We are looking for an experienced Legacy and Tribute Manager who will be responsible for generating around £1.4 million annually through compassionate and professional management of Gifts in Wills and Tribute Giving. You will lead, shape and deliver RUHX’s Legacy & Tribute Programme—one of our most impactful income streams that enables supporters to honour exceptional care given at the RUH.
We’re looking for an experienced legacy fundraising professional with a strong track record in generating income through Gifts in Wills, creating inspiring marketing campaigns, and managing complex legacy administration with confidence and accuracy. You will bring proven expertise in handling sensitive donor relationships, working with solicitors and executors, and navigating legal processes with minimal guidance.

Role Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering the day-to-day operations of the Schools Consent Project across England and Wales. In particular, this involves booking and coordinating the delivery of workshops across all educational settings; acting as the first point of contact for legal queries, feedback and safeguarding issues from volunteers and service users; and fostering strong relationships with our schools and partner firms.

What does this role do?
As Regional Marketing Manager, you will:
- develop a strong knowledge of our audiences in South East England, understanding the areas local to our rehoming centres. Translating this knowledge and insight into bespoke, targeted activity for the audience, you will be responsible for driving awareness of the brand in the region,
- work with other teams within Marketing and Communications to translate organisational strategy into regional plans. Working with local rehoming centres, you will be responsible for understanding the regional perspective, and presenting suitable alternatives or solutions where necessary,

To be successful in this role, you’ll need significant experience across the communications mix, and leading, planning and delivering end-to-end communications campaigns, with a strong understanding of how these campaigns align with a wider strategy. You’ll need excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships, as we’re looking for someone who can work closely with our rehoming centre teams and marketing colleagues alike. Art Explora UK is a small but entrepreneurial arts charity looking for an experienced fundraiser to join our dynamic team and help us implement a new fundraising strategy, and achieve our ambitious and exciting targets at a time of growth and opportunity.
This is a flexible part-time role for someone who is happy working independently, while liaising closely with the Director, Programme Heads and Trustees. Specific Responsibilities
• Deliver against a 6-figure fundraising target, taking responsibility for a cohort of prospects, with a focus on trusts, foundations, public sector and corporate partners.
• Write compelling proposals/applications and reports for trusts and foundations, to engage supporters and demonstrate the impact of our work.
• Collaborate with colleagues, in particular the Director and Programme Heads, to source programme information, schedule meetings/calls with prospects, writing excellent briefing notes in advance.
• Adhere to best practice in prospect cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, and ensure the due diligence policies in place are followed.
