About the role
This is a new role for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity as we look to expand our successful Individual Giving & Lottery programmes.
The post holder will deliver quality fundraising campaigns, including Cash Appeals, Regular Giving and Lottery that will grow income, supporter base and lifetime value. Putting supporters at the heart of the Charity’s work, the role includes acquisition, retention and stewardship of individual donors and lottery players to achieve a sustainable increase in income for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.
You’ll have strong commercial knowledge, with the ability to apply this to the Charity sector; adding value to our existing fundraising activities and impact reporting.
As part of a busy and ambitious team, this role would suit a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a talent for storytelling and a knowledge of data-driven marketing. Principle Tasks and Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and the team, you will lead on developing and managing creative art programmes, projects, activities, and events.

Job Background
We are looking for a Head of Fundraising who can work with the service delivery team to link earned income into the Fundraising Strategy, secure both unrestricted and restricted income and through grants, trusts and foundations as well as with corporate partners and individual donors. Main Objectives
With responsibility for the Fundraising at UKHarvest, the post holder will:

Required experience
The successful applicant will have at least 5 years fundraising experience as a Head of Fundraising, managing and leading a fundraising team. A strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, set priorities and drive results, you will have experience in developing and sustaining funding streams using a variety of techniques to secure restricted and unrestricted funding, major gifts, grants, events, and corporate partnerships; combined with exceptional communication skills to engage and inspire donors, volunteers and stakeholders. You will be able to motivate and develop a high performing team, set targets, and promote a collaborative culture. The purpose of the role is to drive and deliver our ambitious fundraising strategy in order to support the work of Life. The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering the end-to-end experience of existing supporters as well as attaining new supporters.

Information Management
· Ensure data and information systems are up to date and provide an accurate picture of supporter segmentation, communications, preferences, permissions, requests, gifts and pledges

Personal and People Development

About the role.
As Head of Fundraising and a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with the CEO to devise the organisation’s fundraising strategy as they enter a positive and ambitious new five-year plan.

The postholder plays a key role in managing the alumni network, with a specific emphasis on events and volunteer management, to actively engage alumni and stakeholders with Queen Mary’s Grammar School. About the role:
This fundraiser will work closely with the Heads of Departments and academics in the Departments of Psychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences. The post will focus primarily on funding for research, academic posts, scholarships and infrastructure related to Neuroscience which includes Mental Health and neurological disease (e.g. Motor Neurone Disease, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Stroke and Epilepsy). The fundraiser will work on special projects including the possible major capital redevelopment of the Warneford site. About this role
The Digital Acquisition Officer is a key member of the Mass Engagement team and part of the wider Development team. The Mass Engagement team exists to raise awareness of Reprieve’s work, shift public opinion and to inspire support. Your role will be to engage members of the public, grow the Reprieve’s community and help establish our supporter base.
It is an exciting time for our team, as we launch their first mass engagement strategy to promote the long-term growth of the programme. Digital fundraising boomed between 2020 and 2021 but has faced challenges in 2022 and 2023. As we launch our new strategy, we are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual, keen to try new things and learn through testing, excited about communicating Reprieve’s work to our supporters and inspiring them to donate.
You will be key to the acquisition of new supporters, leading on developing and managing lead generation across our platforms, building paid for and organic content, and developing new and innovative ways to engage supporters with the support of the Head of Digital and Mass Engagement.
As a small team we have a collaborative and “all hands on deck” approach, ready to step in and support each other. This means at times you will support on our retention and stewardship work, as well as helping the wider Development Team when needed.
You will share our commitment to fighting racism and advancing racial justice, as well as help craft comms that can take supporters with us on this work whilst ensuring we do this in a way that does not compound racist structures.
Contract, location and salary

We are seeking a Fundraising Coordinator (Individual Giving) to join our small but dynamic Fundraising team.
The role requires excellent donor care and stewardship skills. All forms of communication will be required including the proactive use of digital channels such as the website and social media platforms.
The Individual Giving Fundraiser will play a vital role in increasing income from our existing supporters. You will support donor acquisition as well as taking the lead on retention of our supporters across multiple channels including cash appeals, regular giving, lottery and in celebration giving. The role will also support the Head of Income in the delivery of a legacy and major donor program.
You will develop and deliver excellent stewardship programmes that drive retention by deepening audience understanding of the challenges that people affected by cleft face and the impact that their donations make. The Digital Content and Communications Officer (DCCO) reports to the Digital Communications Manager and has responsibility for the SAT-7 UK website, digital marketing and social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website: Developing and updating SAT-7’s websites as inspiring platforms to raise profile, income and engagement.
Emails: Work with colleagues in the Communications Team and across the organisation to build, test and send responsive email templates for all SAT-7 UK’s email requirements (meeting SAT-7’s brand guidelines and conforming to industry standards). Use email marketing tool DotDigital to develop automated communications that strengthen supporter engagement and convert recipients into committed donors.
Content: Deliver engaging and inspiring rich media content across a range of digital channels, including web, email, social media and other digital marketing platforms.
Social Media: Work closely with other team members to deliver strong social media content and engagement across various platforms, chiefly Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn.
Marketing: Support the digital marketing of SAT-7 resources and campaigns through social media advertising, external agencies and other channels as required, to engage more deeply with existing supporters and donors, acquire new supporters and to raise funds for SAT-7 UK.

- Assist the Digital Communications Manager and represent SAT-7 UK at conferences and events as required.
