Job description

Location: Home-based with regular travel to Guildford Office expected

Salary:£29,880 - £33,200 per annum

Contract: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

At Cycling UK, we imagine a country where everyone is able to cycle. Where the streets are free of congestion and the air is clean to breathe.

Cycling UK, the national cycling charity, is on a mission to inspire a million more people onto their bikes. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual who has a keen interest in developing within the Learning and Development field.

Working alongside the wider HR team at Cycling UK, the L&D partner will have an active role in creating, developing and maintaining an inclusive organisational-wide programme of learning, development and career progression.

This is a great opportunity if you are looking to grow within the L&D profession and have the ambition to contribute to the development of a learning culture across Cycling UK. Working in a small team, you will have the opportunity to develop, and be an influential partner of the wider People and Engagement strategy. Being proactive and posing excellent skills in planning, communicating and building relationships is essential.

We are an inclusive organisation and would particularly welcome applications from candidates from a broad range of backgrounds. We strongly believe that diversity strengthens our work. If you are already passionate about cycling, that’s great, many of us are too! But if you are simply really excellent at what you do, no matter what your background, that is what matters most to us.

If you think that this describes you and you are excited by the prospect of joining our team, please do get in touch to find out more.
