Cluster Purpose:

Strengthen Embrace’s communication, education, and fundraising efforts to drive growth so that more people engage with our content; more donors are attracted to support; and the UK church is more deeply engaged with the cause; enabling us to fund more work in the region and generate a deeper understanding of Christian service in the Middle East.

Role Purpose:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns – including planning, execution, and optimisation – as part of Embrace’s acquisition strategy.
• Provide subject matter expertise and execute the digital marketing aspects of project briefs commissioned by internal teams, ensuring effective and insight-led digital approaches that support their objectives.
• Coordinate with Fundraising & Communications teams and external partners to ensure campaigns drive donor acquisition and scalable growth.
• Act as the digital lead, championing a ‘digital-first’ approach across projects, and working with Shared Services on data and systems to enable a transition to marketing that is digital by default.

What success looks like:

• Digital campaigns delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with acquisition strategy.
• Key Performance targets achieved or exceeded (e.g. donor acquisition volume, conversion rates, ROI).
• Strong collaboration with Fundraising & Communications colleagues and external partners.
• A ‘digital-first’ mindset embedded across fundraising and marketing projects and teams.
• Campaigns informed by data and analytics, with regular reporting and optimisation.

The role:

Bringing our marketing and communications strategy to life by delivering clear, coordinated and impactful activity across the charity. In this role, you’ll provide day‑to‑day leadership, oversight and quality assurance for the Marketing team, ensuring that all outputs—from campaigns and digital content to printed materials, supporter journeys and internal communications—are well‑planned, on schedule, high‑quality and fully aligned with our vision, values and brand.

What You Will Do:

As Marketing & Communications Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our strategy, offering fresh ideas and insight, and working closely with the Marketing & Engagement Manager to ensure our plans remain relevant, effective and forward‑thinking.

Strategic Contribution

· Translate organisational and departmental objectives into clear marketing and communications plans and delivery  frameworks.

· Contribute ideas, insight, and evidence to the ongoing development of the marketing and communications strategy,  working closely with the Marketing & Engagement Manager to ensure plans remain relevant, effective, and audience‑led.

Delivery of Strategy

· Take day‑to‑day ownership of marketing delivery across all channels, including digital, print, campaigns, supporter journeys, and internal communications.

Campaign & Project Leadership

· Lead and cross‑departmental marketing and communications projects, working collaboratively with teams across the hospice.

· Hold joint ownership, alongside the Supporter Engagement Manager, for the delivery and ongoing development of supporter journeys, including Dotdigital integrations, with marketing leading on planning, content, insight, and quality assurance.

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with freelancers, agencies, photographers, and suppliers to ensure high‑quality creative output and timely delivery.

Internal & External Collaboration

· Work with teams across the hospice and act as a marketing representative in meetings to ensure consistent messaging, strategic alignment, and effective planning.

· Plan and co-ordinate internal communications activity, supporting staff engagement, clarity, and understanding across the organisation.

Compliance, Quality & Governance

· Ensure all marketing activity meets GDPR, brand standards, regulatory requirements, and accessibility guidelines.

· Maintain high standards of accuracy, tone of voice, and ethical storytelling across all outputs

The Woodland Trust is looking for a digital content editor to support our Trees for All programme, which is focused on improving fair access to the benefits of trees in urban areas across the UK. This work is rooted in a simple but urgent truth: where tree cover is lowest, need is often greatest. Trees for All plays a vital role in delivering our vision of a world where woods and trees thrive for both people and nature - ensuring that everyone, regardless of income, background or postcode, can enjoy the health benefits of green spaces wherever they live.

The Role:
•    You’ll aim to inspire audiences and promote equitable access to the benefits of trees through engaging, high-quality content including webpages, blogs, videos, case studies, email, reports and offline materials.
•    You’ll review, approve and evaluate content effectiveness against business objectives and content strategy.
•    You’ll manage and update content via our Umbraco content management system.
•    You’ll support on integrated marketing campaigns including planning, creating and advising on online and offline content.
•    You’ll contribute to our content strategy and best practice guidelines.
•    You’ll work with UX and insight teams to optimise user journeys and define content goals.
•    This is a hybrid position with a mix of working from home and from our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Head office attendance would be required no more than once a month on average. Occasional travel will be required to seven of our regional pilot project sites.
•  This role is a part time position (18.75 hours per week) and you’ll be on a fixed term contract for 18 months.

•    You’ll be experienced in creating strong, engaging content through storytelling and persuasive copywriting. 
•    You’ll be experienced in content management, creation, maintenance and delivery, with the ability to provide content recommendations based on insight and data to help colleagues meet their goals.
•    You’ll have excellent collaboration skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•    You’ll have strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage your own workload while working to deadlines.
•    You’ll be experienced in implementing SEO best practice and techniques to improve website performance and online visibility.
•    You’ll ideally have knowledge of accessibility standards, trends and best practice.
•    You’ll be degree qualified in a related subject area.

The Digital Transformation Officer will support CCT’s strategy with the replacement/upgrade of its current digital information systems with a new fit for purpose digital environment and manage the Trust’s move to this new environment.

The Digital Transformation Officer will work with all teams within the Trust, across all levels of the organisation, assisting with implementing CCT’s Digital Transformation Strategy. They will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks involved in populating and documenting the system and the supporting infrastructure as it develops.

As the Digital Transformation Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting CCT’s strategic objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams that leverage agile methodologies, data-driven approaches, and digital technologies. A key focus of the role will be addressing the behavioural and cultural factors that influence the success of digital transformation— using structured engagement, training, and communication approaches to support adoption of new systems.

You will drive key fundraising initiatives and business development opportunities, as well as support the House Manager and their team, and the Membership and Administration Officer.
