Job description

This role is responsible for strengthening the Church of England's approach to racial justice learning. Working across the Church, you will review existing learning resources, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop a clear strategy and workplan to support future provision.


You will ensure that learning is aligned, high-quality and accessible across different contexts, including national, diocesan and parish settings. Working closely with the Director, Deputy Director and wider stakeholders, you will coordinate delivery of the Unit's learning and development work, ensuring programmes are well designed, appropriately targeted and delivered effectively.
