The Head of Operations is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all operational functions of the Foundation to enable achievement of its global mission and strategic objectives.  The Head of Operations ensures that systems, people, processes and resources are aligned to support programmes across multiple countries while maintiaing high standardds of governance, risk management and financial stewardship.

This is a senior leadership role, working closely with the CEO and Members of the Foundation around the world, acting as the key bridge between strategy and delivery.

We are looking for a skilled and creative fundraiser to help recruit, retain and inspire supporters. You will be an integral part of Mass Engagement, a small but ambitious team, with a collaborative and ‘all hands-on deck’ approach to fundraising.  

As we enter the second year of our Mass Engagement strategy, this is an exciting opportunity to join us at a time of bold innovation. You will work on a range of impactful projects, playing a key role in testing, learning and implementing new products, whilst enhancing the current programme through a digitally agile and data driven approach.

You will be a confident and effective communicator, developing copy and creative that translates the expert campaigning, investigating and legal work delivered by our colleagues in a compelling and inspiring stories. Length and Salary

This is a full-time role on a two-year fixed-term contract. We expect the role to run for the duration of our current Mass Engagement strategy and will review future resourcing in line with organisation priorities and future plans. The annual salary is £42,193 per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.

This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 40% of their working hours from the London office and the rest of the week from home.

The Marketing and Comms Manager will support the delivery of Ella’s integrated communications,
marketing and emerging advocacy work. This role will help to ensure Ella’s reaches and influences
external audiences effectively — raising awareness of the challenges faced by survivors,

The postholder will lead our marketing and communications across digital channels, the website,

We’re looking for an organised project-manager and ideally someone with experience of delivering communications to a mass audience and/or digital acquisition. You’ll be an excellent communicator, online and in print, and be comfortable having tactful conversations with our supporters.

As this role is temporary maternity cover, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and get involved with multiple projects straight away. To be successful in this role you will:

We’re looking for a creative, data‑savvy, and supporter‑focused Individual Giving Manager to play a key role in developing and growing our individual giving programme. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategy & Programme Development
  • Develop and deliver an annual Individual Giving strategy aligned with Cherry Trees’ organisational and fundraising goals.
  • Plan and manage a programme of multi‑channel campaigns (email, mail, social, digital ads, direct mail) to acquire, retain, and upgrade donors. Grow regular giving income using targeted campaigns and personalised communications.
• Donor Stewardship & Engagement
  • Oversee donor journeys that inspire, thank, and update supporters, ensuring excellent supporter experience at all touchpoints.
  • Develop segmented, insight-driven communications that speak to donor motivations. Manage in‑memory, ensuring sensitive and supportive engagement.
• Campaign Delivery
  • Lead on seasonal and one-off appeals, including the Christmas Big Give Challenge and seasonal campaigns.
  • Write compelling fundraising copy for emails, newsletters, social media, and print. - Work with colleagues in Communications, Services, and Finance to gather stories, monitor outcomes, and ensure consistent messaging.
• Data, Reporting & Insight
  • Use CRM data to segment audiences, track ROI, and analyse donor behaviour.
  • Produce regular performance reports, forecasting, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and best practice in data handling.
• Budget & Income Management
  • Manage and monitor the Individual Giving budget, setting clear KPI targets.
  • Deliver strong year‑on‑year growth and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers such as mail houses, designers, and digital agencies.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the wider Fundraising team to support integrated campaigns and events.
  • Contribute to the development of supporter journeys across all income streams. - Represent Individual Giving at internal meetings and when engaging with external stakeholders.

You’ll be confident using CRM data and analysis to inform strategy, and working alongside our communications team, you’ll enjoy creating compelling fundraising content from email journeys to campaign appeals, that motivates supporters to give.

You will excel in creating engaging supporter journeys and developing compelling fundraising propositions. Be strong in budget management, campaign evaluation skills, and familiarity with CRM systems are essential.

We are looking for an Email Engagement Officer build on the success of our digital mobilisation strategy and supercharge our digital fundraising. This is a fun and rewarding role that will manage our email schedule, drive forward our email journeys and support our fundraising appeals and digital campaigns.

You’ll plan and produce engaging emails that inspire new and existing supporters to take action, such as making a financial gift, signing a petition or reading a blog on our website. With a keen eye for data and analysis, every week you’ll monitor results and make decisions on how to improve conversions.

The Wave Project is seeking a Trust & Grant Fundraiser to help secure the income that powers our life-changing Surf Therapy programme, supporting over 2,600 children and young people each year with their mental health and wellbeing.

As part of an ambitious fundraising team generating £1.7m annually, you will manage and grow a portfolio of charitable trusts and foundations, securing grants ranging from smaller awards to significant six-figure gifts. Working as part of a collaborative digital delivery team alongside a Solutions Architect, the developer will deliver well-structured, secure solutions in line with MOD digital and security standards, supporting the effective delivery of cadet activities across the UK.

Our charity

ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Together we want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be inspired through their cadet experience.

We’re now looking for an experienced leader to step into a senior interim role, providing stability, leadership and momentum across our engagement activity during a period of transition.

This role will lead all of our mass fundraising and engagement activity, including Individual Giving, Legacies, Community & Events Fundraising, and Supporter Care. It is a senior, influential role shaping how supporters experience Mencap, how we grow income sustainably, and how we build long-term relationships rooted in trust and shared values.

As part of the interim remit, the role will also provide operational oversight and support to our High Value Relationships team, working closely with the interim Executive Director of Fundraising and other colleagues to ensure continuity, strong performance management and clear oversight of income and KPIs during this period.

You’ll bring strategic vision and clarity, alongside strong operational judgement. You’ll know how to turn insight into action, how to use data intelligently (without losing the human touch), and how to lead teams through change with confidence and care. You’ll be comfortable holding performance, using financial and KPI information to support delivery and decision-making.

Just as importantly, you’ll recognise that our supporters aren’t just numbers or segments – they’re individuals who care deeply about our work and want to feel connected to the difference they’re helping to make.

You’ll lead the place where Mencap’s fundraising brand, proposition, and voice really come to life, designing experiences, appeals, campaigns and supporter journeys that reflect the voices and lived experiences of people with a learning disability and show the world why our work matters.

This is a full‑time role (37.5 hours per week), offered on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract, with flexibility on location.
