Family Action offer support for carers – along with their families – living in Cumberland. Using a whole family approach, the service is designed to ensure that young carers and parent carers are identified well, given the support they need – when they need it – and are enabled to thrive.
The successful applicant will manage and lead the work of Cumberland Young Carer and Parent Carer Service. You will ensure that the services are delivered in accordance with the service level agreements and grant funding requirements. As Service Manager, you will ensure all policy and practice issues are maintained to the highest standards.

· Qualified to a level 5 or above with a recognised professional qualification in social work, health, education or equivalent and have excellent communication skills.
· You will need proven supervisory and experience or competence of managing others, as well as experience of management of resources including finance, planning and evaluation at a project level.
· You will also understand practice standards in relation to case work and understand the importance of quality assurance activity.
· A sound knowledge of the needs of young carers and parent carers.
· Excellent communication skills.

About the Role
This role leads all aspects of Foodrise’s communications, ensuring our campaigns reach key audiences, drive systemic change in the food system and achieve our new strategic goals:
You will develop and implement a media and communications strategy, build our media profile, oversee digital channels, and act as guardian of our brand. This includes centring communities at the heart of campaigns, building our public profile with key audiences including journalists, developing our range of allies, reflecting our understanding of historical injustice in the food system, and fostering an experimentation and learning culture. Media relations

Brief Role Description:
This role will lead communications at Carers Leeds with the aim of identifying and engaging carers; raising awareness of caring and influencing others in the city to act to benefit carers; and fundraising. The postholder will work closely with the CEO, the Senior and Operational Management Teams to design and deliver the organisation’s communications strategy and plans.

As Centre Fundraising Manager you will develop and implement a centre specific fundraising plan to raise income from the community through a variety of fundraising sources.
You will be responsible for effectively and autonomously managing the full portfolio of activity relating to the centre and to manage complex networks and relationships which have a wider national focus.
You will also be responsible for fundraising across a range of income streams including businesses, individuals, community groups, volunteers and media contacts.
There will be a requirement to work irregular hours as well as occasional overnight stays and UK travel.

The Community of St Paulinus (CsP) is a pioneering community focused on resourcing sacramental church planting, forming disciples and strengthening partnerships across the Diocese.
As CsP prepares for its public launch, we are seeking an outstanding Digital Content Creator & Designer to establish its digital presence from the ground up. Working from a new visual identity and communications approach currently being developed by an external creative agency, the successful candidate will implement that vision through engaging storytelling, photography, video, graphic design and social media.
Alongside supporting the launch of CsP, the role will provide creative support to partner churches across the Diocese, helping communicate stories of renewal, refresh websites, establish digital platforms, including social media, and support new worshipping communities through high-quality communications and design.
Salary
£13,700 for a six-month fixed-term contract (30 hours per week).
Contract & Working Pattern
· Fixed-term contract: 6 months.
· 30 hours per week with flexibility by agreement.
· Hybrid working based at Sheffield Cathedral with travel to partner churches.
· Occasional evening and weekend working will be required.
· Review towards the end of the contract with the possibility of extension or a permanent appointment, subject to funding and organisational need.

The Communications and Research Officer is a new post designed to help bridge the gap between the research and campaigning work of Drone Wars UK and our supporters and the general public. The role is split 50/50 between communications and research. As our Digital Fundraising & Campaigns Lead, you’ll manage and oversee the delivery of our digital fundraising and donor acquisition activities, ensuring campaigns are innovative, data-driven and aligned with our mission.
Leading a small, talented team of marketing and campaign professionals, you’ll lead the campaign development function in cross-departmental planning, including events that drive donor acquisition and fundraising.
