportunity and influence.

Our step-change in impact with children will be achieved by a step-change in our philanthropy & partnerships: as a Senior Principal Gifts Manager, you'll play a crucial role in this transformation through strategic development and personal leadership of principal gift donors that contribute significant 6-7+figure gifts and support

In order to be successful in this role, you must have: 

-Significant fundraising or income generating experience and a proven track record of securing income at the 6figure+ level from individual or family foundations

-Demonstrated success in managing a high value and diverse portfolio of principal gift donors that include complex relationships

-Experience leading on portfolio management, proposal preparation and the effective cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of (ultra) high net worth individuals

-Knowledge of legal, regulatory and ethical environment of principal gift fundraising

Women at the Well is a support service for women based in the King’s Cross area of central London. We provide practical support and advocacy to women facing a wide range of disadvantages, and we have a specialism in working with women whose lives have been affected by prostitution and/or sexual exploitation. We are trauma informed, holistic and woman-centred. We deliver our mission through three interconnected services:

1. A women only drop-in service

2. An advocacy service

3. An outreach service

We take referrals from many external partners and while we have a hub-centre in Kings Cross we are a pan-London service.

Women at the Well has supported thousands of women over more than twenty years work in London. We see the complex ways in which women’s inequality, racism, disability and poor health, educational disadvantage, trauma in childhood, migration and the hostile immigration environment can all lead to significant social and economic disadvantages and harm. As well as providing tailored support, we aim to speak up for the rights of women to live lives free from abuse.

Job purpose:

The Head of Services role is critical to leading the delivery of the best possible support to the women who use our services. The Head of Services has lead responsibility for continuous review of the effectiveness of our services and whether they are meeting women’s needs. She needs to be in touch with what is happening in the lives of the women using our services.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can shape and lead the future direction of our service, ensuring it continues to meet the complex and evolving needs of women affected by sexual exploitation. This person will have the vision to identify what needs to change and the leadership skills to drive that change with confidence and clarity.

They will be an empowering leader, capable of inspiring and supporting a skilled team of support workers and volunteers who are engaged in emotionally demanding work and who rely on strong, compassionate oversight. A deep understanding of the risks faced by the women we support—and a commitment to reducing those risks—must be at the heart of their approach.

About the role:

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Drive Data Team Manager and Senior Managers within the Drive Partnership to ensure data and reporting remains rigorous and robust, and informs recommendations across the Drive Programme and partners. • Experience of analysing and drawing meaning from large quantitative data sets, including the advanced use of Excel 
• Experience of developing and managing Case Management Systems and the reporting from the system

The team is structured around two main pillars: our campaigning and our research pillar. The research pillar ensures that the team’s campaigning and advocacy work is based on sound analysis and facts. The Senior Research Manager oversees the research pillar, currently composed of three more junior researchers. The Senior Research Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a research strategy that underpins campaign needs for analysis and insight in line with campaign timelines and available resources. We are looking for a Governance & Administration Coordinator to provide servicing and support for our governance meetings. This will involve ensuring meetings and committees are governed to exemplary standards, and to ensure we comply with relevant legislation and other regulatory requirements. You will join the Governance & Compliance team which oversees our governance arrangements, as well as our complaint, disciplinary and safeguarding procedures.

Do you have experience in supporting committees and internal meetings on matters related to governance, organisational planning and oversight? Do you have experience in coordinating agendas, papers and minute-taking for formal meetings with a varied portfolio of meetings, working with different chairs and stakeholders? About the role

This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in an ambitious and values-driven climate finance initiative. The Resilient Futures Fund, a new subsidiary of Christian Aid, is pioneering a bold approach to climate philanthropy, one that blends donor giving with impact investment to unlock long-term, scalable solutions for vulnerable communities.

As Senior New Business Development Officer, you will lead the development and implementation of The Resilient Futures Fund's philanthropic fundraising strategy, working closely with the Head of Fund and colleagues across Christian Aid. Your focus will be on identifying, cultivating, and stewarding a portfolio of high-value donors, ranging from individuals to philanthropic foundations and corporate partners, who are motivated not only by charitable impact, but by the opportunity to contribute to systemic, sustainable change.

You are an experienced and strategic fundraiser with a passion for innovation and impact. You are intellectually curious and comfortable working at the intersection of philanthropy and social investment. The Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH) believes that access to quality sexual and reproductive healthcare is a fundamental right. This is why we are working together with our 14,000 members and partners to shape better sexual and reproductive health for all.

FSRH is the leader in the field of sexual and reproductive healthcare, and we are the voice for healthcare professionals working at the frontline of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (SRH) in a range of settings in the community and primary care. Our members include SRH specialists, GPs, nurses, midwives and pharmacists. As a multi-disciplinary professional membership organisation, we set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, and champion safe and effective sexual and reproductive healthcare across the lifecourse for all.

FSRH’s External Affairs Team influences policy and practice through evidence-based advocacy as well as raising awareness of SRH rights among the public. We aim to develop policy, build partnerships to enhance influencing ability, and provide external communications inclusive of media relations in order to promote the goals set out in FSRH’s Hatfield Vision and Organisational Strategy, through the promotion of the highest standards in the field of SRH.

The All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health in the UK (APPG SRH) promotes awareness and understanding in Parliament of a range of issues relating to sexual and reproductive health across the life course (from menstruation to menopause and beyond). Backed by a passionate cohort of Parliamentarians and other stakeholders, the APPG is Co-Chaired by Dr Rupa Huq MP and Baroness Barker, supported by passionate Vice Chairs, Baroness Sugg and Maya Ellis MP.

About the role

This role plays an integral part in helping manage and develop the outputs of the External Affairs team, while advising on FSRH strategic issues. As the Senior Manager and Deputy to the Director in the team, you will manage the team’s External Affairs Officer, and drive delivery of the ambitions contained in FSRH’s Hatfield Vision. As Manager to the All Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare you will work directly with leading Parliamentarians and partners to manage and deliver the APPG’s annual programme of work and meetings.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an interest in healthcare policy and a passion for improving society. A background in policy, public affairs, campaigning, as well as proven project management and events experience is highly desirable. Excellent writing skills are essential, as is a broad understanding of communications techniques to engage policy makers around the issues that clinicians and the public alike face.
