As our Communications and marketing assistant you will be a key member of the Winchester Hospice Fundraising Charity team, supporting the realisation of our communication, engagement and marketing plans to our stakeholders, allowing the charity to deliver its innovative fundraising strategy to be able to meet ambitious financial targets.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director and Head of Advocacy to build campaigns that respond to pressing threats to our freedoms. You’ll devise strategies to run successful digital campaigns including mass mobilisation; you’ll curate the supporter journey for our network of 100,000 email subscribers; you’ll manage and produce highly engaging content including long and short form videos and graphics for our social media channels; and you’ll lead our digital fundraising.

Are you passionate about Agile delivery, team facilitation, and helping digital products reach their full potential? As an Agile Delivery & Scrum Manager within Cadet Digital Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our digital platforms, including the Westminster MIS and its supporting applications, are delivered efficiently, collaboratively, and with a strong focus on user needs.
Working closely with the Product Owner, developers, QA engineers, and our Solutions Architect, you will lead Agile ceremonies, help maintain a healthy delivery rhythm, and support the refinement and organisation of work across multiple streams. You will play a key part in turning strategic intent into clear, actionable delivery plans, and will work autonomously to keep delivery flowing smoothly.
If you enjoy creating structure, coaching teams, solving delivery challenges, and helping technical and non technical colleagues work effectively together, this role offers the opportunity to directly shape how digital services support cadets and volunteers across the UK.
Essential Skills/Experience
· Experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Project/Delivery Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role within a digital or technology environment.
· Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading Agile ceremonies.
· Experience translating requirements into user stories and delivery ready artefacts.
· Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (developers, testers, designers, product roles).
· Good understanding of Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and practical application in real teams.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non technical groups.
· Ability to manage competing priorities, track risks, remove impediments, and keep work moving.

Westway Trust is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Manager: Communications & Marketing – to lead the Communications and Marketing function, developing and delivering integrated strategies that build Westway Trust’s profile, deepen stakeholder engagement, and amplify the impact of the Trust’s community-centred work across North Kensington.
You will need to have the right blend and balance of strategic, communication, innovation and people skills. You will have experience of supporting and enhancing the lives of people in the local community. - Strong copywriting skills including news features, press releases, social media, marketing materials and executive communications.

- Demonstrable experience managing budgets and external contractors/suppliers.

- Experience in PR and media relations, including building and maintaining a press database.

About You and the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Content Producer to create high-quality audio and visual content for use across the Society’s communications channels to help us grow and engage our audiences and showcase the work we do.
Working across the breadth of the Society’s activities, you will create, and/or aid colleagues and third parties in the production of, compelling visual content including video, graphics and animation.
This role will report to the Programmes Manager, but you will also work closely with the Communications team, supporting the Digital Communications Officer in delivering their digital communications strategy, and be part of cross-team collaboration that helps our charitable services reach more people.
Salary and Benefits
This is a permanent, full-time post subject to successful completion of a probationary period of three months. The salary range for this post is £33,550–£35,666 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. The post holder will be required to work Monday evenings until 8.00pm during term time, with TOIL provided. Additional evening and occasional weekend work will be required, by prior arrangement, to support events, typically around two extra evenings per month and some weekend conferences, with TOIL or overtime provided. The post is based in Kensington, London.
