Are you passionate about the power of digital and interested in driving culture at an award-winning digital first charity? Join Bliss as Digital Lead and help us make best of use of digital to improve the lives of babies born premature or sick.

Role summary

Last year Bliss won the Embracing Digital award for our digital first organisational strategy, and digital transformation across the charity. They will be experienced in using website content management systems and will lead on working with our website agency to develop, maintain and optimise the Bliss website.

They’ll also use their technical expertise to support teams through the process of creating new digital products and services. They’ll have a good track record and knowledge of using user research and involvement. We are also looking for someone who is confident supporting staff across the organisation to develop their own digital skills and champion our digital culture.

This is a very flexible, part-time role, which could be fit around other commitments. This role only requires some office-based work so working remotely or from home on certain days of the week is an option. Please note that this role is fixed term maternity cover.
