The Role
As LMS Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of the daily operation of our LMS and associated content. You’ll:
- Oversee routine LMS operations including user management, course deployment, and system configuration.
- Publish and maintain our learning resources catalogue, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Monitor and analyse LMS usage data, producing reports and insights to improve user experience.
- Identify and implement opportunities for LMS and UX improvements, working with colleagues and external suppliers.
- Provide technical support and develop training materials for staff and learners.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new learners and contribute to marketing efforts by highlighting innovative content.
- You’ll work closely with Content Developers, Learning Designers, the Digital Learning Manager, and external partners to ensure our LMS is effective, user-friendly, and meets the needs of our members.

The Human Resources department provides a strategic and operational HR service to the seven National Church Institutions (NCIs) and the 42 Diocesan Bishops' offices. Our HR Operations team focusses on the entire employee lifecycle providing support, advice and guidance to senior leaders, line managers and staff. The Organisational Development team lead on culture, values, wellbeing, development, and our belonging & inclusion strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources to study a CIPD qualification whilst working in an HR role on a fixed-term basis for 18 months. - This role will require the postholder to work from our London office in Westminster London once a week on average (currently Wednesdays).

To meet the apprenticeship entry requirements, you will need to have:
- Academic ability to meet the entry requirements of the Level 3 apprentice course attached to this apprenticeship and to attend and undertake the studying and course work required to complete the course.
- Educated to at least GCSE standard, with GCSE grade 4/C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent) or ability to work towards level 2 Maths and English/GCSE 4/C grade.

The Deputy Director of Operations (DDO) supports the Director of Operations and Development (DOD) in ensuring the smooth, compliant, and strategic functioning of the ELSC across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Netherlands, and Germany.
The DDO line-manages the Finance and Human Resources Managers and provides operational leadership in compliance, finance, HR, coordination, and employee engagement.
The ELSC has four departments (Legal, Monitor & Research, Advocacy & Communications, and Operations & Development) and five work teams (Britain, Netherlands, Germany, EU, Crimes and Complicity).
The DDO coordinates staff gatherings and internal engagement, including planning the annual in-person all-staff event, managing logistics for departmental and work team meetings, and supporting cross-departmental collaboration.
The role also assists the Director of Operations and Development with meeting facilitation and agenda development, co-facilitates weekly remote all-staff meetings, and supports the coordination of the monthly staff assembly.
This role requires exceptional organisational, interpersonal, time-management, and analytical skills.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrable experience in a senior operations and/or compliance role (5+ years).
- Experience with Finance, Governance, and Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of British, Dutch, and German legal and organisational frameworks (or ability to acquire this quickly).
- Experience organising events, preferably in more than one jurisdiction.

- Ensure compliance for ELSC entities in the Netherlands, Britain, and Germany.

- Oversee the British office operations, including the evaluation of office space.

Staff Coordination
- Plan and oversee the in-person all-staff gathering (2026) in coordination with the ELSC executive management team.
- Coordinate the logistics of annual departmental gatherings.
- Organise Work Team gatherings, supporting cross-departmental collaboration.
- Support the Director of Operations (DOD) with facilitation and agenda development for internal meetings.
- Facilitate 50% of Remote All-Staff Meetings (60min, weekly).
- Support the coordination of Monthly Staff Assemblies.
People & HR
- Oversee HR policy implementation and delivery of the annual People Strategy.
- Support the HR Manager in leading HR operations and in the recruitment and induction of new staff.
- Oversee the development of an Organisational Handbook.
- Review and improve the performance review process.
- Establish promotion guidelines to create transparent career progression pathways.
- Maintain and update the Organisational Chart quarterly.
- Review the Organisational Wiki (“The Fridge”) yearly.
Finance
- Oversee ELSC financial operations.
- Support the Finance Manager, providing oversight and strategic direction.
- Ensure effective operation of the Finance Committee, led by the Finance Manager.
- Review and distribute monthly financial reports to Department Heads via the Finance Committee.
- Ensure monthly financial summaries are reported to Work Teams through the Senior Legal Committee.
- Oversee completion of the organisational audit.
- Support short-term investment strategies.
- Monitor and report on operational budgets, ensuring accountability and fiscal responsibility across departments.
- Liaise and coordinate with the ELSC Treasurer Board member.
Training
- Standardise training and qualifications frameworks across departments to ensure transparency, fairness, and consistency in line with the ELSC Pay & Benefits Scale.
- Lead investment in staff training and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capacity.
- Support the qualification and professional development of junior legal staff through structured learning pathways in three jurisdictions with the support of the Director of the Legal Department.

- Oversee the implementation of robust financial systems, controls, and reporting mechanisms.

At Cranstoun, we are always in search of talented and experienced individuals to join our team. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager for the Worcestershire Drug and Alcohol Service, within our Criminal Justice Team.
You will be part of the Worcestershire leadership team and support the County Manager to deliver a safe, effective, and efficient service to our current and future service users.
You will line manage a team of Key Workers. Amongst other duties you will support individuals’ development, support personnel matters, listen, respond, and care about staff and service user wellbeing, oversee performance of your wider team, manage the operational flow of your team, maintain high standards of practice, and support your team to achieve wider service targets.
The successful candidate will have proven effective leadership and/or supervisory experience. You will need to demonstrate effective communication and organisational skills and have the ability to manage change whilst working to deadlines. You will need to be confident working with external agencies and deliver learning sessions to your team and other agencies where required. You will need a key eye for detail as part of your role will be to review incidents, ensure compliance with clinical audits and create plans to respond to recommendations. You will also be required to form part of the duty management rota for the service.
You’ll need to have good writing, verbal and computing skills and be able to work confidently with all Microsoft programs and case management systems.
The most important things you’ll bring to this role are your experience in the field, integrity, positive attitude, enthusiasm, motivation and ability to use initiative and contribute to the wider delivery of a trauma informed approach.
All post holders may be required to work some evenings and some unsociable hours in order to meet our service delivery requirements. The core service operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with additional hours on some evenings.

Senior Practice Development Lead (National Systems Change programme)

The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. We work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together we have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. We also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.
In July 2025 the Home Office announced a £53m investment over the next four years to enable the Drive Project to roll out across England and Wales. To end domestic abuse, we must address the source of the problem - the perpetrator. This funding will make a huge difference to our efforts to support survivors, by holding perpetrators to account, stopping them from causing further harm and giving them the chance to change.
The National Systems Change programme is currently focused on four systemic gaps: Children’s Social Care, Housing, LGBT+ communities, and Racialised Communities. Sitting within this programme you will play a key lead role in progressing our work on improving responses to domestic abuse for minoritised communities.
Your remit includes line managing the National Systems Change Practice Development Leads (NSCPDL), supporting both the Head of NSC and the Practice Manager in addressing systemic gaps in the provision of services. You will also work alongside key stakeholders and partners, including commissioned projects, and victim survivor groups, to enable long term systems change.
The successful candidate is likely to bring knowledge and experience of working within the domestic abuse sector, experience of working with multi-agency partnerships and/or other voluntary and statutory services involved in the response to domestic abuse.
An understanding of systems change and working with perpetrators and/or victims of domestic abuse (including those with protected characteristics, e.g. racialised communities, LGBTQ+ people, or people with related/complex needs such as substance misuse issues, mental health) would be welcomed.

We are seeking a Community Development Officer to lead a major in-progress project improving recognition, support, and care for people with smell and taste disorders at a local level across England.
This three-year, volunteer-led programme, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund has achieved significant success in its first eighteen months. We are now recruiting a new postholder to take this strong foundation forward through the next phase of delivery.
Over the past eighteen months, we have recruited and established a thriving network of volunteers and local groups across England. This momentum is expected to continue. The Community Development Officer will work closely with existing volunteers and groups, primarily remotely, while also attending in-person events and meetings in different parts of England as needed.
The postholder will lead the ongoing recruitment, training, and support of volunteer groups, working with them to identify opportunities for local outreach and engagement. Together, you will ensure that more people affected by smell and taste disorders access the information, support, and recognition they need, while continuing to raise awareness of these often-unrecognised sensory impairments.
Our volunteer groups bring together people with lived experience alongside experts from the food, beverage and fragrance sectors, and other relevant fields.

About the Role
We're looking for a compassionate and driven Service Manager to join our residential service based in Havering. This role supports residents in temporary housing who are facing challenges with substance use. As a Service Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team, making sure we deliver high quality support, performance and improvements across our service whilst representing values of the organisation. You'll play a hands on role in supporting individuals facing addiction, homelessness, and complex needs guiding them towards stability, independence, and brighter futures.
The service focuses on providing a 24 hour, 25 bed accommodation service to residents who are deemed to be high risk. They support those who are experiencing homelessness. All admissions are jointly agreed, and placements reviewed at a weekly Complex Needs Panel chaired by the local authority. Residents are agreed on the basis that they are:

- Overseeing support related to substance misuse, ensuring effective interventions and pathways for service users

About You

About the role
We are currently looking for an impassioned and self-driven individual to join our activities team to deliver exceptional service to our students, through engaging with the 350+ student groups, which deliver an incredible range of world-class opportunities to their members.
You will coordinate the creation of new student groups and manage funding opportunities as well as lead on the onboarding for new committee members and oversee administration for the minibus fleet. You will review, advise on, and approve society event/trip budgets and finance, in collaboration with the Activities (Events) Team. You will also support clubs and societies to effectively manage their finances, and review Society sponsorship contracts to make sure they are in-line with College and Union policies, that directly benefit and enhance the student experience.
A significant part of the role will be to deliver our annual budgeting process in line with Imperial College Union's grant allocation and financial policy, as well as supporting student-led groups to plan budgets effectively.

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Service Manager to lead on the delivery of high-quality services to the women and their children living in our refuges and survivors of domestic abuse supported by our community outreach service.
We are recruiting for Service Manager who is passionate about supporting survivors who are impacted by domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes. This is a multifaceted, fast paced, and exciting role where you will join our team in Derby to lead on the delivery and development of high-quality refuge and outreach services for survivors of domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes.
Our service provision in Derby includes culturally specific service for South Asian women as well as a specialist multiple disadvantage support worker who support survivors facing enhanced needs.
The post holder will provide line management and support to the accommodation based and the outreach service staff. This will include providing supervision on complex and high-risk cases, overseeing operational emergencies, and ensuring high standards of casework. You will also ensure that all service users in refuges and the outreach service always receive a high-quality support service in line with Refuge’s policies and procedures.
The Service Manager will lead on the delivery of the multiagency aspect of work, working jointly with the Refuge teams and wider stakeholders to deliver best services to the survivors.
Candidates must have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support to vulnerable people, managing, and motivating staff, managing casework as well as working within multiagency setting. In addition, you must have an excellent knowledge of domestic abuse and other gender-based violence and its impact on survivors.
You will have knowledge of relevant criminal and civil law legislation, as well as Housing and Health and Safety legislation.
As member of the management team, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call management service.
The service manager will be responsible for ensuring that contractual and other funding requirements are met fully, this includes ensuring that the services operate within the allocated budget and that Refuge’s high-quality standards are maintained. The role may involve visiting potential sites and contributing to the establishment of new services in conjunction with the development team.
The job involves working closely with staff that support survivors and their children who are experiencing domestic abuse and other gender-based violence.
