Job description

Toybox is looking for a dynamic, experienced leader, with a strong background in International Development.  We need someone who is prepared to think differently; who will contribute to our innovative culture and; someone who embodies our core value of Courageous.

You will be an integral member of the Leadership Team as well as holding responsibility for all our international work. You will lead the engagement with our portfolio of partners, driving forward programme quality and accountability, and at the same time improving our impact reporting.

If you have a solid knowledge of International Development programming, a strong, proven success in accessing Institutional Funding and want to excel in spearheading Toybox’s income growth in this area and a passion to add value and constantly improve impact, then this job is for you.
