The Compliance Officer will safeguard the charity by contributing to robust internal governance and compliance processes, supporting risk identification and management processes and being mindful of relevant legislation and regulation. This role will be able to interpret regulatory guidance and make suggestions for changes to internal processes, including but not limited to guidance published by the Charity Commission for England and Wales and the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Through the development and utilisation of new and existing processes, you will provide assurance to the charity’s leadership teams that the organisation operates in line with statutory obligations, internal policies and procedures and recognised best practice standards.
This role will co-ordinate and support the development, implementation, and regular review of policies and procedures that underpin strong internal controls and transparent decision-making. Responsible for supporting colleagues with identification, assessment, and monitoring of incidents and operational risks, helping to record proportionate controls and review periods to protect all stakeholders. In doing so, you will promote a culture of accountability, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement across the charity.
This role focuses on the processes that support operational day-to-day governance and compliance, as opposed to overarching governance which falls to the responsibility of the CEO, supported by the Board Secretary/ Executive Assistance role.
Working closely with the Finance and Operations Manager, Quality Assurance Manager and external Data Protection Officer to ensure a co-ordinated and streamlined approach to governance, compliance and risk across the whole organisation.

You Will Bring:
A strong understanding of internal governance frameworks, ability to implement and coordinate risk management principles and processes and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the confidence to ensure processes are applied across the organisation. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will proactively help others to identify risk and implement and record effective mitigations and controls. You will be able to implement processes which support continuous learning and improvement of policies and procedures. You will work closely with others who have a responsibility for compliance, quality measures and risk identification processes ensuring seamless working across departments.
You will also bring excellent written and spoken communication and have strong interpersonal skills, which enable you to deliver training to others and to foster a culture of integrity around compliance. You will build trusted relationships across the organisation while maintaining independence and objectivity in your own role, having the confidence to speak up if change is needed or processes and practice needs to change.

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Legacy and In Memory Giving Team to specialise in the planning and delivery of campaigns, and in developing the supporter engagement and specific onward journeys to encourage emotional connections and future legacy and in-memory giving.
This team supports the RNLI by raising funds through gifts left to our charity in Wills and in memory giving. This is an important time for the RNLI’s Legacy and In Memory fundraising team. With 6 out of 10 lifeboat launches funded by legacies this will be a key area of focus for the charity going forwards.

Your role
As a flexible Marketing Executive, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:
- Supporting Marketing Managers to deliver marketing campaigns, projects, and other fundraising activity
- Campaign planning, briefing and administration on a range of channels, from print to digital
- Supporting on campaign delivery and briefing our in-house data and creative teams
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and volunteers
- Understanding and interpreting data to help inform and develop marketing activities
- Managing purchase orders and timely goods receipting invoices
About you
You’ll be an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive able to support the development and delivery of impactful, successful campaigns and fundraising activity across legacy and in-memory giving.
To be considered for the role as our new Marketing Executive, you will need:
- Experience in planning and managing fundraising/marketing campaigns
- To be capable of building strong and collaborative working relationships, both within the existing team but also with other teams and multiple stakeholders across the organisation
- Confidence in understanding campaign performance data and communicating results and optimisations to stakeholders
- Proven experience of working across multiple projects to tight deadlines
- To have excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
- An understanding of in-memory fundraising (desirable)

Role overview
This newly created senior role strengthens The Young Foundation’s strategic business development function and supports income growth across the full range of our programmes and partnerships. Legacy giving is a vital and growing part of this programme, generating £5–7.5 million each year and playing a crucial role in securing long-term, sustainable income. Following a recent step-change in investment, there is now a significant opportunity to accelerate growth and position legacy giving more centrally across Greenpeace UK’s fundraising and supporter engagement.
We are now seeking a Head of Legacy Giving to lead this important area. Reporting to the Deputy Fundraising Director, Key Relationships, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Greenpeace UK’s legacy programme, overseeing both marketing and administration to maximise future income from gifts in wills.
You will lead a small specialist team and work closely with colleagues across the organisation, as well as internationally across the Greenpeace network. The role offers the opportunity to influence both UK and global legacy strategy, contributing to a shared ambition for growth across multiple markets.
As Head of Legacy Giving, you will:
- Develop and deliver Greenpeace UK’s legacy giving strategy, driving growth in both pledged and realised income
- Lead and integrate legacy marketing and administration, ensuring a seamless and high-performing programme
- Manage and develop a team of two – Senior Legacy Marketing Officer, Legacy Case Manager – fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
- Work across fundraising, campaigns and communications to embed legacy giving within supporter journeys and organisational priorities
- Identify and drive opportunities to grow legacy income, including within high-value and blended giving approaches

Essential skills and experience:

- Budget experience must include managing similar levels of investment (six-figures+)

The role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Creative Operations Manager to join our team. Working across the organisation, you'll interrogate creative briefs, manage production schedules, and keep projects to time and budget. You'll be confident in planning what needs to happen when, and identifying ways we can improve our processes to keep creative projects running smoothly. Whether it's an ad campaign to support the National Art Pass, collateral for Museum of the Year, or materials for a fundraising appeal to save a great work of art, you'll be key to bringing these projects to life.

Overview
Prostate Cancer Research (PCR) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Patient Engagement & Programme Officer to support the delivery of several key patient-focused initiatives, including the infopool and Prostate Progress.
This role will sit within the Patient Projects team, providing operational, administrative, and patient engagement support across a range of programmes designed to support and empower men affected by prostate cancer.
The postholder will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient communications, programme logistics, digital resource management, and recruitment support for the national Prostate Progress research platform.
The role will be split approximately 50% supporting Prostate Progress recruitment and patient engagement activities, and 50% supporting wider programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Prostate Progress – Patient Recruitment & Support
Provide support to patients and participants, particularly during the upcoming national recruitment campaigns delivered with NHS DigiTrials.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and triaging incoming emails and phone enquiries from patients responding to recruitment invitations or having issues using the platform
- Responding to patient queries using approved FAQ materials and support documentation
- Escalating complex queries or complaints to appropriate internal teams
- Liaising with our technical support team to resolve participant platform issues and triaging issues accordingly
- Supporting the development and refinement of participant support materials and FAQs
- Maintaining clear records of common issues, feedback, and participant concerns
- Supporting on the development and delivery of Prostate Progress’ engagement and stewardship plan, ensuring they receive regular communications which maximise engagement and ensure retention
- Ensuring all communications provide a professional, supportive and patient-centred experience
Additional helpful responsibilities could include:
- Monitoring recruitment engagement metrics and identifying emerging support issues
- Flagging trends in patient questions that may require updated communications
- Supporting participant follow-up communications where appropriate
The Infopool
Support the Head of Health Information in maintaining and improving the infopool, PCR’s digital patient information platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing routine website administration, including checking links, updating resources and uploading new content and materials
- Ensuring patient resources remain accurate, current and accessible
- Supporting the administration of Google Analytics and Hotjar surveys
- Assisting with analysis of website usage data and patient feedback
- Analysing simple infopool survey feedback data coming from three clinical sites.
- Liaising with the clinical teams to ensure that they have all the materials they need.
- Supporting the maintenance and organisation of resource libraries and toolkits
- Assisting with preparation for our annual Patient Information Forum (PIF) TICK reaccreditation.
- Ensuring that documentation is up to date, all clinician sign-offs are complete and accreditation forms are submitted on time. Processing invoices – sending to finance and completing budget sheets.
- Working with other teams to identify opportunities to use infopool patient stories more widely, including supporting case study development and ensuring appropriate permissions are obtained for reuse across PCR activities.
Programme Administration & Operations
Provide operational and administrative support to the wider Patient Projects team. Responsibilities include:
Financial & Reporting Support
- Processing invoices and submitting them to finance
- Logging expenditure accurately within programme budget trackers
- Supporting end-of-month reconciliation and reporting checks
Materials & Resource Management
Supporting the Senior Programme Manager in:
- Managing stock levels for printed materials and patient resources
- Coordinating ordering and reprinting of materials
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory
- Responding to general materials queries
Administrative Coordination
- Maintaining and updating the hospital adoption tracker
- Supporting shared inbox queries where required
- Providing administrative support across the Patient Projects team
Event & Conference Support
Supporting the Senior Programme Manager and Health Equity Manager with PCR’s presence at conferences, meetings, and events and organisation of patient workshops and focus groups.
Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating logistics for event materials and shipments
- Researching and booking suitable venues for workshops and arranging refreshments.
- Arranging online focus groups – liaising with patients and sending out pre-group materials.
- Processing patient expenses following focus groups and workshops.
- Booking courier collections and managing delivery returns
- Researching and booking suitable accommodation near conference venues
- Supporting preparation of materials for events and exhibitions
Providing on-site support when required, including:
- Setting up conference stands
- Managing printed materials and stock
- Supporting delegate sign-ups
- Directing queries to appropriate team members
- Taking minutes at workshops and focus groups.
Person Specification
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident communicating with patients in a professional and empathetic manner
- Digitally confident and comfortable managing web platforms and analytics tools
- Detail-oriented with strong record keeping and data management skills

Working with Scriptoria
Our senior team has an exceptional skill set, and we recognise that candidates with all the skills we need simply may not exist. Our staff have the choice to work wholly or partly from home or from our office in Tooting, SW London, during regular operational hours (08:30–17:30). If working from home, staff must have a working environment suitable for holding video-call meetings/training sessions with clients.

This role requires regular business travel and overnight stays to deliver training courses (mostly in the UK, estimated 2 to 8 days per month).
