About this role:
As Enterprise Architect, you will:
- Bring the IT architecture strategy in line with the charity strategy to allow Dogs Trust to achieve its objectives in the most effective way,
- Own the overall architecture domains for the charity,
- Produce, maintain, and communicate Enterprise Architecture artefacts, as well as developing policies and standards,
- Work closely various internal business leaders: including subject matter experts, project managers and Business Analysts, and external solution architects to deliver solutions for the organisation.

To be successful in this role you will need broad technical knowledge, with the ability to design end-to-end systems at a high level, with a clear understanding of a number of applications. We are using Salesforce and Informatica, so we’d love to hear from candidates with experience in these. You’ll also need to be a self-starter, who is passionate and motivated about delivering solutions and takes a proactive, strategic approach. It’s also important that you’re a people person, who is a great team player and excellent communicator, with the ability to engage colleagues from different parts of the organisation, and bring them on the transformation journey with you. Our Direct Marketing Team is part of this department, and recruits and develops supporters. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Officer to join this team to manage and deliver a series of high standard direct marketing campaigns across our Regular Giving programme. This individual will be recruiting, retaining and upgrading regular donors to generate income through a variety of direct marketing methods such as direct dialogue, DRTV, digital, and direct mail. They will be encouraging regular monthly gifts or support via one of our main products such as general Regular Giving and Sponsorship, our Lottery, Value Exchange programme and other methods of committed giving as they arise.

The Cleft Lip and Palate Association (CLAPA) is the national charity for people affected by cleft lip and palate in the United Kingdom.
CLAPA supports people affected by cleft to take control of their journey, connect with others, and use their voices to impact the future of care. Our vision is that no one affected by cleft lip and palate in the United Kingdom will go through their journey alone.
We are seeking a Fundraising Coordinator (Individual Giving) to join our small but dynamic Fundraising team.
The role requires excellent donor care and stewardship skills. All forms of communication will be required including the proactive use of digital channels such as the website and social media platforms.
The Individual Giving Fundraiser will play a vital role in increasing income from our existing supporters. You will support donor acquisition as well as taking the lead on retention of our supporters across multiple channels including cash appeals, regular giving, lottery and in celebration giving. The role will also support the Head of Income in the delivery of a legacy and major donor program.
You will develop and deliver excellent stewardship programmes that drive retention by deepening audience understanding of the challenges that people affected by cleft face and the impact that their donations make. Using data and insight, you’ll deliver compelling campaigns, with people affected by cleft right at the centre. You’ll use creative tools and techniques to demonstrate impact and inspire future action.

Please note this is a part-time role 3 days/or 21 hours per week (Fridays must be worked but the other 2 days per week are flexible). The role is initially for an 18 months fixed term contract.
As a key member of our Services and Support team, you’ll be working with MS Society volunteer groups that provide transport services to their members and/or own property. You’ll be working with our external auditors to manage the audit process, monitor and record compliance with the ‘MS Society Health and Safety risk management framework’ on property and transport and ensure materials in the framework are consistently and effectively used.
We’re looking for the successful candidate to have:
- A NEBOSH National General Certificate
- Trained Display Screen Assessment Assessor
- Be a Member of Institute of Occupational Safety and Health
- Experience of working with in house Health and Safety systems that cover risk areas associated with a volunteer group network.
- Experience of working with volunteers.
- An in-depth up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and practices, particularly as these relate to the voluntary sector.
- Experience of transport for people of all abilities run by the voluntary sector with a working knowledge of the related legislation.
- A working knowledge of the management of properties run by the voluntary sector.
- A working knowledge of DSE requirements and how to assess and apply them in a practical way.
- Knowledge of risk assessment, inspection and auditing procedures.

About Us
Hackney CVS is the leading force in City & Hackney’s voluntary and community sector, committed to supporting groups to meet the needs of the local community, especially those most in need. Through our City & Hackney Neighbourhoods Programme, we're pioneering a place-based approach to integrated health and care across eight Neighbourhood Forums. Our mission is to empower residents and the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) to lead the change towards improved health outcomes and reduced inequalities.
The Role
As a Neighbourhood Facilitator, you will be seconded into Hackney CVS and:
- Lead two of the eight established Neighbourhood Forums, driving community engagement and cross-organisational collaboration to identify local issues and co-produce solutions.
- Work closely with resident groups, service providers, and the Neighbourhood Leadership Group, ensuring that community insights and VCS expertise shape local services and pathways.
- Organise engaging community forum meetings, conduct outreach, and foster strategic connections to enable positive system change.
- Serve as a bridge between residents, VCS organisations, and health and care partners, creating opportunities for co-creation and influencing system changes to address health inequalities.

Who You Are

- Knowledgeable about the VCS/not-for-profit sector and the public sector landscape, especially in health and social care.
- Skilled in partnership building, project management, and problem-solving, with a creative approach to identifying solutions.

We are looking for community-focused person, with vision, skills and enthusiasm to become the first Director of our small charity and help to deliver our ambitious plans. Our Roehampton is a registered charitable company that is embarking on an exciting period of development to establish itself as a community-led anchor organisation for Roehampton in the London Borough of Wandsworth.
You could be someone who’s managed a community organisation before or has experience of managing projects in a community setting and now wants to take on a leadership role. The successful candidate will have proven community development and engagement skills as well as be able to work strategically to lead and support the development of the charity; you will be equally comfortable supporting a group of residents with ideas for a new activity, hosting a meeting of the Roehampton Network and liaising with local authority or health partners on strategic matters. You will have experience of staff and/or volunteer management and have the organisational skills to ensure Our Roehampton runs as a safe, legally compliant organisation. You’ll have a track record of embedding equality, diversity and inclusion understanding into your work.
Given Our Roehampton is a place-based anchor organisation, we are looking for someone willing to work locally most of the time so you can really understand the area and develop strong relationships.
