Job description

Age UK have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Digital and Technology team, and drive a portfolio of CRM and IT projects across Age UK ensuring they are delivered at pace, on time, and in budget.

Managing a team of four and supported by a Head of Programmes, you will plan, design, lead and manage the delivery and deployment of all projects involving custom IT system functionalities.

You will provide excellent stakeholder management across all projects including initiation, scoping, requirements analysis, delivery of projects, working closely with external suppliers providing services to the team.

About you

* You will be an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrable track record of delivering CRM projects (preferably with Microsoft Dynamics) and IT projects.
* In addition you should have good management experience and the ability to lead a team of project managers.
* You will need great stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently communicate and manage technical and non-technical stakeholders both individually and collectively.
* Experience of working with and managing suppliers and managing budgets
* Working knowledge of one or more project management methodologies such as Agile, Prince 2 or Waterfall will be essential.

What we offer in return
