To support this work, we’re looking an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to implement, monitor and develop our digital marketing strategy, leading on organisational digital marketing for growth across all UK teams.
The post holder will look for new digital fundraising opportunities to promote the Send a Cow brand, recruit new supporters (individuals, communities and corporates), engage and delight current supporters, test new channels and products and be a digital innovator for the organisation. This is a diverse, hands on role that requires technical knowledge to manage digital marketing channels in house and with some agency support. Previous experience of developing successful digital marketing growth strategy and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns is also essential.

We are looking for a Data & Digital Systems Officer to join our main office team in Bristol and make an impact from the get-go!
The Role
As a Data & Digital Systems Officer, you will play a key role in the design and maintenance of our reliable, effective and scalable IT systems, as well as ensuring the smooth-running of our website.
Working closely with our Marketing team, you will support a user-friendly, accessible and consistent website content and design to best support our efforts.
In addition, you will:
- Identify and implement incremental improvements to existing systems
- Clearly document the set-up of our systems
- Establish systems to provide ongoing training and support to staff in use of tech
- Implement effective systems to track outputs and outcomes consistently
- Ensure we remain compliant with data protection and other relevant legislation
This role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be based out of our main office in Bristol, but flexible and home working will be possible at the discretion of your line manager.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience of data management
- Experience as a high-level user of a CRM and CMS
- Good technical understanding of websites and CRM databases
- Ability to train and support ‘non-technical’ users to use new systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand user requests and translate them into technical requirements and functional systems
- A positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
Experience of CiviCRM, Drupal or Google Analytics would be beneficial. An interest in UX and UI would also be an advantage, as would an understanding of the voluntary sector.

- Recruit, manage and oversee fundraising volunteers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters to develop their support
- Recruit participants for third party events - supporting and developing their fundraising potential eg city marathons or other local/national events.

- Produce a good quality local newsletter for circulation to supporters and stakeholders

The Volunteering Coordinator helps those with sight loss to live the life they choose by attracting and onboarding sufficient volunteers to support and grow our services and income. You will support your local team to deliver a positive volunteering experience and to attract and retain experienced volunteers.
