This role will manage the delivery of our legacy marketing strategy across our priority markets reporting into the Global Legacy Director, and working closely with the Legacy Officers, the Direct Marketing and Digital Teams. Reporting and analyzing results to inform future learnings and strategies to drive awareness and consideration of legacy giving to IFAW.

Role and Responsibilities

The Legacy Marketing Specialist will have a global role, managing the marketing in each of our priority countries, Canada, US, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands and Australia.

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of all legacy campaigns across stewardship and acquisition including multi channel activity including digital, print, and events. Ensuring high-quality delivery and maximum impact.
• Work closely with and collaborate with internal teams including Direct Marketing, Design, Production and Digital as well as external agencies to develop compelling content and messaging aligned with the organisation’s brand and communication strategies.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, analysing results and recommending new channels or strategies to grow legacy donor acquisition and retention.
• Manage the expenditure and across all legacy marketing activity and working closely with the Production team ensure cost-effective campaign delivery and adherence to financial processes.
• Deputise for the Global Legacy Director as needed and contribute to cross-team initiatives to support integrated fundraising goals.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Proven experience in UK charity of legacy marketing or fundraising across acquisition and stewardship.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing activities across traditional and digital platforms.
• Demonstrable ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, providing clear briefs and constructive feedback to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Reporting to the estates and facilities manager (EFM), you will be responsible for developing and executing plans, collaborating with all departments, training staff and volunteers and ensuring the adherence to all the new policies and standards developed.

Main Responsibilites:

Content Development & Design 

• Create high-quality digital and media learning materials, including guides, toolkits, presentations, eLearning modules and video resources tailored for creative professionals
• Translate complex topics into accessible, innovative and impactful learning content that supports a variety of professional development pathways and diverse audiences
• Use authoring tools (such as Articulate, Vyond, Canva, Thinkific etc.) to create interactive and visually engaging learning experiences, incorporating video, audio, and creative media
• Champion inclusion by ensuring all content reflects Artswork’s commitment to and standards of access, diversity, equality, inclusion and cultural relevance
• Upload, organise, and update course content on our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring resources are accessible, easy to navigate and up to date
• Utilise insights from post-training assessments, platform engagement metrics, and qualitative feedback to refine and enhance learning materials and evolve our offer 

 Collaboration & Team working 

• Work in collaboration with the Learning Development Manager, Professional Development team, subject matter experts, and clients to shape meaningful learning experiences
• Generate ideas that contribute to Artswork’s commitment to continuous quality improvement in its training and help us grow our learning offer
• Support project timelines, manage documentation, and contribute to the successful launch of new professional development programmes
• Contribute to the APD growth strategy through ideas and practical solutions  

 Sales and Marketing

• Ensure all content supports Artswork’s brand tone, visual identity and core messaging whilst supporting a high quality and effective learning journey for participants
• Work with the Sales & Marketing Lead and the Communications team to align training materials with product launches, campaign milestones, and promotional strategies
• Work with the Sales & Marketing Lead to repurpose existing content for marketing purposes 

 Administration and Legal Compliance 

• Maintain positive, diplomatic professional relationships with colleagues and our participants, partners and stakeholders

The Programme Officer is a newly created role to respond to the needs of the new strategy. They will manage strategic charity partnerships and deliver programmes and projects that support youth employability across the UK. Whilst managing partners and projects, this role will report on impact data, communicate the purpose and impact of DHL UK Foundation, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

* Partnership Management: Project manage, support and build strong relationships with strategic charity partners to maximise the impact of grant funding, monitor progress and performance against agreed metrics and prepare reports.
* Project Management: Deliver projects that leverage DHL's expertise and resources to support charity partners and the young people they serve; support the employee volunteering programme, GoTeach, to ensure it meets objectives and delivers impact.
* Data Reporting: Collate, analyse, and present impact data to demonstrate the effectiveness of partners and programmes, working with an external evaluator, and prepare reports and dashboards for the DHL UK Foundation's Board, DHL employees and external stakeholders.
* Communications: confidently communicate the DHL UK Foundation's purpose and impact through presentations, reports, case studies and digital content, and represent the DHL UK Foundation to the DHL business through presenting at meetings and events, both virtually and in person.

The Programme Officer will have experience working in partnership with charities and managing projects in the charity or corporate responsibility sector. You will have a passion for making a difference to the lives of underserved young people and be able to demonstrate strong relationship management and communication skills. You will have an analytical approach with data reporting experience, and strong organisational skills and proficient in utilising Microsoft suite including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. You will be able to think critically to innovate, and problem solve and be able to work independently and collaboratively, both in the office and remotely.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of youth employability and social mobility in the UK, experience of communicating and presenting to stakeholders in the corporate sector, familiarity with CRM or impact measurement tools and experience with corporate volunteering.

The role is hybrid so you will be based from home for part of the week but you will be happy and committed to travel to DHL UK Foundation offices 2-3 times a week in either Staines, London or Milton Keynes, either by car or by public transport. Travel expenses are covered but you will need to live in reasonable commutable distance to one of these locations (ideally Staines or London). Access to a car, whilst not essential, would be helpful for you for this role.
