Responsibilities:

* In collaboration with the Individual Giving and Philanthropy Manager, you will develop and evolve the Legacy Marketing Programme.
* Optimise and drive supporter journeys to increase propensity to give and drive loyalty and consideration among prospects.
* Execute and evaluate multi-channel legacy and in memory fundraising campaigns, across direct mail, email, and social media and fundraising platforms, to maximise giving.
* Create inspiring reports and updates for funders that demonstrate the impact of their support and demonstrate first class stewardship.

Skills/Experience Required:
* Have worked in a charity legacy marketing and individual giving fundraising team.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end fundraising supporter journeys, including legacy and individual giving: in particular regular giving and/or membership.
* Experience of acquiring, converting and stewarding existing and new supporters through to legacy (acquisition and retention).
* Up to date, working knowledge of legacy platforms and latest initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Operations Officer to play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of Animal Equality UK’s internal operations and supporter services.

This is a varied role covering administration, finance, data management, supporter care, and event coordination. You will be the first point of contact for many of our supporters and stakeholders, providing excellent service while supporting team members across all departments.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and a calm and professional demeanour, thrive on problem-solving, and take pride in ensuring that systems and processes run efficiently behind the scenes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Culture and internal support: Act as a culture ambassador, upholding Animal Equality’s values of professionalism, resilience, accountability, and compassion. Strengthen communication between teams and ensure effective use of project management tools. Identify and lead process improvements with guidance from the Operations Manager.
• Supporter and donor care: Serve as the first point of contact for supporter queries via phone, email, post, and social media. Provide excellent donor support, including thanking donors, resolving payment issues, and sending mailings. Maintain supporter and volunteer records accurately in CRM systems and ensure compliance with GDPR.
• Finance and reporting: Process expenses, supplier payments, and support budget forecasting. Assist with Gift Aid claims, monthly data uploads, and finance reports. Prepare scheduled reports and presentations to track progress against objectives.
• Team processes: Support recruitment processes, including application handling, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding schedules. Ensure smooth induction for new staff and manage equipment, training resources, and access.
• Events and operations: Assist with the organisation of internal training, team meet-ups, and supporter events. Support health and safety measures for team members and volunteers at peaceful protests, undertaking risk assessments and first aid training. Manage stock and campaign materials, fulfil supporter requests, and oversee mailing logistics.
• Data and systems: Conduct database cleansing and maintain accurate supporter, volunteer, and executive records.
• Represent Animal Equality’s culture: Support Animal Equality’s life-saving work by producing high-quality output, embracing and representing the organisation’s culture principles proudly at all times, and supporting our philanthropic efforts.
• Support with other ad hoc duties, as requested by your line manager.

Our Women’s Respite is a vital service that provides safety, stability, and support for women with complex needs – from those escaping domestic abuse to those facing homelessness, mental health challenges, substance use, and trauma. 

As a Specialist Complex Needs Worker, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of women who have experienced violence against women and girls (VAWG). Working within our accommodation service, you will support clients facing multiple disadvantage, ranging from complex needs to medium and lower levels of support, always tailoring your approach to each individual. Summary

The National Safeguarding Team supports churches, dioceses, religious communities, cathedrals and other Church bodies to make the Church of England a safer Church for all. About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Internal Communications & Engagement Officer who can hit the ground running in our fast-paced team for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is all about supporting and coordinating the delivery of engaging and timely communications for both our colleagues and members. You’ll be responsible for managing a variety of content across multiple channels, from the staff intranet to email publications. This is an opportunity to truly make an impact by ensuring our internal messages are clear, on-brand, and reach the right audience.

You’ll be working closely with our Internal Communications and Engagement team to gather, write, and edit content that resonates with both staff and members. Responsible Finance is the membership association for the UK’s Community Development Finance Institutions (CDFIs). CDFIs are community lenders, committed to delivering positive social impact, and offer fair and affordable finance to businesses, social enterprises and to people unable to access it elsewhere.

This is a pivotal moment to be joining the CDFI sector. Responsible Finance and CDFIs are poised for exciting growth following two record-breaking funding announcements in late 2024 which has seen the sector backed by Government and leading financial institutions including the British Business Bank and JPMorgan Chase. This follows Lloyds Banking Group becoming the first mainstream lender to invest in the CDFI sector earlier in the year.

This new funding will enable business-lending CDFIs to scale their reach and impact, supporting economic growth and financial inclusion across the UK. Successful candidates will play a vital role in helping to make sure that CDFIs are supported to build their operational capacity and maximise the opportunity this brings.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to help us to deliver an ambitious Capacity Building programme for our business-lending CDFIs and support our wider and growing member base. You will support Programme Managers to effectively deliver key projects within both the Capacity Building programme and more broadly support our small team to deliver outstanding service to CDFIs across the personal, micro, business and social enterprise lending sectors. The role requires some working with our members and stakeholders and strong levels of versatility and flexibility to deliver outstanding results.

No prior knowledge about CDFIs is required so long as you have a keen interest to learn about the sector and are passionate about increasing access to fair finance for businesses, underserved communities and people.

The Role

The Project Support Officer will assist in the delivery of key projects and support the Programme Director and Programme Managers in ensuring the smooth running of a Programme Management Office (PMO) at Responsible Finance.

The role holder will support the timely and quality delivery of projects and programmes, including playing a key role in producing timely information and reports, and ensuring the smooth running of programme meetings and boards.

Just as importantly the role-holder will also support the wider Responsible Finance team to deliver key projects and ongoing support to our members and provide high quality administrative support where required.

The role-holder will also be responsible for ensuring that Responsible Finance’s onboarding process is followed for all new CDFIs, to ensure that they receive high quality and timely support at the start of their membership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting aspects of Responsible Finance’s communications activity including generating content for and distributing the member newsletter, as well as supporting the effective delivery of events and website updates.
• Ensuring the smooth running of an important and high-profile bank referral pilot project, monitoring email referrals and data entry with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and timelines.
• Assisting in the delivery of key work streams and projects, including the monitoring and reporting of grants to support capacity building.
• Supporting Programme Managers to monitor project progress, produce and maintain high-quality project documentation (plans, risk and issues registers, etc.) to support effective delivery.
• Supporting the effective and smooth running of project and programme meetings across Responsible Finance, including schedule and arranging, developing documentation, and effective minute taking.
• Supporting aspects of Responsible Finance’s operational and policy function including; record keeping updating of the CRM system, and, assisting with the collection, analysis and presentation of data from multiple sources as required. (For example, to support our annual impact reporting exercise).
• Supporting the Programme Director and Programme Manager with the collation and development of reports for grant funders, and Responsible Finance boards.

This is a varied and dynamic role, working closely with our members and a range of high-profile external stakeholders. Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Strong and proven experience as a project support officer/co-ordinator providing high quality support across multiple projects at once.
• Experience in the generation and updating of online content using tools such as WordPress, Canva, SurveyMonkey etc to develop high quality web and social media content.
• Strong all-round administrative support skills, fluent with standard Office applications such as Word, Excel, Teams with an ability to quickly learn new technologies and applications.
• Able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills including concise writing skills and ability to synthesise information into an easy to comprehend format/narrative (both written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with members and stakeholders with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and get information needed from busy people.

Desirable:

Working as part of a small organisation, you will need to demonstrate flexibility and versatility and have opportunities to support a range of other projects and support services for our members, developing a wide range of skills and competencies.

Therefore, in addition to the essential criteria above, we are also interested in candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Experience of using project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Clickup) and techniques, and of developing and maintaining project and programme documentation.
• Experience supporting and co-ordinating the delivery of online and face to face events.
• Experience of creating and delivering presentations.
• Experience in developing graphics/infographics using apps such as Canva.
• Experience supporting research, monitoring and evaluation.
• An understanding of CDFIs and/or lending helpful.

The Role

You will hold Strategic oversight over IPS Grow data analysis and business intelligence functions and, in collaboration with expert Digi colleagues, IPS Grow digital tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Co-design a data and digital strategy and plan with colleagues across IPS Grow with support from Social Finance’s Data and Digital Community of Practice and other key stakeholders. Ensure it is delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Responsible for ensuring that accurate, timely data analysis and reporting is provided to the IPS Grow team, to commissioners and to other key stakeholders (e.g. Health Employment Partnerships Board; IPS Expert Forum)Line manage relevant staff within the IPS Grow team, agreeing their work package and ensuring it hits key strategic objectives agreed in conjunction with the Director for Operational Support – IPS Grow.
• Provide high quality support to the engineering team working on the IPS Grow tool. Ensure close collaboration between IPS Grow and the Data and Digital Community of Practice to deliver against the data and digital strategy and plan. Ensure that staff at every level of IPS Grow have access to dashboard reports that bring together key data from multiple sources in ways that meet their needs and support good decision-making. 
• Take overall responsibility for the quality of IPS Grow data to ensure accuracy, value, completeness, uniqueness, consistency, timeliness and validity
• Work closely with colleagues delivering the IPS Grow data tool to understand stakeholder data requirements and collaboratively review prioritisation in relation to the roadmap for the data tool.
• Co-ordinate and provide expert advice on data analysis and reporting across all areas of IPS Grow delivery, including delivery, workforce and research and innovation

The Team

IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health, primary care, and drug and alcohol teams across England. The programme is led by the organisation in partnership with the Centre for Mental Health. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).

A core element of the programme is the expert assistance provided by a team of IPS professionals, known as IPS Grow Leads, to support providers to improve their fidelity to the IPS model and achieve better employment outcomes for their clients.

About You

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of designing and leading data strategy at a senior level. This encompasses how we collect and manage data, as well as using analysis to produce relevant and actionable insights
• Experience of successfully managing senior stakeholder relationships,  including communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Expertise in Information Security and Governance and the associated standards and requirements when hosting and processing personal data on behalf of public sector organisations.
• Senior experience of leading data and analytics teams, including line and task management, and product management
• Expertise in the development and use of Customer Relationship Management systems, such as Salesforce
• Expertise in data analysis and business intelligence, including PowerBI, Tableau and/or similar analytics and data visualisation tools
