The Head of Corporate Partnerships will join at an incredibly exciting time for the charity and corporate partnerships programme. Community Fundraising Manager
The Mencap Community and Events Team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and passionate fundraiser, dedicated to raising as much funds as possible to help make the UK the best place to live for people with a learning disability to join our team as Senior Community Fundraising Manager covering England and Wales.
Covering the England and Wales the Community Fundraising Manager will be responsible for managing various income streams across the Community portfolio working closely with the wider team.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and driven Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive to join our team in this integral and newly created role. The role will lead on identifying and securing collaboration and funding opportunities with both existing and prospective partners, and developing and managing a pipeline of strategic corporate partners that align with PCR’s mission and core programmes of work. 1. Background and Purpose
The Deputy Director works in close partnership with the Executive Director (ED) to enhance the work of the small, dynamic secretariat team to create more momentum across its network. This new role will be instrumental in delivering on the strategic objectives and securing sustainable funding through its continued evolution. The person will be responsible for connecting the various programmatic areas of work quality assurance and impact, capacity support and its new country level work. As the Product Development Lead you will be a crucial role within the fundraising team, focusing on the strategic planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising products. This position is pivotal in identifying innovative opportunities that resonate with the charity's strategic vision, leading efforts in insight gathering, ideation, prototyping, and testing. The aim is to craft fundraising products that not only raise funds but also enhance the quality of life for the beneficiaries.
In addition to product creation and development, this role involves extensive collaboration with various stakeholders across the three charities, including NHS front-line staff, directors, and senior leadership, to foster a culture of innovation and support for new initiatives. As part of the Fundraising Innovation strategy, the role encompasses leading new product development sprints, analysing fundraising events, and working closely with managers to capitalise on collaborative opportunities, all aimed at increasing income and diversifying the funding base.
They are seeking someone who has a strong understanding of new product development principles and the ability to take products from concept to market, ideally gained within a fundraising setting. You will have experience using data insight for decision-making, and time management skills to consistently meet deadlines. Experience in building relationships and influencing stakeholders across the organization, as well as knowledge of fundraising regulation, databases, and Facebook fundraising, are highly desirable attributes for this role.

Established in 1997, Jigsaw4u provide a range of services for children, young people and families experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties in South West London. Jigsaw4u has experienced considerable growth and development over the past several years, and this new role has been identified by the Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer to support Jigsaw4u’s position and aspirations for the future.
As a member of our Senior Management Team (SMT), you will help to deliver and shape Jigsaw4u's vision and strategy. It will be your responsibility to ensure that Jigsaw4u’s services achieve their goals, meet their strategic objectives and achieve our growth targets while being delivered to Jigsaw4u’s exceptionally high standards.
Under the direction of the CEO, the postholder’s areas of responsibility will be to:
- Line Manage the Service Managers, ensuring that their teams are high performing, reporting and data collection is of a high standard and relationships with funders and other stakeholders are outstanding.
- Ensure that the structure of all Jigsaw4u services are optimised to allow for growth and support staff and volunteers (including trainee counsellors/therapists) to develop key skills.
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of best practice within the charitable sector (and other sectors where relevant), to inform and update Jigsaw4u so that we take advantage of the latest approaches to change, innovation and development which can have a positive impact on children, young people and families affected by complex social and emotional difficulties.
- Work proactively and collaboratively to identify innovation and business improvement within the Service Management Team to define and agree Target Operating Models and oversee implementation and ongoing review. Use insight, evaluation and analysis to continually inform and refine practice.
- Play a full part in the development of the SMT and deputise for the CEO as required. Work closely with the Service Management Team to develop and deliver an outstanding approach to people management, building a learning culture that delivers high quality, extensive support enabling people to achieve their best as a team.
- Represent Jigsaw4u at formal meetings with funders and other stakeholders and through submission of reports and data requests. Establish new, and strengthen existing, external relationships to promote Jigsaw4u’s profile, influence and reputation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, and adherence to relevant professional codes and standards of good practice.
- Support the CEO in funding and tender applications
- Support the CEO and fundraising team in generating income
As a member of the SMT you will be expected, with training and support, to take an active part in supporting the whole organisation. Experience and aptitude to provide calm leadership and a supportive problem-solving approach to practical problems and judgements involving risk is necessary.

The City and Guilds of London Art School is a small, independent Higher Education Institute. The Art School is now seeking a Development and External Relations Manager to drive forward its activities in these areas in accordance with the Art School’s strategy and targets.
