To provide high quality support as a non-clinical member of NHS' multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) to an allocated group of adult service users (18+) with moderate to severe mental illness within thecommunity. and procedures.

You bring a solid foundation in mental health care, supported by an NVQ Level 4 in Care (or equivalent) or at least two years' experience in the field. You have a strong understanding of mental health issues, recovery principles, and co-production, empowering individuals to take an active role in their care.
You work collaboratively with professionals, services, and communities, applying your knowledge of care planning, risk assessment, recovery tools, and the Mental Health Act to provide safe and effective support.
With excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you engage confidently with clients and colleagues, and your ability to facilitate groups encourages peer connection and shared recovery. You thrive both independently and in a team, maintaining professionalism in fast-paced settings.
Proficient in IT and electronic case management, you ensure accurate, efficient record-keeping. Your resilience, adaptability, and clear professional boundaries enable you to handle complex situations effectively. Above all, you are committed to person-centred, trauma-informed practice, providing compassionate and respectful support to every individual.
When will I be working?
You will be working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 39 hours a week

- Design and deliver impactful ED&I initiatives, workshops, and campaigns.
- Analyse workforce data to shape strategy and report progress to senior leadership.

HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, wellbeing, and engagement.
- Lead on complex employee relations casework, ensuring thorough and consistent resolution.
- Support on restructures, TUPE, workforce planning, and organisational change.
- Develop and update HR policies in line with legislation and best practice.
- Contribute to HR projects that enhance culture, development, and retention.
About You
You’ll bring both strategic thinking and hands-on experience, with the confidence to influence and deliver at a senior level.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Advisor or HR Generalist capacity.
- Proven experience leading ED&I initiatives and workshops.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders to implement people strategies.
- Solid track record managing complex employee relations casework.
- Excellent understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience within the Housing Sector is highly desirable.

What to expect

There are two excellent senior managers to lean on delivering Prospect Development and HV Events, so it is expected the main focus for the first 6-12 months will be driving the development of Information and Assets.
You will be required to translate organisational priorities into compelling cases for support and donor communications, create and manage funding priorities and funding gaps, improve access to case studies and other storytelling tools, partner with HVP teams to understand their requirement and their prospects and donor’s needs. Your work will be key to creating an inspiring donor experience that clearly demonstrates impact and encourages continued support.
You will champion new ways of working and best practice in high value fundraising operations, working to develop streamlined processes and systems to empower fundraisers with the tools they need to work their portfolios efficiently through the donor journey.

Key responsibilities
* Programme design, delivery and growth: You ensure the successful delivery of programmes, monitor and report on impact, oversee the budget and ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection and charity regulations. You will support the growth of programmes by creating, developing and writing proposals, and travel throughout the UK to support project delivery.
* Partnership development: You will scope, develop and secure partnerships across sectors, building and maintaining strong relationships with funders, partners, schools and charities across the UK and support the organisation of fundraising events, campaigns and other fundraising activities.
* Line management: You will line manage the programmes team (x 2 posts), supporting professional development, conducting performance reviews, and promoting strong team moral and wellbeing.
* Operations and strategy: You will support reporting to United Way UK Board of Trustees, United Way Worldwide and UK regulators, as well as work closely with the CEO on strategic planning and implementation.
What we're looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:
* Experience in programme management, stakeholder engagement and partnership building, with strong relationship skills combined and a natural ability to cultivate positive relationships with internal stakeholders, charity partners, prospects, funders, corporates, volunteers and internal partners
* Strong project management skills with ability to manage diverse tasks and priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience of monitoring and evaluation to collect feedback from stakeholders and continually improve and learn from programmes and report to funders.
* Solid communication skills, in both written and oral English, with the ability to present to stakeholders and write compelling project proposals.
* Experience working in the charity sector or within corporate social responsibility.
* Experience managing staff, including supporting professional development, conducting performance reviews, and promoting strong team moral and wellbeing.
* Experience in volunteering, either working with, or leading volunteer programmes, or being a volunteer.
* Experience either leading or supporting proposal writing for programme delivery.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
* Full driving license.

This role involves regular travel within the region, so we are ideally looking for someone based in or near the area. You will work with clients or from the office 3 days per week, with 2 days available to work from home. There may also be occasions when you will need to attend training and meetings at our hubs across the UK.
As an Admiral Nurse, your role will be pivotal in providing expert nursing support to carers, helping them navigate the complexities of dementia care. You will offer emotional and psychological interventions to alleviate the challenges of caregiving, especially at the early stages of diagnosis or pre-diagnosis, and continue supporting carers through the various stages of dementia, focusing on transitions, loss, and shifting relationships.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients, conducting home visits to assess their needs and wellbeing, and develop individual intervention plans. You will empower carers by helping them build the skills and confidence needed to support someone with dementia, especially as behaviours change over time. Your work will ensure they can provide better care while also protecting their own mental and emotional health.
Beyond direct care, you will contribute to the continuous development of the service, assisting with the evaluation and improvement of dementia care practices. You will offer clinical guidance to colleagues and external agencies, providing training and educational resources to enhance the quality of care across the board.

What could my day look like?
The Education Worker role is a frontline, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two weeks will look the same. A typical day will have different activities, possibly spread between the IntoUniversity centre, partner schools and the offices of a corporate partner.
In the morning, you might be setting off with resources to run a workshop for sixth-form students in their secondary school. In the afternoon you may be setting up the classroom ahead of running Primary Academic Support for young people in your IntoUniversity centre. On other days, you may be travelling to a corporate partner to run a business simulation workshop for 15 year-olds or leading a group of final year primary school students on a campus visit for their graduation.

The Refugee Welcome Officer is an exciting and unique role, supporting groups across the county who engage with the Social Justice Network to take part in the Afghan Welcome Project. You will assist with group formation, volunteer recruitment, training and provide ongoing mentoring to ensure their success.
As Refugee Welcome Officer you will work closely with the groups, local authorities, the Home Office, the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and other key stakeholders to source suitable housing, matching families to accommodation whilst ensuring compliance.
You will build and maintain effective relationships with local agencies, councils, community groups and other sponsors to facilitate resettlement and share best practices, as well as taking the lead for coordinating recruitment and training and support for volunteers.
