About this exciting opportunity
As Women’s Wellbeing Coach, you will provide person-centred, holistic, and trauma-informed support to female adults serving custodial sentences or Community Orders. This includes conducting trauma-informed assessments and collaboratively developing action plans that align with prescribed outcomes.
The role involves delivering a range of tailored interventions, including group sessions, to help service users achieve their goals. Building and maintaining effective partnerships with external agencies such as Probation, Prisons, and other relevant organisations is essential to support positive outcomes. You will be expected to meet contractual targets within agreed timescales and uphold high-quality standards, accurately recording all casework activity on relevant databases. A proactive commitment to continuous learning and development is also key to ensuring the delivery of a consistently high-quality service for all service users.
What we are looking for
- Proven ability and experience as a caseworker delivering gender specific and trauma responsive interventions which support resettlement and rehabilitation of female adults in the criminal justice system whether in the community or in prisons.
- Experience of working with females and supporting them to achieve positive outcomes.
- Experience of engaging successfully with challenging people, for example people who have complex needs, people who are reluctant to discuss their needs, and people who are angry and confused
- Experience in delivery of 1:1 and group coaching solutions, including preparation and delivery of skills and learning.
- Experience in working with partner agencies either as part of a multi-agency team working towards common objectives or negotiating to establish links to further the aims of a project.

- Compiling safeguarding data into termly reports for the team and board.
HR
- Supporting the Head of People and Culture with recruitment processes. This will include preparing paperwork relating to the selection process and offers of employment and following up with applicants and the hiring manager to ensure both sides have a quality hiring experience.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?
The main purpose of this role is to provide high-quality support and interventions to clients with mental health needs who require early intervention and prevention. The postholder will support clients throughout their time in the service, empowering them with the skills to cope independently, while working in line with organisational values, the ethos of recovery, and principles of co-production. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of clients, delivering group activities and programmes, and clearly communicating the aims, objectives, pathways, and service model to enable clients to fully participate in and co-produce their support. The role also involves helping service users engage effectively with community professionals, developing peer support networks and community-based approaches, monitoring the health, wellbeing, and safety of service users, and contributing to the core work of the service. Accurate and timely administration, referrals, assessments, and service reviews are required, alongside participation in supervision, appraisals, training, and team development activities. Flexibility, initiative, and a collaborative approach are essential to ensure effective service delivery and support for both clients and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have lived experience of mental health care pathways, including emergency department attendance, acute admissions, and community mental health services, alongside a solid understanding of the issues affecting individuals with a range of mental health conditions. They will be able to communicate effectively and provide support with dignity and respect, forming and sustaining trusting relationships with service users, carers, peer support workers, and professionals. Strong listening and verbal communication skills are essential to engage appropriately with service users in crisis, colleagues, and external agencies, both in person and over the phone. Knowledge of recovery tools, local mental health and wellbeing support, and the ability to assess needs, risks, and aspirations to provide appropriate signposting are required. The candidate will demonstrate strong prioritisation, time management, and the ability to work dynamically under pressure. Proficiency in IT, including MS Word, Outlook, and internet functions, as well as good literacy and numeracy skills to produce clear written correspondence, is expected. They will have a sound understanding of safeguarding issues and the ability to address them appropriately, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and support the induction of new peer staff and volunteers. Strong communication, partnership building, and interpersonal skills are essential.
When will I be working?
You will be required to work between 5:00pm – 10:00pm on weekdays and 2:00pm – 10:00pm on weekends. Hours are scheduled on a rolling rota, which includes weekends and bank holidays.

The role

As an IPS Employment Specialist at Twining-Hestia, you will support individuals with severe mental health issues to find and sustain paid employment using the internationally recognized Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.
Based in Hounslow, you will manage a 20-25 caseload of clients, engaging them in developing and implementing tailored employment plans to meet their goals. Your responsibilities include conducting career guidance, job searches, CV preparation, and interview coaching, while working closely with clinical staff and community partners such as Job Centres, local business employers. Right now, we are looking for an Independent Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Advocate to play a pivotal role in our Domestic Abuse Everyone's Business Service.
The Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Prevention Team, sits within the wider Fundraising and Communications directorate and delivers the UK SAYS NO MORE campaign and Everyone's Business.
Everyone's Business works with employers to deliver a domestic abuse and sexual violence response to their employees along with offering a range of tools and resources such as the Everyones Business Respond to Abuse Advice Line, a training package and an employee IDVA and ISVA service. The team have worked with approximately 250 employers ranging from large multi-national companies to statutory organisations and local authorities.
Please note this is a hybrid role that can be based anywhere in the UK with the requirement to be at our Head Office in London 1 day a week (Thursday).
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
The role involves providing both emotional and practical support to survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, and other forms of gender-based violence, including those at high risk. This includes completing DASH risk assessments and tailoring support to each survivor's individual needs. The postholder responds to referrals from employees with lived experience of abuse through the Everyone's Business IDSVA service and acts as the lead IDVA/ISVA for some contracted business partnerships. They work closely with businesses adopting IDVA/ISVA services and are responsible for maintaining and updating business development plans as required.
A key part of the role includes building relationships and raising awareness with partner organisations through meetings and training, and working collaboratively with criminal and civil justice agencies, health services, SARCs, police, courts, social care, and other voluntary sector organisations. The role includes conducting needs and risk assessments, developing individual safety and support plans, and acting as a single point of contact for survivors throughout their journey, whether or not they choose to report to police. It also includes multi-agency advocacy and attendance at MARACs, always maintaining a trauma-informed and survivor-focused approach.
