We're seeking a talented and motivated Campaigns and Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing campaigns and strategies aimed at increasing awareness, engagement, and support for Southampton Hospitals Charity. Main Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Management:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with the Charity's objectives and resonate with our target audience.

- Implement digital advertising campaigns across platforms.
- Generate compelling stories, testimonials, and case studies.
- Develop multimedia content and write persuasive copy for marketing materials, fundraising appeals, event promotions, and donor communications.
Brand Management, Data Analysis, and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels and materials.
- Monitor brand mentions and sentiment online.
- Conduct periodic brand audits.
- Champion the Charity's brand values and mission.
- Set up tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance.
- Analyse data to assess campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarising campaign results, trends, and insights for internal stakeholders.

About the role
This new role within the newly formed Brand and Marketing Communications team will play a key role in our in-house creative studio, creating engaging and inspiring content. The successful candidate will develop creative concepts and bring them to life through innovative and inclusive design across multiple channels.
You will join our growing Brand and Marketing Communications team and work collaboratively with our in-house brand and digital teams as well as the wider organisation.
Most importantly you’ll champion our work and raise the voices of children, young people and their families living with cancer to ensure they get the support they need.

• You have significant relevant experience of designing content for different platforms and channels.
• You understand the importance of developing and adapting designs to meet different audience needs.
• You love to champion creative storytelling that helps grow recognition of a brand.

Summary of the role and key purpose
We’re looking for a Communications Coordinator to play a key role in supporting, delivering and monitoring RABI's communications and marketing activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop content for various RABI communication channels including newsletters, intranet and website.

Duties and responsibilities
Content Planning
- To assist in the creation of communications and content plans to support the Marketing & Engagement Manager in the delivery of key Union marketing activity, such as Welcome Week and election.

This is an exciting time to join us as we embark on our new 5-year strategy. We have set ambitious goals to reach more people affected by cardiomyopathy, and this role will play a key part in helping us to achieve them.
We are looking for an experienced and inspiring marketing and communications person to join our Fundraising and Marketing team. You will be working alongside our existing Marketing and Communications Officer, where you will both be responsible for raising the profile of the charity across multiple channels so that more people can access our services and support our work, ensuring that key messages, tone of voice and brand guidelines are implemented effectively and consistently across the charity.
You will have a proven track record of working in marketing and communications, copy writing with excellent attention to detail. This role includes writing news articles and case studies, managing social media and website updates. Working collaboratively across the team, you will work alongside the marketing team to help develop, deliver and co-ordinate an integrated and effective marketing and communications plan.
As a small charity, this post is very much “hands-on” and requires an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at a time.

Due to continued growth within our Community & Events team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Bespoke Events Fundraising Officer, as we seek to scale up and take our in-house mass participation events to the next level, here at Crohn’s & Colitis UK.

You would be joining a small, tight-knit team, harnessing your passion for designing and delivering exceptional, engaging events (whether virtually or in-person).
About you:
We’re looking for an experienced events fundraiser or someone with substantial experience in a comparable transferable field, with experience in project management and the end-to-end development and delivery of events.
You’ll be a confident communicator with strong marketing experience and focused on exceptional supporter experience whilst being accomplished at building great relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Combined with excellent organisation and time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities whilst keeping to deadlines, you’ll bring your knowledge, creativity and new ideas to help continue to shape the future of our Bespoke Events team.
You will be adept at using data and insight to identify potential areas of growth and be a proactive self-starter, responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of the events you manage and be comfortable analysing performance and making recommendations for change where necessary.

Crohn’s & Colitis UK is a truly flexible employer. Getting the right person for the role is more important than where you live. Attendance is required at our Hatfield based Head Office for All Staff meetings (currently run quarterly) and a minimum of 2 days per month.

Salary - £30,000 to £35,000
Hours – 35 per week
Annual Leave – 25 days excluding bank holidays (this increases by 1 day for each year worked up to a total of 30 days)
