Your role
To lead on trust fundraising at SeeAbility and to grow and diversify trust and foundation income in line with SeeAbility’s aspirations.
Your responsibilities
- Lead on the development and delivery of a trusts strategy, overseeing the whole trusts portfolio, to generate agreed annual targets for SeeAbility.
- Be the charity’s expert in trust fundraising, adopting a data-driven approach, keeping abreast of sector developments and making the business case for change where appropriate.
- Develop and enhance relationships with existing trusts, delivering first-class stewardship, making appropriate and timely applications to secure agreed annual budget and ensuring that all reporting is completed in line with guidelines.
- Focus on new business and lead on creative, inspiring and professional proposals to trust and statutory funders that operate within the charity’s values and ethical policy.
- Manage, support and mentor the Trusts Fundraiser to secure funds from trusts and statutory sources of income. To lead any further expansion of the trust team in the future if the opportunity arises.
- Implement the systems, tools and procedures to proactively identify new funders that align with SeeAbility’s strategy and ethical policy.
- Work across the organisation to generate new and innovative ways to package up SeeAbility’s work to secure funding.
- To be responsible for setting, monitoring and reporting on income and expenditure budgets and key performance indicators
- To be responsible for developing and delivering the annual work plan for trusts fundraising
- Engage staff across the organisation in trust fundraising to support proposal development, reporting and stewardship and to grow the fundraising culture.
- Ensure all trust records are kept up-do-date on the database.
- Work closely with fundraising colleagues to cultivate a supportive and collaborative fundraising team.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Philanthropic Fundraising will serve as the cornerstone of administrative support for ULI’s philanthropic fundraising initiatives in Europe. The role will report to the Vice President, Business Development & Membership on a day-to-day basis and work closely with the Chair of the ULI Charitable Trust and CEO ULI Europe.
The role will have a functional reporting line to the Chief (Philanthropic) Fundraising Officer. This position requires excellent relationship management, organisational and communication skills.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and management support to the philanthropic fundraising initiatives of the ULI Charitable Trust (and the CT Board of Trustees / ULIF Europe Committee) and ULI Europe, including fundraising campaigns, processing collections (through ULI CT or ULI Europe) and preparing donor reports in cooperation with the ULI Finance team in the US.
- Oversee and coordinate design and development of marketing collateral, presentations supporting fundraising campaigns, in collaboration with the ULI Europe Marketing and Communications team.
- Collaborate closely with team members of the ULI Europe business Development and Membership team, in addition to ULI’s country directors and governance director to support the planning of, and coordinate the implementation of the European philanthropic fundraising strategy determined by ULI Europe (namely by the CT Board of Trustees / ULIF Europe Committee), focusing on both donations from individuals based in Europe and donations from European philanthropic foundations and government programmes;
- Work with and manage relationships with individual and institutional donors, in close collaboration with the corporate accounts team, CEO, ULI Europe and the Chair of the Charitable Trust / Chair of the ULIF Europe Committee;
- Work in close collaboration with Research & Advisory Services and ESG Programmes colleagues, to identify and research (third party) philanthropic funding and grant opportunities and assist in the preparation of applications for philanthropic funding from (third party) foundations and government agencies;
- Coordination of proposal writing for potential foundation funding, in close collaboration with the research, marketing communications and legal and compliance teams.
- Set up and implement application, reporting and compliance process for philanthropic gifts for ULI Europe.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- At least 6-8 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Experience working in an international business environment.

We are looking for a Digital Fundraising Lead to join the mass fundraising and engagement team at Scope.
In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for developing Scope’s digital fundraising strategy and embedding this across mass fundraising income streams as well as supporter led fundraising.

Main purpose of job

The Role
Fundraising and Impact Coordinator
o Assist in the planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising applications, events and community initiatives
o Support the management of event logistics, including participant communication, volunteer coordination, and on-the-day activities
o Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations and build strong relationships for future collaboration

About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Officer with paid advertising and organic social media experience to join our Digital team.
As Digital Marketing Officer, you’ll be responsible for creating email marketing campaigns, running paid advertising activity and creating content across organic social channels to help teams across the organisation hit their objectives. You’ll be joining our friendly and expert Digital Engagement Team.
You’ll have previous experience managing email and paid marketing campaigns, creating content for social channels and using digital platforms including Meta Business Manager, Email Service Providers and GA4.

Paid responsibilities
- Deliver paid digital marketing campaigns in-house including running virtual challenge ads in Meta – working with the Product Lead to design the campaign plan, draft the copy, build in-platform, optimise and evaluate
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns run by our digital media agency, ensuring they have clear briefs, assets are provided on-time and campaigns are delivered to plan
General Digital Marketing responsibilities
- Be part of the team’s social media monitoring rota and moderate our social channels - ensuring comments are appropriately handled in line with the social media policy
- Create and schedule content across organic social channels to support key campaigns
- Monitor the impact of marketing campaigns reporting on KPIs and metrics using digital marketing tools including GA4, Lookerstudio, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and Bing Ads in-platform reporting
